(DRAFT ONLY, parts added to this site as they are finalized, last
revision November 2008)
This report proposes a
new medical syndrome titled the "Will Syndrome". This syndrome might be
the proper syndrome to appreciate in the context of global terrorism -
what makes a terrorist set his or her mind to blow themselves up causing
vast damage to others.
You may also want to read an
extract from our Science of Life series titled the Science of Control
and Domination.
If you are a psychiatrist willing to contribute to clearly understand
the nature of this unusual phenomena, please drop me an email. Personally,
I absolutely hate making poor or wrong assumptions when it comes to this
type of medical science, and the reason I would perhaps rejoice more if a
psychiatrist pointed out flaws in this more so than aided in its refinement
(the latter most important too of course).
This syndrome, or the diagnosis thereof, belongs the a new field of medicine
which I have defined as "Neuroscience in Psychiatry" (refer main page for
draft treatise). The reason being is that to "project" a "will" into another,
can be compared to projecting a complex mathematical equation which the
brain of the recipient decodes and uses to form specific electro-magnetic
like fields in the brain.
September 2007
This report has been produced using the techniques of Artificial
Intelligence as developed for a medical diagnosis “expert system” mentioned
herein and known as 5GL-Doctor. The techniques show patterns outside
the scope of natural human intelligence to show. Human intelligence is
usually limited by the “belief system”. That which is outside the scope
of the belief system is often challenged and resisted. Common defense mechanisms
used by the belief system are “its a personal issue” or “not everything
is known” or “that is just malice”, or “he or she has a problem with authority”,
etc.
The cause of the syndrome is excess stress that internally destroys the
psyche and instead forms "fixation" after fixation that build together to
be the "Will Syndrome". A person with this syndrome can project a lie so
well it can move another to tears - it can come across as so believable
and convincing. Such a lie is likely to have to do something with "fear".
Such a lie projects a "will". The will to survive is triggered by fear,
and an aspect of this will is triggered by any fear. Generate such a fear,
project it, into another person, and a subset of the Will Syndrome begins
to form in a person the target of the Will Syndrome. Example. A man lives
with his mother who has Alzheimer's. He can not cope anymore. His brother
thinks it is time their mother went to a nursing home. But it is too late,
the person now has the Will Syndrome in full. So he goes to the police a
few times claiming his brother had frightened the life out of him, threatening
him, sending him threatening email. The intention here is not to get the
police to investigate at this point, but to set a pattern in motion that,
when finally the Will Syndrome makes a decisive move, will result in a police
officer saying to the innocent victim of this scam "if you keep saying the
truth I will arrest you". (actual case, reported to police in Australia,
refer our "Alzheimer's legal scam" report to understand in context, the police
did not appear to be interested merely sending out a police officer about
to retire to investigate and this person, quite rightly really I feel, had
solely retirement plans on his mind and was not particularly interested in
initiating an investigation).
Besides the example of the Will Syndrome as put together from the Alzheimer's
Legal Scam report, another example comes from Air Crash Investigations. A
flight engineer who has the "spare seat" on courier flight, appears to go
berserk, smashes the heads of the flight engineer and the two pilots with
a hammer. After a harrowing ordeal, the three men manage to subdue this
person. Back home on his bed he left his Last Will and Testament. This person
was highly intelligent, a brilliant chess player, and no one would have
suspected his intent. It appears he was determined his two children "will
go" to the best school, and he had some serious marital problems at the
time, and he was afraid he "will" loose his job as a flight engineer soon
due to a lie he told on the application form that was now found out and for
which the penalty was instant dismissal, and decided he would arrange an
aircraft accident because this would pay out large amounts of money to his
children who would then be able to go to the school he wanted and also have
the things in life he wanted them to have.
The Will Syndrome is true "criminal insanity" at its peak, however, once
it discharges, it is possible a healing process can take place naturally.
However, what, or even if, "trauma" might be involved in this healing process
is not understood.
The Will Syndrome does not altogether fool the person. It is a new and
different type of mental condition. For example, a person with the Will Syndrome
might appear to create all sorts of problems for another family member in
order to gain what appears as financial advantage (but that is not the deep
reason, at least not at first but later he or she can no longer help themselves)
but this person might then go around telling other family members that "he
was so frightened that is why he did this or that." A lie, yes, but projected
using a will, and the object here is not to loose all the links to the family,
as if a part of the soul is saying, "please understand me, I am not really
a bad calculating person, but I simply had no choice because I was fighting
for my sanity".
My personal opinion is that it is highly likely every police officer has
to some extent the Will Syndrome. Not a problem when it is below a certain
"magnitude", it probably makes a police officer do his or her job better,
but it makes a police officer or a "police officer type" extremely vulnerable
to "manipulation" at the will level by a person with the active Will Syndrome.
(it is rarely a deliberate act, it is survival, the person is completely without
understanding why he or she is acting in a certain way or saying certain
things; sure, later, when a discharge takes place such as perhaps by a grief
situation, the person during recovery may awaken to many things and may feel
extreme guilt even, but during the active component of the Will Syndrome
the person was in a sense no more than a baby inside a man.) I also
suspect that any police officer caught in such a situation, may not be able
to recover without treatment (but what is "treatment"?) at the "will" level
and is best moved to a desk job or similar rather than any direct face to
face interaction with the public.
Introduction
This report is a neuroscientific report intended to open the eyes
of the reader to the nature of this dysfunction labelled the "Will Syndrome".
The "Will Syndrome" can commit murder. Take a man who lives with
his aging demented mother. She has a brother, an older man, with bouts
of alcoholism, with extremely high blood pressure. The brother has run
out of money and his sister offers him a room in her house. Not in the
interest of the stepson whose mind is set on the woman's "will and last
testament". He has plans how to get everything for himself. The night before
the brother is to move in with his sister, the man goes to see him - and
he "wills" such a confrontation the poor old man's blood pressure raises
so high the brother has a haemorrhage that leads to death. Murder with
"will and intent" - the "will", or weapon in this case, is the "will syndrome."
Can such a man be tried on this basis? This is not clear.
Why is it not clear. Take the "split brain" patient, a patient with
epilepsy so severe the corpus callosum has been surgically severed. The
patient now has two operating brains. Only the facial muscles interweave
both parts of the brain hence these can be used to some extent to establish
a new communication path between the two brains. Take the patient who is
cooking soup. Her right her is stirring, her left hand has put some salt
in - and can not stop putting salt in. The woman (and this is a documented
medical case) decides to tie troublesome hand that is putting more and
more and more salt in, to her belt. This works, she can stir the soup. But
hold on! Who or what made that decision? Her both brains are content, doing
what they are conditioned to do - no part of her brain is in a position to
make that decision. The answer is the "natural will" as explained in our
Science of Life series. Independent of the brain.
