The Way Forward - the Way of the Cross

The mind of God experience was conveyed to many. More and more Islamic Holy Ways heard of this, and were moved deeply, and began to form a strong in the spirit interaction with Darth in particular. The virtual image formed in the spiritual vision of Sodom and Gomorrah, outside the ruined city, and a large number of Jews and Muslims in the spirit, and some all sorts even Catholics, formed in the vision. Standing on the hill leading from the city, Darth in his Darth Vader suit holding 4 year old Omar and his daughters were with him. Came a cry. "Why? Have you not read the New Testament? It is all there. Why ask me?" Darth replied. "But we don't understand it!" Cried another. "How do we know when to punish people for offences against God?" "Judge not that you be not judged. What is the problem with that instruction?" Darth replied. "Since when did God ask you to punish anyone?" "Speaking as a Catholic", one man cried, "you seem to find the Inquisition of the Church in the 15th century as evil. But a simple Pope was elected you see. That is not fair to judge him." "Wasn't it the 16th century? A simple man who can not understand the instruction 'do not kill' does belong in a church." Darth replied. ""Even the simplest Pope should have stuck to the word of God not to judge, and to forgive, to show compassion and mercy, to worship the Father in spirit and truth. Even a simple person can understand the words of Saint Pauk that love is gentle and kind, love endures all things, love hopes for all things." "But my Muslim teacher says God hates the unbelievers." One man cried. "Have you not heard that God is love? God hates no one. The ancient Hebrews coded their sacred texts, and included false fables to protect their pearls." Darth replied. "The tale of Noah is one such fable, invented, borrowed, to fool those who might decode the mystery of their keys into heaven. To the outsider, they wanted their God to come across as vengeful." "Why do I need to do this?" Darth turned to his three daughters, Sara, Elisha, and Lisa, all neatly and modestly dressed. "Cause they believe you are the Holy Spirit." Elisha said quietly. "That is not my problem." Darth shrugged. "That is their problem." "Dad, please be serious." Elisha pleaded rather forcefully. "This is not the time for your sense of wit. This is an opportunity for a way forward for Islamic Holy Ways." Darth turned to the multitude, walking with Omar. "You think you have problems? Look at me. Here is my four year old in whom by our reckoning is the soul of the Prophet of Islam. And yet the Koran is the most bizarre book anyone could write about God. One invention after another. How do I explain that to my son when he is of age?" "A true Muslim must make a pilgrimage to Mecca." One yelled. "If by Muslim you mean someone who claims to be a Muslim, then perhaps this is the case." Darth explained. "A true Muslim in the spirit worships in spirit and truth already. No need for alms, no need for pilgrimage, no need for prayers, no need to wear any garment at all even. Have you not read? Worship God in spirit and truth. Those who are simple can not understand another way but you are in the spirit and in the spirit you know a better way. Also remind yourself of the coin Jesus was asked to examine. What did he say? Give to Caesar that which belongs to Caesar, and to God that which belongs to God. Thus if you are forced into worship or pilgrimage by worldly powers, then give to Caesar what belongs to Caesar." "It is written in the New Testament that a thief ought to have their hands cut off." One scholar flowed. "Is it? Can not say I recall such." Darth replied. "However, parts of the Gospels had been put there by the early church for political reasons and are not what Jesus said. In the Spirit, the Word of God comes to you correctly. Ignore that which seems inconsistent with the Word." "Do not steal." "Do not commit adultery." Such are instructions not that complicated. "But how do we punish those who steal?" An Arab flowed. "Have you not read? If a man steals a coat from you, turn the other cheek, and give him your other coat as well. Thus, punish those who steal by rewarding them with more than they stole. How complicated is that to understand?" Darth replied. "But that is impossible for people to do." One protested. "We work hard for our money and we deserve to see thieves punished." "The Word of God is close to your heart." Darth replied. "Do the best you can or able to. Seek forgiveness if you fail." "The kingdom of heaven is like an hourglass." Darth explained. "Each grain of sand is a speck of faith in you. As each grain falls to Earth, it enriches the Earth. You are a grain, all of you who are in the spirit with us this day, and thus enrich in accordance with opportunity to do so. Do not argue with simple minds or those in human authority who would contend with you, instead say yes or no to their questions and plead for their grace. Lie through your teeth if you need to. The Devil has his disciples and to such spiritual truth is a burden. Repeat any line they want to hear. Spit on any Saint or image of the Cross of even God, if they so ask. True believers would never ask such a thing. Do this so you can worship in spirit and truth and be not troubled by rituals." "How do I know I am clean before God?" One asked. "When you are in the spirit, you are clean before God." Darth said. "How do we punish those who commit adultery?" An Islamic scholar asked. "What did Jesus do when a prostitute was brought forward and the people were ready to stone her?" Darth replied. "He said let those without blemish cast the first stone. None did. So forgive - in any case, adultery does not refer to a woman sleeping with a man. A husband can commit adultery against his wife without sleeping with any other woman, so can a wife in the same way. What adultery is, let that be a mystery to you until in the spirit that mystery explains itself to you." "Father, could you keep this a touch less complicated please." Elisha gave a curtsy as she pleaded. "Islam is still mainly simple believers." "Do not cast your pearls before swine." Darth