The terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001, have resulted in numerous proposals to increase the powers of law enforcement, by the Department of Justice of US & UN and others.
Mojahedin Iran that is under attack by the clerical Regime of Iran is actively working with other civil liberties organizations to monitor and analyze them, trying to ensure the least possible intrusion on liberties consistent with protection from terrorist attacks.
While fighting terrorism is defending liberties, supporting anti-clerical regime forces is defending liberties as well.
Whereas, worldwide clerical Regimes's terrorists now threaten the security & Freedom and even religious freedom of the people and the United Nations and European Union have not yet crafted a unified response against such inhumanity; and
Whereas, worthy efforts of Mojahedin Iran are being made at World wide to emphasize the need of an anti-clerical Regime resolution and the UK and Iran continue to resist an anti-clerical regime resolution; and
Whereas, clerical Regime violates human rights whenever and wherever it manifests and international law under the universal declaration of human Rights (UN) the non- degradable human rights under the UN's ICCPR 1) "The right to conscience and religion" and " the right against inhuman treatment and punishment." is not being protected; and
Whereas, the UN has not defined terrorism under UN Resoluton 1373 yet condemns it and the Counter-terrorism committee has not included clerical Regime as a form of terrorism, and
Whereas, An Anti-Clerical Regime Force Such as Mojahedin Iran exists in some nations more than other nations and that wrongfully they are listed as terrorist by clerical Regime of Iran & UK and USA by means to attack them; and
Whereas, the elections in countries such as Iran are mockery of democracy and are manipulated to gain legitimacy for the clerical Regime of Iran and The European Union, the US State Department, and several lawmakers are using these sham elections to portray the rain of terror in Iran as a democracy and justify their friendly relations with the terror masters, and
Whereas, clerical Regime attacks on the nation or within nations, violating human rights and are seen as terrorist state by the people of World, and
Whereas, there is no difference between clerical Regime attacks and terrorist attacks and the means to fight both clerical Regime and terrorism are the same; now, therefore be it, and
Resolved, that every Human Being for Justice stand with Anti-Clerical Regime Forces such as Mojahedin Iran in solidarity against the clerical Regime of Iran the cornerstone of terrorism.
Resolved, honor the victims of 9/11 by including clerical Regime as the first definition of terror.
Resolved, the definition be that clerical Regime is the prime agent of terrorism.
Resolved, by this Resolution, the clerical Regime as the main source of terrorism, be forever crushed.
Resolved, by supporting "anti clerical regime forces", the world be saved.