When does this begin? Perhaps the prevalence of the syndrome is in
police and those who are into law. What is law about? Forcing one's "will"
on others. The dysfunctional brain, or a man with a deep set unresolved
"business of childhood" who begins to study to be a police officer or
lawyer, now comes across a "will" situation. Over time, in his practice
as a lawyer, he sees continually in court how a barrister interrogates
someone - always watching, subconsciously, for how to use the "will" to
achieve things. The dysfunctional brain does not know any better and allows
the natural will to continue improving its "will" capability.
Neuroscience
Neuroscience is not as formal science such as neurosurgery or similar.
Its origin is debatable but can be said to stem from computational science
and the study of the human brain's thinking processes in order to simulate
such on a computer. 5GL-Doctor is commercial
software purchased by physicians and even a teaching hospital, and is
an example of such an application. Scientists specializing in neuroscience
simply do not have the range of professional magazines in the manner medical
doctors have, in which new findings can be published and tested by the
neuroscientific community. For this reason pages such as these have to
do to pass the research findings.
An example of a dysfunctional brain: for those familiar with Christianity,
it is said that the reason Jesus was murdered by the Romans was because
he was accused by the Jews in authority of healing on the Sabbath. To a
rational mind this is bizarre and disgusting and offensive and shows a
sick mind. But it is absolute reality to a dysfunctional mind that knows
no other reality and is fixated on the exact and precise definition of a
law. Modern examples can be found anywhere for example China. It is said
that when the state executes a person, the family is asked to pay for the
cost of the bullet. Again, a sick mentality to rational human beings. In
Islamic countries a host of disgusting situations can be found that serve
as such examples. The "Will Syndrome" is responsible, a pathological drive
really, but the person with this syndrome is as immune from reality as any
mentally insane, and the person attempts to mask this by relating the reasons
to some ideals or fine objectives or even "God told me to do it" (as some
murderers and Islamic zealots tend to delude themselves).
Thus, the first sign of this syndrome is a delusion. A delusion
which might appear socially or culturally acceptable - and the very reason
for the difficulty in trying to be certain it is a delusion. There is
a difference between a belief system, for example a religious point of
view, and a delusion - but a delusion can mask itself as part of the belief
system, which makes is extremely hard to track and identify. Unless seriously
provoked or challenged, a belief system does not compel its owner to atrocious
or sub-human acts, but a delusion does.
A "delusion" is anything that is "unreality". In the 1970's the
Australian police would chase those who refused to join the army and go
to Vietnam and kill people. The truth and fact and reality is "a person
refused to kill others". The unreality is how the charge against a person
is presented in court, "violation of this and this act of Parliament". In
other words, "bullshit" or a "man invented religion" is used to cover up
the truth, the reality. No different to how Islamic fundamentalists, or Catholics
ones in the Middle Ages, justified perversion, brutality and murder. This
enforced twisting of truth will in time cause permanent brain damage (not
just a mental dysfunction because the brain kills of excess neurons, and
once the Will Syndrome in whatever measure of degree sets in, the brain starts
burning up neurons it does not want). A normal healthy brain can see such
"unreality", the dysfunctional brain can not and is even prepared to kill
in the name of such unreality.
Preliminary reading: not essential but useful, our report into
a legal scam that makes it possible for property and wealth of Alzheimer's
victims to be "legally stolen". In Australia, the cost of such a court
order that sets the framework is $10,000. That report provides details
about the law cases used in compiling the report and the facts.
Natural Will
Let us examine what this is. What is summarised here is from our Science
of Life series. Take the split-brain patient. A woman with epilepsy so
severe a medical decision was made to surgically cut the corpus callosum,
a band of white tissue of about 200 million neurons, that connects the
two brains in Man and is a communication path between the two. This procedure
will not eliminate seizures altogether, a seizure being uncontrolled electrical
activity in the brain, but will reduce these, isolating one brain from
automatically being trigged during a seizure by the other. So our patient
has had her surgery and is home and has cooked meals many times but on
this occasion something goes wrong - perhaps a tiny seizure? - and her
left hand can not stop putting more and more salt into the soup.
Both brains are seeing this - but seeing is not the same understanding.
It is known that a person born blind who has his eyesight repaired using
modern surgery and can see again - it will take such a person about three
months to understand the difference between a square and a circle. The eyes
see correctly - but the brain has to understand what it is seeing. That takes
time. So while in our split brain patient the brain is "seeing" the two
hands out of synch - it has no understanding why - because if it did, it
could stop this.
Even if both brains are trying to coordinate and find a solution, using
facial muscles to exchange some information, this is not a perfect system
as is known from research into split brain patients. No, it is not the brain,
either the left or the right, which finally makes the decision to tie the
troublesome hand to the belt of her skirt. It is the "will".
Personally, I had a neighbour who had epilepsy. One day she stepped
into the shower and turned the hot water on - and had a seizure before she
could turn the cold water tap on and slumped to the floor. When she came
too she was so severely burned she needed hospital treatment. Severe seizures
can so impact on the quality of life that in some rare situations a medical
decision is made to cut the corpus callosum in so doing reducing the risk
of a severe seizure.
1.0 The Core of the Matter
The human brain is three separate brains. The left and right cerebral
hemisphere, and the small brain behind and underneath called the cerebellum.
The two cerebral hemispheres are joined by a band of neurons called the
corpus collosum which is a large communication channel. The is also a more
basic communication channel known as the anterior commisure. The function
of the left and right cerebral hemisphere has been well documented by medical
research. The brain is too vast and complicated to be understood that well
at specific micro levels, but the major functions and areas responsible
for bodily functions are understood.
In most people the left cerebral hemisphere contains the speech
and articulation areas. Words, semantics and syntax and interpretation,
are processed in these areas. These are not large areas but clearly adequate.
Law is defined using words. Law has to be processed using the left
cerebral hemisphere.
It is known that most of us when we listen to music use both our
brains to do this. Professional musicians are known to only use the left
side of the brain. They listen to the "precision" and "mathematical like"
changes. Mathematicians, accountants, a great many areas, require most
of the processing to be done mainly in the left cerebral hemisphere.
Most of us when we focus on law, as politicians tend to present
law, use both sides of the brain. Lawyers and police usually don't, they
only use that small area of the left brain that specializes in words. This
in itself is not a problem when the whole brain is used to weight a matter.
For example. A friend of mine some weeks back was pulled over by a police
officer because she was not wearing a seat belt. She thus broke Australian
law. The police officer considered the matter in perspective and decided
just to give her a warning and not a serious fine which would be very costly.
But, another officer, one mentally dysfunctional, would not be capable
of doing anything except writing a ticket and charging the woman with an
offense. It would not be possible for them to do otherwise. A dysfunctional
brain can not think as a "whole", it can only judge with one small location
that is used for this purpose. Estimates (crude estimates, based on observation
of faces of police officers, not a particularly reliable technique) from
research suggests that 9 out of 10 police offices have a mental dysfunction
in this regard. Which means this woman was blessed that she was caught by
this particular officer, and not nine others.
