The Internet offers a host of reliable and useful medical information. However, often you need to know what you are looking for to obtain the best out of the Internet. 5GL-Doctor provides short lists of possible medical conditions, in order of the most likely, in response to an inquiry. Information about diseases and conditions is provided or, once you are armed with a short list, you can scout the Internet for exactly the right information.

If you have a preexisting serious condition then we suggest the Professional Edition. Like 5GL-Doctor Personal, it has a built-in dictionary and you mark a word or term and ask for an explanation. Chances are the explanation is in the dictionary. That makes the Professional Edition user friendly and most useful to non professional medical people too.

From a large Selection List, select the symptoms/sign of interest or concern to you.

Conversations

Opposite examples of displays from conversations. In particular conversations are included about baby and children issues. You begin a conversation and answer the dialogues or multiple choice questions. The software guides you what to do and when to take your child to a doctor. The conversations are adapted from algorithms approved by two Medical Associations.



There are other ways to find the symptoms/signs and condition you might want to know about. One way is to click on a body part on the diagram (image opposite - in that display the cursor was placed near the lips on the diagram and the left mouse button clicked. Next you can clik the symptom annoying to you or that you wish to find out about, and a list of conditions is short listed that mention that symptom/sign).

Or, you can simply enter in the diseases and conditions display list words which you want to see in the symptom sign/pattern such as "breath,bad" and a list of conditions that contain such are short listed.

 
You can save records in regards to your health concerns or visits to a physician. You can do this for yourself, your child, or all the family.
