(DRAFT ONLY, parts added to this site as they are finalized)
This report produces a
working definition, a medical-clinical definition, of the
difference between a "human" and an "animal-human".
This report is the result of research over two decades,
as an opportunity arose, of members of the Australian legal-police
system, but the findings are considered applicable to any legal-police
system.
September 2007
This report has been produced using the techniques of Artificial
Intelligence as developed for a medical diagnosis “expert system”
mentioned herein and known as 5GL-Doctor. The techniques show patterns
outside the scope of natural human intelligence to show. Human
intelligence is usually limited by the “belief system”. That which is
outside the scope of the belief system is often challenged and
resisted, regardless how true it is. Common defense mechanisms used by
the belief system are “its a personal issue” or “not everything is
known” or “that is just malice”, or “he or she has a problem with
authority”, etc.

Preamble
It is vital, in particular for members of the psychiatric and
psychological profession, to come to grips with one simple reality:
people have evolved into two distinct species of life: "human" and
"animal human".
There is no difference in intelligence or overall appearance between
the two. The distinction is purely on neuroscientific findings.
Put simply, it is the "natural" state of mind that is very different in
a "human" and "animal-human". From birth, the brain of the animal-human
devotes at least 50% of its time to find techniques to control massive
primeval drives caused by the limbic system.
The brain of the "human" uses less than 10% to achieve the same, and in
some case the genetics may have already modified so the brain does not
have to do anything in the sense of working out how.
1.0 The Animal-Human
The instinct of the animal-human is not much different to that of the
advanced animal. The concepts of "reward and punishment" is what the
animal-human accepts naturally because that is how the brain in the
child formed its natural state of mind. A state of mind that accepts
"this is the way it is", without searching for reasons as to why or
ethics and morals or whether this ought to be as it is. Monuments to
the domination and control of humanity by animal humans are its prisons
and law courts, and its armies.
As a general rule, any soldier or police officer is likely to be this
type of individual.
In general, 50% of those who want to be lawyers or magistrates or
judges are these types of individuals.
In general, 1 person out of 10 is a "human" while 9 out of 10 are
"animal humans".
1.1 The Human
The brain of the human, on the other hand, in the early formative
years, devotes less than 10% of its time to working how to inhibit the
strong drives from the limbic system. This gives the brain "spare" time
and capacity to focus on other things and in particular "ethics and
morals" in the way a child perceives such.
What this means that a "human" is more into reconciliation than
prisons, more into resolving a conflict or situation than into concepts
of reward and punishment. A human might not always be "good" in that
sense, a human may choose in adult life to strive to acquire wealth or
status or position. A human can see an "injustice" to another, can see
the "wrong" in the context of ethics and morals in a given situation.
It does not mean a human might do something about this - the point is,
a human knows the difference. It is natural to the human. But it is not
natural to an animal-human. In fact, just three concepts of "reward,
punishment, gratification" could be used to develop a working
psychiatric model of an animal-human.
1.2. Divergence of the Species
As a general rule, no human would ever want to be a soldier or police
officer. It is totally "irrational" to a human being, unless absolutely
necessary such in a situation when one's family or country has to be
defended, why anyone would choose to be a soldier in particular, or a
police officer.
To the human, the police are a necessary "evil" in society. The basic
notions of personal safety is important to all, as important as
shelter, but that is not what police are all about. They are in the
main about forcing down people's throat orders of courts and man-made
laws. This group has no "ethics and morals" as such, it is a "will", a
group of "thugs with guns" who get a blood thrill out of arresting
people, putting handcuffs of people, separating families such as
happens when bail conditions are set and the like. These conditions are
set not for practical reasons, but to control and dominate.
In 2007, in Australia, these thugs with their guns are said to kick out
40 families a day from their homes (those families who ran into hard
times and can not repay high mortgages). The thug with his gun has no
ethics or morals about this, it is just a "job" to the thug, in the
same manner to kill others in a war situation is just a "job" to the
soldier. No concept of evil in the same way that the human has strong
concepts of good and evil and natural justice.
To fingerprint a person, to put them in a cage during processing that
animal cruelty associations would not allow dogs to be put in, is
natural to the Australian police. To a human, this is offensive in the
extreme, it is being in the presence of natural animals in the form of
a human. To set bail conditions which have no aim other than
frustration of the individual, other than showing a person "who is
boss", "who is the thug with a gun", is a trait of the animal-human.
Wherever you look at, you hear of legal cases which are shocking to a
rational state of mind. A simple case (from the USA as I recall) of a
17 year old and a 15 year old having some oral sex. The 17 year old
ends up with a 10 year prison sentence. For what? For doing something
that is natural? The animal human is not into "conscience", it is not
into "right and wrong", it is not into accepting what it natural and no
ones business. The natural state of the animal-human is "domination and
control" of others, or of its environment, so it is more than pleased
when laws which are no business of any rational human, are spewed out
by government and courts. This gives the animal-human more scope to
"lust" to satisfy the deep natural cravings of its animal instinct (its
ID in psychiatric terms).
Clearly, at some point in time the genetics of the animal-human
changed, modified, to produce the human. Subconsciously, a male and
female is attracted to one another more when their natural sense
"senses" compatibility in the reproduction of the species. Thus humans
began to mate with humans, producing more humans, while animal-humans
began to mate with animal-human. The divergence began. The genetics of
the human modified more, refine, forming a strong natural soul also, to
produce an even more refined human (in the sense of controlling the
strong natural urges of the limbic system). The genetics of the
animal-human modified more and more to accept the "this is the way it
is" state of mind more easily. Finally, by the turn of our new century,
the animal-human evolved to such a state of "acceptance" of "this is
the way things are", it can easily be conditioned to become a suicide
bomber or terrorist, because its natural state of mind is a state of
acceptance of "this is the way things are."
1.3 Brain Activity in the Animal-Human
To carefully observe, to listen to, and analyze the manner in which the
brain in the animal-human works, is to observe one thing in particular:
when it comes to ethics and morals, the animal-human is conditioned
with a set of stereotype response. Such are not natural to a human, but
the brain of the animal-human accepts preconditioning as such "this is
the way things are" and repeats them parrot fashion to others.
One way, for example, the United States recruits young people into its
armed forces, is to carefully engineer movies that convey this "super
adult" father figure. The animal-human is not less intelligent than a
human, it can not be fooled any more than a human can, but its main
weakness is its state of mind and the way its Id, Superego, Ego, etc.,
come together. Its Superego is superficial, lacking, thus by
conditioning into the brain an image of a Superego, in the image of an
actor playing a part of a military leader, the animal-human can be
recruited into the armed forces. It desires to be near its Superego,
the leader in a platoon or equivalent.