Thus what the law is about to the ordinary person is one thing,
what it ends up being in practice can be another thing altogether. In Australia,
specialist books can be purchased that teach lawyers how to set the "mind"
of a magistrate or judge to make a decision this way or that way. Truth
is irrelevant to this process, facts are irrelevant, justice is irrelevant,
what matters is how to set a mind to make a particular decision. In law,
winning is everything! That is why it is said law is not about truth or justice
- it is about winning. Of course, clearly, if one can use facts or truth
or the concept of justice to set the mind, then this is the preferred tactic
- but the aim is to set the dysfunctional brain to make a decision in a
given way, the tools used are not that important (tools such as truth,
facts, concepts of natural justice, etc., these in a sense are useful gimmicks.
When such tools are lacking, then the tools become attacks on credibility,
character assassinations, that sort of thing. Again, regardless of the "tool"
used, the object is to set the dysfunctional brain to make a decision in
a particular manner). The average person who uses both sides of their brain
and watches a well made television movie about police or courts, can start
to feel "this is wonderful, they know how to get at truth and so on". That
is only television - in real life the object in law is to set the mind of
those making the decision to make a decision their way.
What has to be explained clearly is that if you are intelligent
enough and read laws and so forth, you are likely to form the opinion that
"what is wrong with that? seems perfectly sensible." Sure, to you, but
to a lawyer this becomes a game, a game of how to win, thus he or she
focuses on words and tries to manipulate conditions in order to win. The
result can be extreme cruelty to the victims of legal scams, and a massive
amount of wealth can be transferred to someone who knows how to use this
"dysfunctional" feature of the brain to their advantage, by purchasing
court orders they want that pave the way to begin legally transferring
property and wealth to themselves. In countries such as Australia, this
type of scam appears common practice and well established.
1.1 Brain Cell Death
It is known that the young brain kills of excess neural networks
which are connections of specialized brain cells. This process does not
stop during childhood. It is estimated the brain looses up to 3 gms of
tissue each day between the ages of 20 and 60.
Research during the 1950's on the brain of executed murderers,
had found a high proportion of damage to the frontal lobes.
In those with a mental dysfunction, it is possible an autopsy of
the corpus callosum might find a high degree of damage - if that damage
can be measured. The compactness of neurons in brain tissue especially
the corpus callosum is such that it may not be possible to clearly see
such damage, and it may not take that many connections to be killed by
the brain before the corpus callosum has limited capacity to integrate
the information from the left and right cerebral hemisphere.
It is known the brain is a superb adaptive mechanism. It adapts
to situations in order to survive.
But, in this sense, what is survivor?
A police officer would regularly come across brutal situations,
situations which makes most people sick in the stomach or want to vomit.
To survive as a police officer, the brain has to adapt. What better way
than to begin severing the connections in the corpus callosum? The left
cerebral hemisphere is the "logical" and "intelligent" side, the right
is more the "emotional" and "artistic side". The last thing a police officer
wants to be consciously aware of is the "artistic" (or "sadistic") nature
to a particular crime. What better solution than for the brain to start
destroying the cells in the corpus callosum? In effect, a field, a will,
is set between the two brains. More and more they begin acting independently
and do not interfere with one another. That is not natural or normal, but
it may be necessary in order for the brain to survive. What is true of police
work, is clearly also true of legal court work in criminal courts. (but note,
medical doctors don't have this problem because they "heal" people - hence
a shocking road accident as bad as it can leave a victim, is not likely to
affect the left and right brain in a medical doctor or nurse to the point
when it has to "detach" itself.)
The brain need not destroy parts of itself in order to cause a
blockage, a delay or blockage between the left and right cerebral hemisphere,
but it is possible it actually does do so.
That blockage, whether it be mechanical or magnetic, is referred
to as the "Will Syndrome". It is a field the brain forms that blocks effective
communication and integration of the information and perceived reality
of the right brain, with that of the left brain.
A normal brain can simulate this. It takes skill, focus, but it
can be done. It takes a clinical appreciation of the brain so you can focus
your thoughts in such a way as make the left or half do the work, and when
you sense they are about to integrate, you quickly focus on another area
of reason. Do this long enough, for days or weeks, and you develop a "pseudo-blockage"
between the two cerebral hemispheres. What happens eventually is this:
while you are laying down, the brain's power (in a normal brain) transfers
to resolving what is causing a blockage. A part of your conscious self knows
you caused it, but most of the brain is not aware of this, it needs to
resolve matters in its own way. Your body begins to feel weary as the brain
focuses enormous energy to solving the riddle. Your eyes close, the energy
is being used by the brain to resolve the blockage and it starts shutting
down what it does not need. As your eyes close, you will see in your head
like a tunnel beginning to form. As this happens, the drain on the body
becomes extreme, almost a sense of about to die, and the tunnel appears
to be extending, ever so slowly, until eventually a "quantum leap" and an
opening at the other end forms - and when that happens the depth of feelings
that flow across can move you to tears. (This information from my own experience,
it is included herein as it may be useful to understand some psychiatric
conditions in a new way. Let us label this effect as "tunnel of will". It
is a bridge that clears pseudo blockages between the two brains. A normal
brain will not allow any such blockages to set for too long, and if these
can not be removed through dreams then the "natural will" will remove these
by force, the tunnel of will - the natural will - is the one who will eventually
clean this up).
But, if I was a police officer or a lawyer (or magistrate or judge),
it is unlikely my brain would resolve the blockage, it is more likely
to start improving on it because the blockage helps to store and hide
those ghastly images and visuals or direct knowledge of possibly vicious
and brutal crimes. (One thing to watch a movie or read about a vicious
crime in the paper, another to be party to an investigation of such, or
to be in the same room with people who are investigating and hearing talk.)
Let us think about this carefully. An ordinary person is well aware
of what type of work police and law involves. So why would a person be
drawn to this type of work? Money, prestige, that is so for those who aspire
to be lawyers - but then again, regularly you hear about a person who
worked so hard for five years to obtain their law degree, then three months
in the occupation they give up and want nothing to do with law and police
and courts. Such a person is probably the "super rational" individual whose
left and right cerebral hemisphere is perfectly balanced.
The answer may be deeper than superficial. Not long ago a police
commissioner who retired, also had four sons in the police force. It
is likely the tendency to want to be a police officer runs in families.
Is it likely this is caused by a particular gene or aspect of a gene
that makes it possible for the brain to work in a dysfunctional mode?
A normal balanced brain is unlikely to be able to want to be involved with
police work or criminal court because the "tunnel of will" effect would
happen at some time, would be such a frightening experience when it took
place that the person would resign immediately and would enter a deep stress
mode and the brain would take time to recover from the shock.
1.2 The Left-Brain Emotions
In most people the right brain (right cerebral hemisphere) is most
active during processing of emotions and feelings. Of course, in
some people the role of the left and right is reversed, and in very rare
cases both brains seem to allocate resources to a specific task that in
most is normally managed by the left brain.
