My personal agreement with this world enables me not to require to take out local or International patents that I can’t wait around for nor could I pay for, as I am poor, and they are ridiculous for the work on my Fusion Spacecraft Rocket engine and reactor can span 25 to 50 years or more. It has already taken 15 yrs plus and the non exclusive copyrights’ clock cannot start ticking until I have been given the credit and recognition due to me that is being deliberately denied to me. I have given 75% (of the 1^st part) and 90% (of the 2^nd part) ownership and control of my non-exclusive copyright to be owned and controlled by the World public independent of all Governments Worldwide. The 2 parts of my non-exclusive copyright is my Dividing and Multiplying by Zero that accounts for the creation of 4 dimensional space. The “Power of One” is achieved and exercised by getting the Facts into their true perspective relative to the phenomena. Again they are publishing out of chronological order and make no reference nor accreditation to my having proven the speed of light is alterable and controllable and it being relative to my 4 dimension of the density of space. They are

guilty of scientific and intellectual fraud as well as complex plagiarism. They behave like flies attracted to shit.

Prior to 1929 and Edwin Hubble’s “Red Shift”, the universe was perceived and accepted as static and had only 3 dimensions and they were length, breadth and depth. It was called the Steady State Universe, but the “Red Shift” proved the Universe of space was expanding but not 1 Physicist, not 1 Cosmologist nor did Edwin Hubble or Einstein perceive the Universe of space in expanding it had to have a 4^th dimension of density. That was the standard scientific and intellectual normality up until I, around the late 1980s, proved that NOTHING existed in 4 forms: 3, 2 and 0 dimensions with density to which the speed of light is relative and NOTHING with no dimensions being the state of non existence in which all things exist. I will show later in this document How and Why GOD is the State of non existence which exists. Paralleled, God doesn’t exist but yet it exists.

The Dept. of Industry, Science and Technology had declined me a National Interest Grant in June 1992, but suggested I approach Universities. I didn’t until I had released the following publicly:

“25^th May 93: I released under COPYRIGHT my FUSION ENGINE DESIGN, designed to increase the density of nothing in 4 dimensions so increasing the speed of light to fuse 4 hydrogen atoms, It applies to Einstein’s E = MC squared" .

Nowhere in that statement does it say it’s a gift or a contribution nor that it can be plagiarized or stolen nor developed without paying copyright dollars. It is my Scientific and Intellectual achievements and property and isn’t the scum of Governments to give away to their criminal friends, for kick backs, nor to steal it or abuse it upon their criminally insane “Is’ HAVE IT”. It is under my non-exclusive copyrights that are subject to the “facts in their true perspective”. True perspective means relative to the phenomena so to remove confusion and make it more easily and readily understandable and to be more specific I extended it to the “facts in their true perspective, relative to the phenomena”. I had to release my scientific and intellectual data worldwide and protect it and not give it away! Also achieve Public awareness denied to me and the public by the Media Establishment. How can I do that? Ans: I released it under my non-exclusive copyright internationally!

The Academic, Scientific and Intellectual mentality of 1992-3 can be clearly seen by the Dept of Industry, Science and Technology declining my application for a National Interest Grant for research and development of my Fusing of 4 hydrogen atoms through the controlled increasing of the speed of light. They contributed nothing but suggested I approach Universities. This primitive mentality, attitude and blank minded behaviour to my scientific and intellectual concepts can also be seen with that of Prof. Dracoulis of the Nuclear Physics Department, Aust. National University. In 1993-4 Prof. Dracoulis met with me in their Depts. cafeteria, not in his office, and after about 5 minutes, no more than 10, his dogmatosed brain being unresponsive and impermeable to the evidence of space having a 4^th dimension of density to which the speed of light was relative so consequently alterable and controllable to fuse 4 hydrogen atoms. He silently stood up and walked away, like a person with Alzheimer’s disease of the brain, as though he couldn’t remember why he was sitting at the table.

Dr Dracoulis, my scientific and intellectual inferior, went on to become the Head of the Nuclear Physics Dept. ANU. His state of mind was the atypical prevailing mentality in regard to my scientific and intellectual concepts of 1993-4. I have had to push and push, with my meager means, to enlighten and educate the Scientific, Education Establishments and the public here and abroad for the next 8 years and on to today. I sent data to Paul Davies Prof. in 1993-5 but like Prof. Dracoulis he gave a Brain Dead response. Paul Davies Prof. and UNSW Team Dr John Webb, Dr Lineweaver, Phd students (now Drs) Micheal Murphy and Tamara Davis emerged on the 8^th Aug 2002 plagiarising my work Those plagiarising and conspiring to steal my Scientific and Intellectual achievements and denying me accreditation also recognition are lecturers and students from Universities of which I also accuse of involvement in the conspiracy of scientific and intellectual theft to acquire a money spinner for those Universities linked to overseas Universities.

