The author of this report has the unique credibility of being himself a victim of what is described as the Alzheimer's Scam, as well as having more than adequate knowledge in medical and neuroscience matters and in psychiatry, thus all that is explained herein are mainly my personal appreciation of what extreme anger is and how the brain and psyche and soul cope. Any legal scam, because such are based on lies and court orders obtained from these lies and can have shocking consequences, can cause extreme anger, not just in a man or woman directly affected, but also in relatives and offsprings of the victim. I am referring to this article as "Assay" because I feel an approach like to an "assay" (in medicine) is the best way to assess and examine such conditions.

Zygmund Freud did something quite remarkable. In my view few people appreciate this. By studying the mentally ill, and their talk such as perhaps about evil taking over parts of the body, he constructed a model to do with the nature of the human psyche using the ego, superego, and id, as the basis. In so doing he founded the science of psychoanalysis. By shifting some of the id to the ego, a mentally ill person can be helped or even healed. This was truly a genius feat in my book.

What about anger? Is it a part of the id and subject to the same rules of psychoanalysis? Perhaps - perhaps not. Problem here is that extreme anger is not always a clear sign of a disturbed mental condition - in fact, expressions of such extreme anger may not be "irrational" depending on the situation and circumstance.

This is a short version (draft), just a summary really.

Let us suppose the ego can be modelled. Let us project a model of a creature with a number of legs. Each leg has a footprint, this footprint is pressing down on an area of the brain that contains part of the energy of the id. Using this model the area which contains anger is also being held down by the ego.

But, here lays the difficulty. Natural anger may have a "just cause" and if so the ego may have limited capacity to do anything about it, and it can not hold onto it all the time. The ego is about reality - the way things are or ought to be - so if an extreme anger arises from a cause that is not natural, a cause man made and not by accident, the anger may have no "just cause" in which case the ego has little option but to continually attempt to release than anger in the hope of removing it altogether or reducing its impact on the soul and psyche.

How then does this work? The creature we named ego releases anger, by lifting its foot a touch. The ego has to find a way to rationalize and justify this else the brain and psyche and soul can not cope with this energy of the id. When no "just cause" exists then the ego is helpless - well, not altogether helpless but it needs the assistance of the "will".

When the ego tries but can not contain anger because the anger has a just cause, a "will" forms between the ego and the anger association area. The will then sets about working on ways to assist the ego. One solution of the will might be to write strong and bold letters of complaints to some people who might be able to reduce or alleviate the cause of this anger - police, lawyers, courts, politicians, employees - whoever. Such letters many not be particularly rational in parts because too much emotion is being used - as well as energy of the id not directly related to the anger but which had been released in a "burst" at the same time as the anger - to form these letters. This is why a will is needed - normally a person may never write such letters to such people but the will can compel this, in so doing it is acting to alleviate some of the anger. The chances of any of such letters having much of an impact in the sense of changing things is probably low, but this is not what the natural will is about in such a situation. The object is to compel a person against their "normal and rational" will to write a letter of complaint in a manner that allows as much of the anger to be revealed and thus discharged, as is possible. The disadvantage is that other id forces also express themselves while they have a chance - and in our subconscious we all have biases, cultural taboos, and many such things which we keep "secret" but which may not be possible to keep secret when an "accident" takes place and such energy blends with the anger energy while the ego is trying to "shift" some of the anger into itself to rationalize it.

When such a new will forms, it is still a natural will, but it is not the original natural will in the body. This new alternate will only has one specific purpose and in time it should completely blend with the original natural will. How much time depends on the situation, on what other affects are produced by the situation, and how well the psyche can cope.

In a person naturally predisposed to some violence, this is perhaps easy for the will to do - release the anger in the form of violence. Problem is few people are naturally inclined to violence. The problem with violence is that it may become addictive - the adrenaline rush and the "high" of a violent act can create addictive conditions in the brain and the brain may seek more of the same. The violent act creates a "will" of its own, a will that can substitute the alternate will created to discharge excess anger.

In order to appreciate the entity defined as the "Will Syndrome" on our other pages, and the "will" as such, a model of the "will" is essential - and many questions need answers, questions such as what is a "will" exactly, how does it begin or develop, what is its objective, how and when will it blend with the original natural will?

An embryo begins by division of cells. Let us propose that this activity forms a "natural will", a feature that in time will acquire considerable natural intelligence - not "thinking" intelligence, more like a computer program - but a computer program can perform complex assignments and can even come across as extremely clever. This will is conditioned from the way in which the cells are dividing and joining - this in fact becomes part of its internal "coding" as to how to "will" parts of the brain.

Does this always work properly? Certainly not. Take the four year old who is still not speaking. The worried parents take the child to the speech pathologist who using lollies to shape sounds in the mouth, and other methods, soon forms a will in the brain to begin to talk. It usually does not take long before the child is talking like any child his or her age. So, a "will" can form naturally in the beginning, or if parts of it fail, in some cases the body can be used to as if "backstep" the technique of forming a will. Extreme anger coupled with a "sense of entitlement" is another way a will can form, this may form an alternate "pseudo-will".