But, in people diagnosed as psychopaths, anti-social personality
disorder, brain scans show both the left and right brain are active in
a big way.
The answer to this puzzle can be probably reasoned from what is
known about musicians, that their left brain is the one that listens and
"hears" music and melody. In a psychopath, the left brain simulates the
emotions exactly for the purpose of using them to its own advantage. It
learns how to manipulate others using emotions, how to undermine their
credibility before others, and so on. If possible, how to cause the "opponent"
to appear irrational.
But hello? This is exactly what lawyers are about in courts of
law!
While it is likely the "will syndrome" happens only in people predisposed,
genetically (or perhaps by using drugs such as steroid to clear excess
pimples for example when a teenager), to this, but the reason it continued
and becomes so obvious, is because the left brain wants it! The more the
left brain masters manipulation, the less it is dependent on the "advice"
of the right brain. The right brain can "scream" all it likes, but the cunning
left wants to ignore it. Ultimately, the left may not be satisfied with
just a barrier, a blockage, a "will", between the left and right - it itself
may initiate the process of castration, of destroying neurons in the corpus
callosum. It needs the right brain to "simulate" the normal response of
others, but it does not want to "integrate" this in its own specific functions
developed to "win" by whatever means needed.
Perhaps the most blatant examples of how "manipulative" and "perverted"
the left brain can be, is examined in our report into a legal scam in
Australia to legally transfer properties to the person who purchases a
court order call an AVO. This stands for Apprehended Violence Order. Sounds
good on paper. In practice, this can be purchased for $10,000 at a local
court. A person pretends to fall, then calls police claiming he was assaulted.
A few weeks later he rushes to a local court and asks for an AVO to isolate
the family member who supposedly "pushed" them. An AVO is a "private law"
as well as a law the police can use. When there is no evidence of any kind
whatsoever, the police can not apply for an AVO, but a person can still
go and "buy" himself this "private law." This person lives with an elderly
relative with dementia. Because a domestic relationship exists between
an applicant for the AVO and an elderly relative or friend, in Australian
law the elderly person can be put under that same order. Both persons are
named as "protected persons". Protected from what? In the case in our report,
the elderly woman was thus isolated from her natural son and by extension
family, and left in the hands of a person who starved her often enough because
he was high on drugs or alcoholism. In a matter of months the person began
getting documents claming the woman (years ago diagnosed with Alzheimer's)
wanted to leave all her property and wealth to him.
But think how infuriating it is to all family members and two medical
doctors (who were asked to be called as witnesses by another body which
declined to know the truth - but the reason for this could be that this
Tribunal had long ago been made ineffective, in the face of blatant legal
scams, by local court precedents) who know perfectly well the elderly woman
was not being "protected" from anything except honest family members who
cared for her, and one son in particular whom she gave, but not in writing,
power of attorney by getting him to pay house insurance and other related
bills. Instead, her property and wealth was manipulated away from her by
the stepson who engineered this (himself a lawyer) and using other "lawyers"
as witnesses, and very likely she was threatened emotionally as old frail
people are prone to.
Hence, the second important clue to the diagnosis of the "will
syndrome", is a person who may have a psychopathic personality (e.g,
not married, divorced for dubious reasons, drug user or with a boyfriend
or girlfriend who is, or his or her boyfriend or girlfriend has a known
psychiatric condition such as schizophrenia, one who is a "high flyer"
with a corporation as such often are found to have strong psychopath traits,
one whose natural brain had been damaged through use of strong drugs such
as steroids during teenager years.)
But what actually takes place? I simulated this using my own brain.
Again, you need to know what you are doing, you need to have the discipline
over your brain that makes it possible to separate thought processes.
What I did was force the logical side of my brain to deliberate on a situation,
a legal situation, and constrained the activity to that small area of the
brain doing this. I let it allow the right side to generate feelings and
the left simulated these and logically ordered these. Eventually, a magnetic-like
field (a "will") encircled that area of my left brain. As the field collapsed,
it compressed the resulting energy (it generated what I refer to as "dimensional
energy" or "spirit") resulting in both mental imagery in my mind's eye
and a solution. The solution itself "alien" - but, the left side of the
brain could word this solution in a way that came across as very wise and
most appropriate. I suspect a great many legal decisions are in fact "alien"
in nature (i.e. not relevant to the human world and the reality of social
and family life) but can be articulated in a way that makes them sound ever
so wise and proper. Expanded "reason" appears something magistrates and
judges develop - but this is "alien", not "human", just because something
is "expanded" does not mean it is natural or desirable or particularly
useful. It can appear very clever but on deep scrutiny it may be found to
serve very little purpose and may in fact act to alienate and divide.
1.3 Emotional Processing by the
Left Brain
In normal people, the left brain is rarely involved. There is no
need. In psychopaths the left brain is as involved as the right.
The shriek of a magpie during the nesting season, or the bark of
a dog to a stranger approaching their turf, are not sounds of welcome.
They are warnings. The speech areas have adapted to convey the depth
of emotions generated.
When Charles Darwin first proposed the theory of evolution, the
world outside the scientific community was aghast. This ran against what
had become enshrined beliefs about God and creation. Clearly, the complexity
of the brain and body is such that some "life force" has to actively make
decisions, it is not "random chance" as Darwin supposed.
Similarly, this report could arouse animosity on unprecedented
levels. One reason why it is put together in such a way that only clinical
minds will truly grasp the matter.
The speech areas in the left brain developed in animals and primates,
but in humans these developed to a large size. The amygdala is part of
the brain known to generate base emotions. It is part of the limbic system,
also called the "mamillian brain" because it is common to humans and mammals.
It is wrapped around the brainstem which is also known as the "reptilian
brain".
There is a story most likely true from a research institute that
taught a primate a large vocabulary using sign language. One day the
monkey did damage in his room. When asked about this, the monkey replied
using sign language "its was not me, it was the rabbit". (the rabbit was
the monkey's toy). Is it a lie? Or is the reason deeper. Is the monkey
considering what he did as "personal" and no one else's business, and any
explanation will do to those who will not mind their own business? Or is
it a deeper truth in that somehow the association of the rabbit in the
monkey's brain became entangled with strong emotions? The latter is probably
the true answer. If a psychiatrist could work out what exactly did the "rabbit"
represent in the brain, he or she might be able to work out what angered
or agitated the monkey.
We can draw an inference from this example that to "cover up" and
"blame someone or something else" is a feature of all higher intelligence.
But if we do that, we might miss other possibilities to do with basic processing
and learning.
Some serial killers perform complex rituals. A criminologist may
obtain an abundance of clues about the killer from just inspecting their
room or house, and how objects are arranged or the general state of the
lodgings.
The point being, our higher functions can find excuses and try
to rationalize, but in the final analysis unusual human or animal behavior
is rooted in something that takes place in the brain. Activity that compels
the body to act in a certain manner.