was at a far higher speed than 300,000 k/sec from a Quasar. Or Dr John Webb who advocates it be an altered Fine Structure Constant comprised of 3 components, speed of light being only one of them. Quasars are not fully understood mysterious phenomena of light that can be up to a trillion kilometers across, at the outer reaches of the perceived universe? The speed of light was believed and accepted as being a constant and immutable prior to my public release on 9^th May 93 destruction of the Big Bang theory and my 25^th May 1993 release of my Fusion Spacecraft Rocket Engine under my non-exclusive copyright. Its’ foundation was based upon my proof the speed of light was alterable and controllable by it being relative to my proven density of space itself, my 4^th dimension of space. The 5 physicists, and the Alpha Team also the World Science Establishment, prior to 8^th Aug 2002, scientifically and intellectually believed the speed of light was a constant and immutable, just as did all the High School and University students also the public internationally through being taught it by the academics and education systems worldwide.

Even prior to my quantitative 1998 proof the speed of light was alterable and controllable Paul Davies Prof., the UNSW Team and Dr John Webb UNSW and his International Alpha Team believed the constants of physics, the speed of light being 1 of them, were immutable and that’s why they were called constants! That was because both the Steady State and Big Bang Universes were based on Spacetime that was 3 dimensional space with the 4^th dimension being TIME which they believed was a separate and independent entity from the speed of light. They didn’t know, let alone understand, when TIME is Zero then the speed of light is also Zero. Why should they, all of sudden, question the constants of physics, specifically the constancy of the speed of light? So why were these astrophysicists stimulated to apply the “fine structure constant” to light from a distant Quasar passing through a stellar dust cloud? It had all been done before umpteen times when Quasars were first discovered in the early 1960s. Was it to verify my supposition of 1992 that the density of space, that the speed of light is relative to, may be waning infinitely minutely to zero density and zero speed of light at the end of the universe? If so then they had to state so but they didn’t!

The light, they say, of the stellar dust cloud had left its’ atomic fingerprints on the Quasar’s light spectrum. That fingerprint evidence, they claim, implies the speed of light was far, far faster then but further claimed it was at near infinite speed at their Big Bang? Why near infinite speed rather than infinite speed? Why? It’s because space would have to expand at infinite speed so as to expand faster than the near infinite speed of light in any Big Bang universe! That is my scientific and intellectual deduction and conclusion; no one else’s. They are using my work, the 4^th Dimension of the density of space, as a stepping stone without giving me the accreditation and recognition due me that they have to give willingly, voluntarily and openly else they are deliberate plagiarists. Since they have not accredited me then they are committing scientific and intellectual fraud and deliberate plagiarism, while exhibiting conspiratorial intent of scientific theft. They go onto make a further, Science Fiction science drivel, claim that their near infinite speed of light had hit a cosmological speed bump 6 to 10 Billion years ago, slowed down dramatically, leveling off at 300,000 k/sec. Is it credible or is it moronic Science Fiction science drivel or could there be some other explanation? If it has any credibility then I will explain how and why later on in this document.

Is it part of a larger sinister Scientific and Intellectual Criminal Fraud that required the rapid dissemination worldwide of fabricated data of credible and plausible appearance, by the colluding and conspiring Media, to deceive scientists and in particular the world public into believing something that is not stated definitively, clearly and openly? Why? Are Paul Davies Prof Macquarie Uni. also the UNSW Team and Dr John Webb UNSW and his International Alpha Team and other Universities about stealing something worth Mighty Big, Big $dollars by crediting that something, a scientific achievement done by and belonging to someone else (me), surreptitiously to themselves? Their means is by using suspect Science Fiction science that includes but camouflages “the scientific achievement data” requiring it, in all appearances, to be innocently presented and unrelated to my scientific achievement? To commit the theft they required to deceive scientists, the Scientific Establishments and the public worldwide with startling controversial scientific evidence that appears to be their original and credible achievement. It was integral to have the involvement of a well known international Scientist, a Paul Davies Prof. of Macquarie University, someone the public thinks they can

trust, and a Team at the University of NSW, by association, they too appear to be trustworthy. They achieved local

and international dissemination with 2 totally different media releases, one for the public in local and International Media and the other being scientific for Nature Science Journal U.K. and published on the same day 8^th August 2002, WHY? Was it planned for Peer Review of the Nature science article to be pre-empted by a “surprise and flood” upon the world public by the general Media the Science Fiction science and misinformation scam? The Scientific and Intellectual property of infinite worth that they want credited to themselves was to be publicly recognized as being 1^st to evidence the speed of light is (in their 2002 words) “changeable”; but in my 1992 words were “alterable and controllable”. That makes me first and exposes the Media’s RIGHT to publish or not to publish and broadcast is criminal and that criminality is exposed with their knowingly, criminally and prejudiced violating of the chronological order of publication.

