Monday today all is well I'm very tired again but what else is new, I am still getting many emails each week which is good but I'm sorry to say I find it hard to reply to them all time is one thing I do not have these days, I have two weeks off soon so I'm hoping to send out all the mail that has piled up.

What a sad state of affairs I have been so lazy with updating this, time is a major hassle for me my work has long hours I'm up early and when I do have time my body is just so tired. I haven't had any reoccurrence of AVN any where in my body since being told I initially contracted it over 2 years ago now for me the best decision was having my hip replaced if I didn't choose that line of action today I would probably still be in a lot of pain still on Morphine and still not being able to work, so in my case it was the right one. Not every one will be as lucky as I one thing I know and that is you need to stay positive and beat it if you don't it will beat you! Because I have had no reoccurrence I am now more than ever convinced my AVN was due to trauma (you can read about that in earlier diary events in the history section) Today 2 years after the surgery to replace my hip imp back working feel fine and can do most things in life I don't think about my hip at all (unless I hurt it) but to remain trouble free I believe you do need to remain active keep those muscles in your legs working.

Its Sunday night now and the weekend has ended as fast as it came the seem to just blend into one and other I don't know where my time goes life never seemed to go so fast when I was younger. I for some reason cannot get over this overwhelming feeling of tiredness, I have put in a link on the front page to a short story on some of the major problems I have had in the last 20 years.