turned to the multitude again. "And even when you understand the deeper mysteries, it is forbidden for you to explain these to those not worthy of understanding." "Do not say to a homosexual that they can enter the kingdom of heaven, nor to the sinner that he or she can not, nor to the man or woman who is not a virgin when they marry that they have committed adultery. The spirit searches the heart and mind and makes its decisions in its own way. It is not for us to guide the spirit - the spirit guides us. Always remember that in my Father's house are many rooms." "The kingdom of heaven is like a cloud and usually white and pleasing but even when dark, such brings rain to Earth and nurtures our crops and provides water for animals." Darth said. "You are a light to the world but when in the land of darkness, be careful you do not loose your light." "It is nice for a young woman to be modest in her attire. For when a young man sees such a woman, the thought "she is nice" automatically comes to him." "You may have heard it said that the man who loves his son does not spare the rod. But I say to you that if you want to chastise your son or daughter, chastise yourself instead." "The young have a right to their privacy just as adults have a right to theirs. Do not be spies." "The kingdom of heaven is like a galaxy far away. Full of stars and each star differs in glory. Some of those stars have long since died but their light still emits in the darkness. Each star seemingly untouchable but beautiful. And yet seek and you shall find, knock and it will be opened." "The pure of heart shall see God. You are pure of heart for you are in Life in the Spirit. You may have imaginary sins that tug at you, but if you are clean before God than all your sins are remnants of a guilty conscience which will fade in time." "Be generous with the poor and the oppressed." "Look after orphans and widows." "Offer your prayers for the grieving or with a sick loved one." "Do not be naive. It is said that Jesus sits on the right hand of the father. This is highly symbolic. Do not imagine a little man in heaven who is God and next to him a small man who is his son. Where heaven is, this you do not understand - but you are on the journey to heaven. If you have never been in a place, then you do not know what the experience of being there is." "Can the blind lead the blind? Those who do not experience Life in the Spirit are the blind. Sometimes the Catholic Church appoints as its Pope someone who is blind in this sense. There was one man who became Pope eventually and who during the war risked his life daily to save Jewish children. There was another Pope who was terrified of any unusual thoughts in his head and chased these away with all his might. Thus sometimes Saints become heads of the Church, at other times men who are blind, and in the past even men so simple they failed to understand simple teachings of Jesus such as do not kill and do not judge." "But this is a combined Holy Spirit Way of Life. All the access to the mysteries in the Old Testament are free for us. Each such mystery binds the Word of God and in the New Testament we have that Word of God explained simply and elegantly. The New Testament is not very large. You can easily memories it even. When dealing with fools who want you to recite the Koran, do so if you need to, but in your heart of hearts the Word of God shall be in peace." "Spend some time now and then wondering about the poor, the unemployed, those who are afflicted, those who mourn, those who grieve, those cheated out of their natural right by courts of law. Do this, and you shall  become closer to the image of God." "Ignore any theology put to you by any Christian group. Stick to the Word of God for in that you will find peace and understanding and salvation." "The spirit in you is born in the spirit. There is no turning back, but in ordinary life, do as you must to fit in and blend in. Walk cautiously in the lands of darkness. Teach your children to tread carefully in such lands for such lands are full of snares and traps. Those who pride in darkness do not take to the light." "And if you accuse a woman of adultery, be it true or not, pray she forgives you." "In the spirit you are here as children of God which means heirs to the promised land which is the kingdom of heaven among you. But when not in the spirit, you are subject to the winds of control and domination that human forums specialize in. And when not in the spirit you may begin to doubt the truth of the word. Have no fear, for once you are born in the spirit, your soul in heaven rests." "Forget notions of heavens. The spirit will give you insights into these as your soul needs such. Instead, pray that at the very least you will have peace in death. For those who violate certain natural laws do not die with the death of the brain, but keep on drifting beyond the grave. That is why I say, pray for peace in death at the very least." Darth, Omar content in his arms, turned to Elisha saying quietly. "How is that for bullshit? You think they will fall for it?" "Dad." Elisha said most firmly but quietly. "Your divine sense of humour does not go down well with Muslims in the spirit. Please respect they are different. All you said, in truth, was what Jesus said, so it is up to them to make up their mind if what you said is...bullshit...or truth." Darth turned to the multitude. "I rather like your sense of submission in the spirit. I rather like your sense of modesty in the spirit. If I like, then I am sure God would approve. I also will admit Islam in the spirit has given me something most precious. I refer to my daughter in the spirit Harla. Not to say any of my other daughters are not special - but she has proven to be a delight to me." "Dad!" Harla, embarrassed, came closer and embraced him, standing with him, she wearing a white top and a long black pleated skirt which made her look a touch more mature than usual. Darth turned to the multitude. "As we descend from the spirit, you will feel a sense of heaven. Know this. Regardless of how long it will take, the journey into the spirit begins and ends with a sense of heaven."