My proving, prior to 1992, that space itself had a 4^th dimension of density to which the speed of light was relative was derived from my reasoning that if space did not have density then space itself would not warp and bend under powerful gravitational forces as it does. From that reality I concluded the density of space itself, in a Big Bang universe of expanding space, would have to be falling dramatically, and so too the speed of light but since it wasn’t then I had proven the destruction of the Big Bang Theory on the 9^th May 1993.

Universities and the Big Guns of the Big Bang Theory have had the opportunity to acknowledge and accept my evidence that destroyed the Big Bang Theory on the 9^th May 1993. Acceptance as of that date; is to accept and acknowledge the speed of light is alterable and controllable. Also that altering and controlling the density of space is to also alter and control the speed of light. As well the speed of light is slower within Black Holes due to a lower density of space caused by their massive mass and gravity. From that proof then within the Primeval Atom, the biggest Black hole, the density of space would be as good as zero density of space and zero speed of light. This would result in the Primeval Atom ceasing to exist by it equaling the Zero speed of light. This results in my totally rejecting Paul Davies Prof and the UNSW Team’s speed of light being near infinite speed at their Big Bang. It is Science Fiction science idiotic rubbish.

The general Media by their non publishing and non broadcasting of my profound scientific and intellectual data for more than 12 yrs has caused me to be denied public credibility and financial opportunities. This has denied me the opportunities to employ scientists to do research into the constants of physics and other research on the altering and controlling of the density of space itself to develop my Fusion engine and technology in Australia. Mark Oliphant Prof, advised me in early 1992 to have my work mathematically quantified which I have only been able to do by using and interpreting the mathematics of others. I used Einstein’s slowing of TIME, applied to a fast moving spacecraft by me, whom I give accreditation voluntarily and willingly! To do so gives credibility to my work. Not to would be an admission of intent to plagiarise and/or to commit scientific and intellectual fraud and theft.

95% of Iraq’s oil was owned by foreign interests (U.S. interests 25%, U.K. interests 45%, France interests 25%) was Nationalised. The U.S. and the Coalition of the Willing, it has to be accepted, invaded Iraq to take it all back

which is of finite worth. Oil, on my scientific evidence, will be superceded by my Fusion Technology that is of infinite worth. They and others internationally only require to steal my fusion technology that’s worth infinitely more than all of the entire world’s oil reserves from 1 man, me, and the powerless, helpless, poor, deprived, exploited and vulnerable world public that I gave 90% ownership and control of independent of any and all Governments. It is the technological and financial means to eliminate world poverty and also to fund Space Technology.

My Fusing of 4 hydrogen atoms using the electromagnetic polar attraction and repulsion (use of enough power should create gravity) is the application of Einstein’s Unified Field Theory, that I have solved, which Einstein, alone, had spent the last 30 years of his life searching for! As well it is also Quantum Gravity that Quantum mechanics proponents have been searching for, since 1920, for 85 years. They and Einstein unknowingly, while criticizing and condemning each other, were searching for the same thing!

In algebra 0 divided by 0 would wrongly equal 1 which is an ACTION. But, 0 with zero dimensions divided by 0 with zero dimensions = 0 with length, breadth, depth and DENSITY = SPACE…. EQUALING AN ACTION. This I’ve called THE MATHS OF ZERO which is the MATHS REVOLUTION beyond QUANTUM MECHANICS and EINSTEIN’S RELATIVITY that was predicted by scientists as yet to come.

(My comments on that extract) I have stated by supplying the mathematical equation that space is being created through a supernatural act and by non other than GOD. Space is not expanding from a Big Bang.

(extract from my document of 31st Aug. 1993): 9^th May 1993: THE BIG BANG THEORY EXPLODED……….MASSIVE CASUALTIES.

An expanding universe from a BIG BANG would cause the density of NOTHING in 4 dimensions to be constantly falling, THEREFORE the speed of light would have to be altering DOWN, BUT the speed of light is remaining constant, THEREFORE the BIG BANG never happened. Einstein is among the few survivors. So the expanding universe is caused by NOTHING in 4 dimensions being CREATED by the CREATOR-UNIVERSE itself performing the Maths of Zero.

