Snoopy's Birthday - 04 October 1950
Snoopy (of Peanuts comic strip fame) never managed to shoot down the infamous Red Baron. This didn't stop him trying time and again though; and time and again, he was shot down himself.
Mission: Patrol the front on 11 November 1918; the final fling.

An ugly game to end the year's tournament season.
Yearly Results:
2001: 6 players - both Joe Cool and the Baron live to fight another day.
2002: 9 players - both Joe Cool and the Baron were shot down and died when their parachutes failed.

Turn one opened with The Baron getting the drop on Snoopy, but missing; Brendan scored
a crit wound on the pilot and then both tailed down.
Turn 3 saw Snoopy fall unconscious and Brendan's left wing come off after a second turn
tail (6+2+4 = 12, no more wing).
Rick decided to live another day after moving first for 4 out of 6 turns, suffering 3
successful shots at 450'+, two pilot wounds and then spiraled for the emergency field on
turn 7.
Turn 8 saw the Baron succumb to a crit wound after many turns of outmaneouvering the
massed allied aircraft.
Turn 9 and 10 saw Simon take on the entire british armada with no guns and no support.
I was expecting a lot more in the way of dead, but most of the survivors had either one or
both guns jammed, so not as bad as expected.