The processing of emotions by the left brain is for the purpose
of "survival". In Man, depending on conditions of life, the term survival
can take complex meanings. The wealthy lawyer with an expensive car and
house and a large debt to the bank, in him or her "survival" may mean to
keep on earning the large amount of money needed to pay for the expensive
lifestyle. To the cupboard murderer, survival might mean not being found
out as a murderer. To the pious religious celibate, survival might mean
to stop anyone dwelling into their past.
Survival in advanced species is a complex theme.
Because it is such a complex theme, it is not possible to be certain
when the left brain learnt to process emotions to achieve this aim. But
it had. Further, it can also negate the massive negative feelings generated
by the amygdala and the right brain, by rationalizing an emotion. But
let us think about this at the base level. In order for the brain to "enjoy",
or repeat, a "ritual", it must find some satisfaction. The lions team
up in order to hunt. They encircle the prey and force it in the way they
want it to head. Their "thrill" comes from control and domination. The
final reward is the blood kill, and hence food to satisfy a gnawing uncomfortable
feeling of hunger.
But what perspective does a man-ape standing long long ago and
watching this form? Let's say this is the first time he had seen animals
like lions and their hunting techniques. What the man-ape might be seeing
is controlled "cruelty" and "sadism". The animal-ape brain then rationalizes
that "sadism" and "brutality" is part of nature.
The point being, the left brain processing of emotions is not about
"ethics or morals or enlightenment", it is about survival. The left brain
can learn to clinically study any situation without causing a revolting
feeling in the stomach. It can learn to rationalize and in so doing pacify
any revolting feeling or situation.
This is not true of all of us. Perhaps 1 in 100 persons in the
world on hearing about a woman who killed her young child, will say "let
her be, take the other children away from her, she suffered enough, clearly
her brain could not control some reactions". But 99 out of 100 people will
want such a poor person locked up for the rest of her life or a very long
time. Sadism and cruelty so blatant we don't see it anymore for what it
is.
Hence, in this report, the "human being" is defined as the 1 person
in 100 that finds "sadism" of this kind offensive and disgusting; in whom
the thought of police putting handcuffs on people is "brutality". You can
see this often. A few days ago in Australia man was charged with drug possession.
He was not resisting going with the police but they put handcuffs on him
anyway. No reason except humiliation, cruelty, brutality, and sadism - control
and domination. The man, a well know sport's star, soon lost his contract
with a major sport's club and probably a long and high money generating
career. As well as this he had been defamed on national television and
now seen by all as drug addict or pusher. A few days later in court the
charges had to be dropped because the "medicine pill" found on him was exactly
that.
The "animal-human" does not care about consequences, the animal-human
is into the "thrill" of encircling and jumping on its prey. The "animal-human"
will go out of its way, and use whatever cunning it can master, to prove
itself "right" even when it is clearly wrong. A prime example of this is
what happened in 2007 in Australia and to which the nation was witness too.
A doctor was hauled around for a month, in chains, because he was a "suspected"
terrorist associate. For a whole month this poor man was humiliated, put
in chains and jackets, locked in cages animals would be banned from being
put into. It is not surprising that the more common word for police in
modern times, as heard on the street, is "thugs with guns". A month later
this man was freed and took the chance to go back to his home country of
India. The idiot, it is the only correct word I can think of, in charge
of the Federal Police came on the national television and said something
like "the very fact that he run off to another country just heightens my
suspicion." (wouldn't you rush off to your home country after treatment
like that?). Since that, researchers had found that a very low number of
medical doctors are now wanting work in Australia (a country in which the
greed of the medical associations had resulted in fewer and fewer places
in medical teaching universities, and the country needs good doctors desperately.)
The animal-human is never concerned about consequences. The animal-human
would be willing to destroy the world to satisfy its base animal "blood
thrill".
Thus, another sign or symptom of the "will syndrome" is complete
indifference to long-term consequences of actions (consequences to others).
1.4 The Animal-Human
The cerebral cortex, the grey matter around the brain especially
at the frontal areas, gave Man the ability to refine its own civilization.
What the man-animal observed in nature as useful and practical, it refined
an adopted. The wild lions stalking their prey as a team, that seemed useful.
The cat burying its excretions, that seemed useful and beneficial.
The animal-human is essentially about self and gratifying the primeval
urges. Not so easy in a complex society, so the animal-human predisposed
to feel these strongly, learns to find socially acceptable ways to gratify
its natural animal urges. And what better ways than in police or legal
work? (or in some countries the military). The animal-human can instinctively
see sadism, cruelty, domination and control, gratification of self, all
such things the animal-human perceives via their natural base instinct.
The more the "will syndrome" takes effect, the more the left brain
is reduced to thinking and reasoning like an animal. This thinking and
reasoning is no longer done at the higher cortex, but deeper in the brain.
(but, my own studies suggest that the smaller the brain, the quicker it
thinks, hence the animal-human can never actually think exactly like an
animal. However, the amygdala is known to process strong emotional stimuli
very quickly and compel the body to act, but then the cerebral cortex makes
a decision whether to continue with this course, or to inhibit the brain
from this course. The cerebral cortex is nowhere near as quick as the amygdala
and its immediate effect on sensory and motor areas).
Perhaps autism is an example of where in the brain the thinking
takes place in those with the "will syndrome". Studies of this condition
show that to solve certain puzzles, the ordinary person uses his primary
thinking and reasoning areas. In an autistic patient, these areas are quiet,
and the areas below are used. These lower areas can in fact usually still
find the right solution - but in a different way to the way the cerebral
cortex does this.
As the "will syndrome" takes effect, less and less of the higher
thinking functions are used to reason. The areas around the articulation
areas become more and more a miniature version of the brain, imitating
emotions, higher thinking, and so on, but this in a way which isolates
them from the rest of the brain especially the right cerebral hemisphere.
However, the "will syndrome" is unlikely to affect animal-humans
to the extent it can humans. In an animal-human the dividing line between
"will syndrome" and "natural desire for a blood-thrill" can simply be
blurred. Thus the craving for control and domination, by for example forcing
down peoples throat laws and orders of courts, becomes a natural blood-thrill
and not the will syndrome (or assisted by the will syndrome rather than
caused by it). It is a natural state the animal-human understands. Just
like a dog bows to the superior dog, the animal-human is conditioned to
accept and indeed worship in the manner of a zealot and fanatic, man-made
systems they are persuaded are in the best interest of society.
An animal-human can not be reasoned with at any deeper level. It
does not listen. It only accepts established authority figures as the
authoritative source. The animal-human who is a police officer, will imprison
a person for as long as a court tells the animal-human to do so because
it knows not other state of reality. Perhaps in a manner similar to a worker
bee that is assigned a specific task and knows no other reality or options
and will diligently do what it is assigned to do.