Why study the "will"? I believe it is the duty of the medical community, be such doctors or scientists in medical areas, to appreciate that one technique "legal scams" use is to provoke a person into proving something that was not true in the first place. Take the court orders which in the state of New South Wales (Australia) are called Apprehended Violence Orders or AVOs. Supposedly about violence. That (and I have evidence which I trust which leads me to conclude) is a laugh often though! These, as the Alzheimer's Scam report explains, can be purchased through legal firms for large sums of money. The right legal firm will teach a person how to lie and which lies that can not be proven one way or the other to use at hearings. Imagine a "gentle giant", a loving and devoted father, suddenly having police arrive with an AVO on his doorstep which his former wife arranged. The AVO for reasons not specified names the two daughters as "protected" persons. The victim knows the motive has to do with the new boyfriend his ex has, and suddenly he becomes worried about the sexual safety of his two young teenage daughters. So he rushes over there, to be arrested, and dragged before Anglo-Saxon courts. Hence, while the victim has not done anything, the court order itself provoked an action which was "just" from the ego's point of view. It is possible a great many victims of such scams are in Australia and other places - and the study of the will, so I believe, has the potential to identify and stamp out legal scams.

In regards to the "Will Syndrome" defined on other pages, the root cause of the extreme anger that may cause this condition may not always be crystal clear. In some cases, psychoanalysis may be required to identify the potential source of that anger. Take the child whose mother has to work and has little choice but to send the child to a daycare centre. Here the child is bullied a few times. The child finds this offensive, begins to blame and then hate his mother. The child can not do anything about it but one day when the mother is old and frail, he now turns on every other member of the family and claims each threatens and assaults them and he wants police protection from the other family members. To outsiders he may come across as "devoted" to the mother but in fact this is "hate" expressing itself clearly and well camouflaged. He wants to isolate his mother from others, especially her favourite sibling, because this is one way he can "hate" his mother while seemingly having proper concern for her. In the Will Syndrome, it is not the ego, or id, or superego, that begin to plan carefully how to begin a chain of events - it is a will, formed from extreme anger the root cause of which is likely to have begun in childhood.

The anger explained herein is not related to the Will Syndrome. The anger herein is more natural anger but extreme. A "will" forms to discharge it the best it can, but this in still proper and moral and ethical ways - unlike the Will Syndrome in which any lie, deception, planting of evidence, propaganda - in short whatever it takes - is part of the norm. It is unlikely the Will Syndrome can form in anyone who has a long term relationship with another human being - a relationship by choice not by necessity (that is, some people may choose to live at home with their parents even when older because they can not purchase a house and don't earn enough to pay rent easily, but this is a relationship because of circumstances not always by choice. A marriage is an example of a relationship by choice - however, a long term marriage may also become a relationship by necessity and habit rather than by choice.)

It is important to be clear on the distinction between extreme anger that forms a "will", and the Will Syndrome. In the latter, a commercial airplane pilot may be passed up for promotion. This may generate much anger - but only when the ego looses control for a time and massive energy of the id flows, only then can the Will Syndrome form. In this case a "sense of entitlement" and "extreme anger" formed the Will Syndrome. But - that massive id energy was already present, probably a childhood experience that created mass confusion and agitation and anger, and the immediate trigger may seem the source of the anger but it is unlikely to be, such merely acts as a catalyst and allowed massive id energy to flow into the ego and overpower it and instead of the ego the Will Syndrome formed and took full control. A pilot with this syndrome may choose to fly his airplane full of people into a mountain - it depends on what the Will Syndrome is set to achieve and how it will "triumph". On the other hand, extreme anger referred to herein is not going to result in extreme physical actions of any kind except writing of letters and stong complaints - venting of mass feelings - which may include swearing even in a person not usually into swearing. The Will Syndrome compels extreme or brutal physical acts while a "natural" discharge of extreme anger may result in lots of letter writing and the like, lots of complaints, but will not initiate physical actions which are basically against - "the law" might be the right word to use (or instead of "law" we could say against natural sense and decency). In the Will Syndrome nothing is important except to "triumph" in the end - outside this syndrome extreme anger merely channels itself in ways which are not always usual or perhaps altogether "rational" but which do not affect others directly. By this new science, the man Adolf Hitler had a full blown Will Syndrome that was set to destroy humanity, and the way to achieve this was through war and concentration camps. If, on the other hand, Adolf had not the Will Syndrome but extreme anger, he may have been satisfied with one or two war victories and that would have been it, he would have negotatied a peace to his satisfaction. In the latter hypothetical, the ego is in control, it has never lost control, it merely had to allow the alternate will that formed to discharge extreme anger - which means the man may still have wanted to be Chancellor of Germany and still begun a war, but this would not continue when the odds became too hard - the ego would make sure when the odds became too great, it would do its best to find a way to stop the conflicts and war. Note that the question "so why did this man or woman develop this syndrome?" is as awkward to answer as "why does this person has schizophrenia?" or "why does this person have cancer?" Medical conditions happen, it is not always possible to be clear about how or why. There may be predisposing factors of course but ultimately it is the way in which the massive energy in the brain comes together that can cause the Will Syndrome. The Will Syndrome is defined as a psychiatric medical condition while non-violent extreme anger expressions are not psychiatric conditions but counselling may be useful and beneficial for victims. (However, a person in whom extreme anger develops may also have a psychiatric condition that normally the ego can control, but suddenly it may not - but this seems to me would be extremely rare.)
