Presentation 9 - Dimensional Energy (Proper Legal Deliberations)

Ladies and Gentlemen. To continue with the development of our new science, we need to appreciate a new type of energy. It is called dimensional energy. Full explanations can be found in the psychic Science of Life series. Briefly, dimensional energy can form from the central nervous system of any living organism, meaning the brain in more evolved animals and Man. It is unique energy. It does not exist in our physical universe but in its own time and space continuum. The medium that the telepaths use during their interactions is called Andromeda for documentation purposes. It is a dimension, a living consciousness, its natural form a dimensional energy of a certain kind. It has a natural will of its own. It knows how to rest, awaken, etc. It is a realm of physics. When it rests, that only refers to its own consciousness, this does not mean the realm of physics itself closes shop.

Perhaps the most important aspect of dimensional energy (DE), from our Science of Law point of view, is that this is the mental energy best suited for complex and in-depth legal deliberations and considerations. The human brain has evolved a unique way to use such energy to solve deep and complex puzzles and mysteries. So, in truth, while the left cerebral hemisphere is well suited for straight forward legal deliberations and processes, and it is not so well suited to complex in-depth deliberations, it is in fact dimensional energy that a natural mentally healthy brain will use when it is thinking about a legal issue deeply and most thoroughly and most seriously.

To appreciate the above, a fair amount of complexity is required to be presented about dimensional energy. There are a great variations of dimensional energy. One form acts to pull into itself energy which is not so far removed. This acts like a glass jar into which water is poured. Once inside, the energy inside can not escape, it is repelled from the hard outer surface of this "container" type DE. Now, if we put our physics hat on and try to fathom this, we are at a loss to understand. Each DE is different, each is in its own time and space continuum, so how can one style of DE act as a container? This almost, from a pure physics perspective, does not make sense in any way. We don't know the answer to this either, but we know how well this works.

Now, imagine on my table a glass jar with thin walls and inside water. The water can not escape on its own. Further, imagine the jar has a sealed lid on it as well. It is very thin glass, extremely fragile, but even so the water has no way to escape. The only way the water can escape is if I apply a push adequate to break through the barrier of a dimension, in this case the thin glass walls, and the walls separate and the water floods out.

Dimensional energy, most types, is easy to condition. It is a perfect medium for the Science of Law. We could condition or define thousands of laws. Now, if I write on a piece of paper instructions such as:

(a) go next door
(b) find a vase of flowers
(c) bring it back

And I show this paper to you - it is only a piece of paper with instructions. No one is executing the implicit will in these instructions. I would have to ask one of you to follow these, then you would be the will executing the law I wrote down. That is much the same with DE. We can, using sense language, define any number of laws. That is, we can sense the brain patterns when a particular word is being understood, and equate these to "sense particles" in the theory of dimensional energy, and this formation of sense particles can be copied into the DE. Note that each such rule would need to be carefully and precisely worded in that sense, each would have to be in an exact and precise hierarchy to ensure the correct legal framework. However, such conditioning is not an act of will of any kind. This conditioning results in sense particles inside the DE merely attaining a certain agitation which in turn can be equated with a plain word - just to make it simpler to condition the DE. Such a DE can be contained in the container DE. This container, you can call it a missile, can sit inside Andromeda, in its own realm of physics.

However, once this container is deployed, something unique takes place. The missile searching for a "will" that it is programmed to attach itself to, actually breaks the barrier of a dimension. The moment it does, the inherent laws inside the DE are automatically spotted by the force-of-will and it instantly attaches itself to the DE. What we now have is an active military weapon of incredible capacity. The weapon is using one of the most powerful natural forces in the cosmos, the force-of-will, which is the force of creation of our physical universe as well, to do most of its own work. In fact, the main role of the dimensional energy, when used as a weapon, is to sustain in its form countless number of instructions which are laws that the natural will sets about enforcing. What better military, ladies and gentlemen, then the force that created everything in the first place! What soldier, what army, how many countless numbers of nuclear like weapons, what cluster of galaxies, could stand a chance against this force!!! This force-of-will, in fact, will crush anything that stands in its way of enforcing a system of laws it is intent on making come to pass. [Understand in perspective: the force-of-will is the force of creation of our physical cosmos, this is the force being referred to, and a small part of the force attaches itself to any system of natural laws - however, the force has at its disposal all of the massive power of the true force-of-creation if it needs such; the "will" will enforce natural laws, if the "junior will" is struggling trying to, more and more of the massive force-of-creation attaches itself to the "junior", and will doing so until a particular natural law is enforced.]

This same, or similar rather, principle can be used in complex legal deliberations. A DE forms in the brain. It is about reducing "space" between concepts, ideas, conflicting points of view. It can not tolerate opposition (from its own self) because a force-of-will formed in the brain compels the DE to find a solution. It can take time, even much time, but that is because the brain has to adapt and adjust to any results the DE comes up with - in other words, the DE itself will compel certain neural networks in the brain to rewire themselves in order to understand a solution to a complex issue. Recall what I said about nerve cells? They tend to heal or rewire at a snails pace? Well, the active DE can find a solution fairly quickly however it may need to enforce a compelling will in the brain that will bring together some nerve cells, or rewire a few existing ones, so the brain understands the solution.

This works well in a brain that is mentally healthy - in a dysfunctional brain, the end result could be alien or strange judgments, even if such can be made to come across as rational on the surface.

I put it to you that for any non-trivial or incidental legal issue, only a DE formed naturally in the brain can find a proper and safe and sound solution. This then is the proper legal "deliberation and consideration" from our Science of Law point of view - ideally, whenever possible, any conclusion or judgment or decision-in-law must be the result of a natural DE process. If it is not, we assume such a judgment is flawed-in-law until shown otherwise. (The constraint here is that what may seem ever so complex to some people, may not be so complex to more intelligent or more experienced people, consequently we can't always be certain how complex a legal issue actually is and it it does require a DE to resolve such properly and well.)

It is not hard to get a DE going in your own brain. Sit back, relax, close your eyes, try to silence your thoughts and begin to focus on a particular problem or puzzle. As long as you are willing to find a solution, eventually as you ponder there is almost a certainty that your brain will form a DE which will in turn find a solution for you. However, it may take weeks before your brain is re-wired, if that is what has to take place, before the solution presents to your reason. If the human brain could resolve in-depth problems quickly, it would not need to form DEs. That means that chances are that when a DE finds a solution, the brain does not have a natural neural network in place that can be used to assimilate that conclusion into ordinary thinking, and hence a part of the brain, a tiny area of cells, may need to be "re-wired" by the brain before the reason can understand or be comfortable with the solution the DE found.

While a DE is the best way to reach legal judgments, it is also a time consuming process for most of us. You may have heard the expression, "let's settle out of court". Well, that is probably the simplest way to settle most financial and other disputes, instead of forming a DE to find the correct or ideal legal position.