Unfortunately, in the end, the only way to remove an animal-human
from being a thorn and an eye-sore to humans, is to kill it. There is no
other way to remove a "zealot and fanatic" from a conditioning its own
nature and society makes upon it.
While it is likely that the vast majority of those who become soldiers
or police officers are animal-humans, those who choose to lead these
groups are likely to be usually humans: e.g., lawyers, etc. However,
this does not mean a human automatically has or accepts a set of ethics
and morals. Those humans into law may not have any ethics and morals at
all, because that is against "being good" at what is being done. I have
come across one lawyer who only admitted to receiving a letter if it was
registered, else he would deny receiving it. The game of law is a game,
its about winning, its about being rich, its about being clever how to
win, it is not about truth or facts or ethics or morals - and certainly
not about justice, that's just for public consumption and television movies
that want to show an ideal. (note: in Australia the mail is almost never
lost in transit).
There is a notable case of an American judge whose brain developed
a problem. He would sentence a person who parked in a wrong spot 25 years
in jail and free the murderer a jury convicted. Others had to persuade
him to step down as judge. But the animal-human will stand at the prison
cells of the "parking offender" for 25 years - because it can not reason
at a deeper level on its own and whatever an authority figure, no matter
how insane such an authority figure is, writes as a court order, so the
animal-human diligently does.
In short, the animal-human is a threat to humanity! It will repeat
wars, legal scams, concentration camps, all such things, because it is
driven by an instinct that strives for "blood thrills" (e.g.. cruelty,
bestiality, handcuffing people, putting them in cells not fit for animals,
perversion of reality by putting an old women in the hands of a drug addict
and calling her a "protected person". (in truth "protected" from others
in her family who care for her and are not after her money; protected
from independent medical experts; etc. - refer our Alzheimer's report).
1.5 Natural State of Mind of the
Animal-Human
To label a person as "animal-human" smells of racism and brings
back horrible thoughts of Nazi mentality.
The definition is only for clinical reasons. It is important to
make a clear distinction between a person whose higher functions engineer
a sense of ethics and morals, be these not good ones, and the individual
in which this does not happen. In the latter, such functions are "borrowed"
from others, from social norms, they are not developed in their own natural
right. The latter can become a zealot and fanatic of any religion or point
of view, be this the religion of "law", while a human being never becomes
a fanatic and is tolerant (except when it is not in their advantage to
be tolerant).
The human being can either find entities such as prisons as disgusting
and sickening, or accepts there is little that can be done about it.
The animal-human has no concept, no idea, no understanding, how attrocious
such things are to humans. Example of how perverted and twisted the animal-human
can become when not guided well, can be found especially in some Islamic
countries in which they hang young ladies accused of having sex (e.g. Iran).
Absolute horror like this is not an issue for the animal-human, it can
be its normal operating level when conditioned in this way.
An animal-human is no more in control of their base reality level,
than a person with Tourette's syndrome is in control of walking along
the street and not shouting obscene language or twitching. The whole manner
in which the brain is set up is different.
The intelligence of a person does not automatically determine if
they are "human" or "animal-human". It has to do with the base limbic
system functioning and how the brain has adapted to it. The big difference
between humans and animal-humans is the ability to form a natural sense
of ethics and morals, and not just repeat such parrot fashion without such
having a deep innate meaning to the animal-human.
The human being forms a top "I" above the two brains, so to speak,
a top "I" that can stand back and look and consider its own reflection
in the mirror. The animal-human has no such capacity, its top "I" are authority
figures and role models.
Factual example. In the legal scam mentioned about a court order
called an AVO that isolates a natural son or daughter from a parent,
it is impossible for a loving and caring child not to see their parents.
In one case, when the person went to see their parent and this seemed
to police against the AVO (it wasn't, but police are about making money
for the courts too), this person was arrested and charged with violating
this AVO (the one purchased for $10,000 whose intent was to legally start
transferring an elderly woman's property to the step-son who purchased
the AVO). At the actual interview (a copy of which is on record with us)
the police woman asked "have you any regrets for breaking the AVO?". The
response was, "for seeing my possibly dying mother in a nursing home, certainly
not."
Therein lays the difference between the animal-human and the human
being. One has no concept of natural love outside of immediate self and
family (but no true empathy with others), or right and wrong, only that
conditioned into it.
It would not be correct clinically to suggest the police woman
in question was a "weird" or "cold" or anything like that. She was acting
in the natural manner of an "animal-human" - no concept of higher ethics
or morals or love or bonds except the authoritative models conditioned
into her (i.e. the courts). To her, the "court order" is like a "word of
God" and therefore anything that goes against this is "evil" and a "crime"
and a "sin" and something to "regret" and be "ashamed of". She, like most
animal-humans who are police, are likely prepared to kill in the name of
what becomes to the animal-human police officer "a fanatical religion of
law". It is natural to them, the animal-human has no other concept of right
and wrong except whatever is conditioned into them. The animal-human sees
nothing wrong with putting in jail a person like Nelson Mandella for 27 years
for speaking about human rights which was against the South African apartheid
laws. Any human would be and is horrified that "animals" called "police"
(that do this sort of thing) exactly the same as the "Nazi's" still exist
in modern times and no one seems able to block them.
But having said all this, it is impossible without a deep study,
or by a person very understanding of what is being talked about, to label
one person as an "animal-human" and another as "human". These are specific
"states of mind" formed by the brain and a very deep specialist appreciation
is involved in making the diagnosis of the "will syndrome" because to
animal-humans this might be a natural state of mind that does not affect
their career or family life. In fact, it is not the "will syndrome" but
can appear as one without a very deep analysis.
A point to note. An animal-human can be far more "understanding"
than a human with a "will syndrome". While a human with a will syndrome
can condition animal-humans to see from their perspective, and such a
person can be extremely manipulative, there comes a point when the condition
deteriorates so much that the animal-human starts seeing and understanding
that there is something very strange about such an individual.
1.6 Unfinished Business of Childhood
Oh the formative years! It is during these years that the brain
develops, the axons begin to fuse with others to form paths, and the brain
kills of millions or billions of neurons it does not want. A young child
is prone to tantrums because the powerful limbic system that produces the
natural drives, can not be controlled by the cerebral cortex as yet. The
cerebral cortex may learn quickly as to which natural urges are best inhibited
or restricted, but it may not have the neural connections to achieve this.
Zygmund Freud, the father of psychoanalysis, referred to serious
and traumatic problems in adult life as the "unfinished business of childhood".
But it is during the early formative years that the paths for an
animal-human and human begin to diverge. Our estimates are that in an
animal-human, 50% of the brain's cerebral cortex has to be used to deal
with the limbic system, and only up to 10% in a human.
The animal-human's brain begins to reinforce the notion that "this
is how life is". Thus the animal-human in early life begins to form an
absolute state of mind that no longer questions, just accepts. It will
accept authority figures and role-models, or those stronger physically
or financially (relative to parents), as the "benchmark". For this reason
the ordinary policeman may spend 50 years dedicating his life to protecting
the wealthy while he himself might have to struggle long hours overtime
to make ends meet. The animal-human accepts "this is how it is", and that
is all there is to it.
