SohlÕs Cave

Search for secret buttons on the walls *everywhere*.

That secret part in Sohl's Cave is not the sequel's entrance, it's just a simple puzzle, which leads to two special fountains. (The black fountain is a raise dead-fountain). You have to step only on the floor switch which closes the force field, or does nothing with it. It's not too hard. Step some (2, I think) forward, then step left to the wall, and go further forward beside the wall.

Final battle: this one is hard but not impossible. The staff that Mersant makes for you looks pretty weak, but is the only thing that will affect Sohl, so give it to one of your fighters. In actual fact, it works pretty well - it only takes about as many hits as the average good sword/axe to kill the nasty man. You'll have to keep killing the rest of his minions though afterwards. Make sure you have plenty of potions, as ever. This battle is hard, but not significantly harder than the House of Cold Blood.