Clearly, the theories of Freud, apply most of all to animal-humans.
How their brain learnt to cope in adverse situations, can determine the
hidden subconscious and repressed phobias and wishes and hates of childhood.
The child who tossed a tantrum and was locked in a dark room each time for
hours on end, might have issues when adult. The child who threw a tantrum
but felt no love or bond was lost between parent and child, will not have
any issues.
The human on the other hand, has more "free" cerebral cortex to
work on other things instead of finding ways to control the powerful natural
cravings from the limbic system. So, that idle time is spent in other
ways. The young child dragged by his grandmother or mother to church each
Sunday, is likely as bored as any child that age, but because the child
has no real choice, the child's brain will instead absorb the atmosphere
and even begin to believe in what his or her parent's believe. The unfinished
business of childhood might actually be such that compels such a child
to become a priest or rabbi in adult life.
When dragged shopping, the animal-human child's brain when it notices
a homeless man or other unusual situations, has to wire itself so "that
is the way it is" becomes the state of mind. The human child's brain may
walk and see the same situation and may reflect and say, "I will do something
about this when I am older". (well, this might or might not happen, its
just the way the brain constructs its "ideals"). Or, when an animal-human
child seeing another being hit by an adult, their brain might justify this
to itself by thinking "she must have been naughty", while the human child
might feel "that is cruel". Its not that the human is better in some sense
than the animal-human, its just that their brain has less work to do to
tame the absolutely powerful natural drives that arise from the limbic system.
Because it has less work to do, it turns its attention to other matters,
many to do with "ideal situations".
The difference in the higher "values" between the animal-human
and the human, take place in early life.
How much of the cerebral cortex is involved in working on excitatory
or inhibitory behaviour? Maybe very little. It may be that in a "human"
(as distinct from animal-human) the natural genetics have already preconditioned
the brain to have the necessary "wiring" without the cerebral cortex having
to work this out from the beginning. It may need to learn to use these
natural "wiring diagrams", but it may not need to wire them into place.
In fact, if the cerebral cortex works out such wiring is in place, it may
reason "beaut..I don't need to do anything, because as "I" mature the connections
will link and control the limbic system".
1.7 Legal Reasoning
Knowing aerodynamic theory does not build airplanes. Without the
theory, airplanes could never have been built but the "glory" of science
and engineering is the finished product, not really the mathematics that
few but the faithful and true grasp.
Similarly, the crown of our own brain is not really the mechanics,
but what can be achieved, the actual combined processing in the brain
constructed as a set of ideas, or concepts, or parables, etc.
In our report about the Alzheimer's "legal scam", the word "purchase"
is used for a particular court order.
Law, in its ideal sense, ought to be about fairness, equality,
impartial decisions, truth, and justice. Regardless whether this is so,
the basis of more advanced legal thinking can be demonstrated by this
example.
The brain is put to the challenge of what is the "best concept"
to use to convey a court order that cost a lot of money but which is based
on absolutely no independent evidence. (In some countries such might be
defined, probably quite correctly, as "corruption".)
The left side of the brain studies the processing of the right
brain in order to fit this situation into the best concept, a concept
which can be conveyed and explained using words. So the right brain begins
to think by recalling situations in which something desired is obtained.
The most common situation is a purchase. A person hands over the money,
and they receive the goods. No questions asked. The money is key! Clearly,
in some situations, there are "conditions of purchase". The young adult
who wants to purchase alcohol might need to produce an id that they are
over 18. That is a "condition of purchase". A purchaser can use an agent,
this does not alter the fact that the true purchaser is not the agent. A
man might hand over money to his daughter and instructions as to which television
he wants. The daughter goes and buys it. Technically, the daughter actually
handed the money over to the salesman but the true purchaser is the person
who wanted the goods and provided the money.
The right brain does this continually, it recalls, it forms a feeling,
and it is that clean feeling which is the most accurate representation
of what a "purchase" is (well, this is subjective to a particular culture,
in some cultures a "purchase" might not be as simple a transaction).
The left brain, meanwhile, is "tempting" the right brain with suggestions
such as "all that deduces to the word "purchase" which smells of malice,
choose a better concept". In a well balanced brain, these suggestions
are useful and the left brain is not trying to change the mind of the
right brain, merely points out alternative ways the right brain might want
to consider a situation. The left brain is trying to "influence" the right
brain but not overpower it. The left brain has lots of "logical" things to
take care of, and three specialist articulation areas, and literally does
not have the capacity of the right brain to scan the scope of possibilities.
In the end, if the right brain settles on the concept of purchase, the left
brain will articulate this to convey the concept and possibly the reason.
(the left brain might have some reservations, it may not like the word "purchase"
at all as its too controversial, but it will submit to the right brain,
submit of its own accord, and articulate the best it can.)
The left brain is also clever and will introduce situations of
its own. For example, it might ask the right brain, "then what about
this situation: a young man is stopped on the street by a drug pusher.
A big muscly man. He says "hand over $50 for your regular drugs or else.
The young man does not want to do this, but he is afraid and intimidated
so the young man hands over the money and gets the goods. Is this a purchase?"
The right brain will produce feelings that the left brain will
articulate more like "blackmail" or "extortion", and not a purchase.
Note that, in my own research, it is always the left brain that
can think in the "negative" or act as a "Devils' advocate", and it is
never the right brain (broadly speaking, the intricate links of the brain
can cause cross-over effects of unclear intent).
Also appreciate that when your brain is balanced well, and you
go into such legal considerations and deliberations, the state of mind
and the solution you come up with will seem "ideal". The feeling in you
will be so "ideal" that you might want to force everybody to accept your
way of thinking because to you it is "perfect" - it causes in you a state
of mind of such "heavenly peace" and tranquility that is worth more than
money. A state of mind worth "dying for"? Not usually unless - couple
this way of thinking with the "will syndrome", and it can become a state
of mind not just worth dying for in principle - but also in practice. It
has nothing to do with a hope in God or heaven or the like, it is a natural
"ideal" state during which the animal-human has no other way of understanding
other than "this state of mind is worth dying for". This itself is the ultimate
expression of the state of mind. While the human brain is about survival,
in the rare animal-human the brain looses its ability to know what to
"survive" is about, this after it has conditioned itself to pacify the
powerful natural drives from the limbic system by the principle "this
is the way it is."
Thus the soldier, the police officer, the terrorist, in this state
of mind, can be put in a situation in which he or she understands no
other reality. To even "die for a cause" can become part of the natural
conditioning of survival the brain has modelled into itself. (note: most
awkward and complicated to try and explain this using words - perhaps the
effect or state of mind can be compared to "blind faith", or "unconditional
submission". There is no question or thought about what happens "after".
What can confuse this is trying to rationalize this more, hence if we suggested
"unconditional submission to the will of Allah", this would confuse the
clinical picture because that is not what its about, its just "unconditional
submission" per se, and whether you want to add God or Allah or Devil or
Duty or Country after this, is meaningful to you, true, but not to the brain
in this mode of operation).
1.8 Specialized Manipulation Areas
Williams syndrome is the result of a genetic mutation. The result
is marked mental retardation but also an ability to talk in an engaging
way and in such complex forms, often telling captivating stories.
Read any treatise on philosophy, and the very fine intellectuals
tend to articulate the most complex of ideas and notions and concepts
and often in such captivating ways.
The difference between the former and latter, is that the former
on close analysis is devoid of a deeper meaning.
Clearly, intelligence is not related to the speech areas. The intelligence
quotient of Williams syndrome patient is between 50 and 70, while the
philosopher might have an IQ of over 135.
The speech and interpretation and articulation areas are specialist
areas.
We tend to form the view that articulation is the overall expression
of intelligence - but clearly it is not always the case.
But if areas of the brain can specialize of their own accord, independently
of overall intellect, then we have a right to assume there are also highly
specialized "manipulation" areas in psychopaths, high flyers, and lawyers!
(unlikely to be the case in police unless such is a corrupt police officer).
The unknown is how do these work?
Our report into the legal scam that involves isolating a family
member using a court order called an AVO, then legally shifting property
away from an elderly family member who is an Alzheimer's victim, offers
fundamental clues.
In this report, the plaintiff (a step-son who has no house or family
and has to live with his elderly and frail mother) pretends to fall,
calls police claiming he had been assaulted by a family member, then
a few weeks later rushes off to a local court and demands a court order
to isolate the "true heir" from his mother. In Australia, human rights
are only on paper, and anyone who has the money and knows the right legal
firms can obtain an AVO with no evidence whatsoever and the Anglo-Saxon
local courts are not into "consequences" of decisions. Because a "domestic
relationship" exists between the step-son and the mother, so the mother
is also placed on a court order as a "protected person". Think carefully.
The anger, the frustration, the nonsense this is known to be to the family,
is "calculated" to provoke anger, is calculated to intimidate, is calculated
to subdue. (but note, the family in question is not Anglo-Saxon, and isolate
one family member and other family members will stay away also, this is
natural among family oriented cultures, so in truth the poor woman is isolated
from all her family and she, with her dementia, has no capacity to understand
such a thing or even be aware of it).
Thus, the one specialist aim of "manipulation" areas is to achieve
the maximum frustration, intimidation, and natural anger, in the person
or group who is the target. Think about this. If your frail mentally
ill and heavily physically disabled parent or child was put in the hands
of a person who often went into heavy drugs, was hardly there, had bouts
of alcoholism, who was sometimes so out of it for days he would not even
know if the parent or child was starving, and you could do nothing about
it because 10,000 thugs with guns called police who are zealots and fanatics
of a man made religion called law are there to force such court orders
down a person's throat, how frustrated and angry would you be?)
If possible, the manipulation areas will plan and try to orchestrate
matters so a strong natural physical response is the result in the target.
When this happens, the manipulation areas have "won". (Think about this,
in this situation, the majority of people might go over to the step-son
and become extremely violent against him because they have been provoked
beyond natural control). To provoke "beyond natural control", is a key
strategy of schemes that manipulation areas put together.
This particular plaintiff also goes around calling family members
and accusing them of being addicted gamblers and stealing his step-mothers
money for their habit. It is nonsense, but the point is to spread a rumour
then present this at a court hearing. An accusation without evidence is
good enough to cause doubt in a normal person. Maybe it is true? So asks
the normal person.
Thus, the second specialist aim of "manipulation" areas is to spread
gossip and rumours in such a way that such can not be proven directly
true, but have a massive impact on the hearer, and seem possible. Example,
if the police arrest and accuse a person on television of being a pedophile
then the public turns instantly against such a person regardless of whether
it is true or not. To some extent, we all may be slightly guilty of this
behaviour now and then - but in the person with the "Will syndrome" this
becomes an art form, a specialist reasoning module in its own right. To
further prove this fabricated case in our Alzheimer's report, it is explained
that before the plaintiff began his final act, he went about pulling out
large money out of his step-mother's bank account, but around the locations
where the true heir lived, and at the Guardianship Tribunal hearing he presents
all these bank statements showing so much of the mother's money taken out
near the area where the true heir lives, and asking the Tribunal to "infer"
that the true heir and his family are addicted gamblers (because the money
had been taken out at locations near where the true heir lived). To further
strengthen his case, he takes out his business card saying "look, I am
a solicitor, you have to believe me" or "my word as a lawyer" (and in fact
in Australian law the word of a solicitor, a solicitor being an "officer
of the court", is to be legally accepted (when there is no independent evidence
one way or the other) over anyone else, even if such a solicitor is a pathological
liar or a born manipulator).
The manipulation areas can only be correctly formed as "specialized"
areas when the "Will syndrome" is in place. Else the whole brain will
not allow such "alien" areas to form in itself. Such manipulation is not
the work of "geniuses", it is only possible because the brain is locked
into, forced into, forming specialized manipulation areas. The neurons,
locked in a field much like the fetal brain is likely to produce naturally,
begin to shape themselves into what is required.
Of course, to a small degree we all learn the "art of manipulation".
The difference is that in a normal natural person the brain thinks like
this "let me try this and see if I can get my way" and does not really
make serious plans to achieve this goal, while in the Will Syndrome patient
the brain thinks "I will get away with this" and plans accordingly. A normal
natural manipulation takes much pain in considering ethics and morals (e.g.,
is this the right thing to do?), while a Will Syndrome is devoid of any
ethics and morals.
In time, when imaging devices will be engineered that can visualize
the magnetic-like fields (the "will") that form around enclosed areas of
the brain, the Will Syndrome will be identified visually. Such perhaps could
be worked out mathematically. An electric current travelling in a loop
causes a magnetic field. The magnetic-like fields of the "will" are unusual,
in that sometimes they can bend and form shapes and patterns and in rare
cases form a complete isolation around an area of the brain. The reason
for this could be the chemical neurotransmitters. These may be substances
that somehow alter a natural magnetic field formed by a current in a loop,
into a "magnetic-like" field that can bind together in patterns. Compare
to the humble battery. A blend of chemicals can cause electricity. Similarly
perhaps, a magnetic field within the chemistry of a neurotransmitter might
transform into a magnetic-like field but not with exactly the same properties.
After all, a magnet has polarised particles aligned in the same direction,
while most objects do not. Partial or unusual alignment, by a mere microns
difference even, might result in a magnetic-like field but without the
exact identical intristic properties of a natural magnet. Certainly, in
my own "observation" of my brain, the "will" is a magnetic-like field but
not always exactly alike a magnetic field.