(My comments on that extract): My conclusion was soundly based on the highly credible fact that since the world’s astrophysicists have failed, with all their light spectrums, to find the speed of light has altered or found anything amiss with their Fine Structure Constant stands. Paul Davies Prof. and the UNSW Team have little credibility. They suspiciously make claims 8 to 9 years after my destruction of their Big Bang Theory on 9^th May 1993. Strangely they are stating with their 12 billion year old light beam from a Quasar what I had proved, from reasoning upon the evidence, on the 9^th May 1993 that the speed of light is alterable proving their plagiarism.

(My comment on that extract): I was postulating on how to fulfill that conclusion, but later on I abandoned the density of space waning and the speed of light slowing due to it becoming impracticable and unworkable. Paul Davies Prof. and the Team from the University of NSW should acknowledge it as my original innovative thought and what it was related to and not to fraudulently credit originality to themselves……As well On the 8^th August 2005: I now release my 2003-4 unreleased intellectual achievement that enabled me to discard the needing of a waning density of space reaching Zero density, therefore achieving Zero speed of light, at the outer end of the universe. Why? Because the Universe is encompassed within NOTHING with no dimension the State of non-existence which has a non existent density the equivalent of Zero density therefore supplying me with the Zero density of space and Zero speed of light I needed. That state of non-existent and equivalent Zero density I can now say is consuming the density of our 4 dimensional space causing a falling density of space prior to reaching the outer 2 dimensional space with Zero density and Zero speed of light where everything ceases to exist so fulfilling my “Perpetual Universe concept”.

(My comments on that extract): The near infinite speed of light, used by Paul Davies Prof., can be seen as a

substitution for my use of multi trillions of k/sec speed of light. Also his near infinite speed of light at the Big Bang 14 Billion years ago and its’ hitting, 6 to 10 billion years ago, a cosmological bump and slows “dramatically” is to use the same word which I used to destroy the Big Bang Theory, 9^th May 1993, and I consider that is not a coincidence. I consider it an attempt by Paul Davies Prof. and his Team of 4s to prop up the grossly discredited and destroyed Big Bang theory in scientists and the Publics’ mind to gain more time and to maintain me, using the Media, as a non entity)

“It is stated internationally that there are 2 kinds of Black holes: ”stellar mass” and “super massive”. It’s said when matter enters the event horizon of a “stellar mass Black hole” spagettification takes place…. But at the event horizon of a “super massive Black hole” a cosmological contradiction occurs; spagettification doesn’t happen??? Stated by Martin Rees Prof. Cambridge Uni. and Kip Thorn Prof. in a T.V. documentary in 1999 called Black holes”.

I say, it means the bigger the Black hole the weaker the gravity at the event horizon. This means Black holes are limited in size. It also means that when Black holes exceed their limited size then they can’t contain light so emits energy, emits light. This can possible explain the mysterious Quasars as being galaxies supplied with enormous light and energy from super massive Black holes exceeding their limited size and releasing massive amounts of pure energy until they drop back inside their limits. Black holes I state are anchors to hold and restrict the movement of galaxies to being stationary in the expanding universe of space in which they preside. Black Holes can only be an anchor in space with density so only in my 4 dimensional universe of expanding space. It isn’t possible in the 3 dimensional Big Bang Universes of Paul Davies Prof., Dr John Webb and the Alpha and UNSW Teams nor in the non density of space of the 3 dimensional Strings Theory universe nor its parallel universes or dimensions.

The Strings Theory is science fiction science that is bereft of having proven anything!

Paul Davies Prof. and the UNSW Team have translated their 12 Billion year old beam of light from a Quasar as being a far, far faster speed of light and about 6-10 Billion years ago had it dramatically slow down to our present 300,000 k/sec? Why didn’t they relate it as was normally done by altering TIME and have it passing at near infinite speed and 6 to 10 billion years ago the near infinite speed of TIME passing had dramatically slowed to our present TIME on Earth so maintaining the speed of light a constant 300,000 k/sec from their Big Bang 14 billion years ago until our present time. Paul Davies Prof. to wrongly claim that Einstein’s constant speed of light is no longer a constant reveals he doesn’t and never has understood Einstein’s Relativity.

I quantitatively proved in 1998 (using Einstein’s work) when TIME slows to half then the Speed of Light has also slowed to half its’ speed. So the speed of light being relative to TIME means that TIME in slowing to half causes the doubling of the actual slower speed of light (150,000 k/sec) causing it to translate out mathematically as a constant 300,00 k/sec.. Also the reverse happens with TIME quickening to double its’ TIME causes the halving

of the actual speed of light (600,000 k/sec) to translate out mathematically as a constant 300,000 k/sec.. I have already proven that the altering of TIME is to alter the speed of light so Paul Davies Prof. to make his Big Bang speed of light near infinite speed requires it to be given an actual calculable number so I’m substituting near infinite speed as being 300,000 trillion kilometers/sec. To have that speed of light to translate out mathematically as being a constant 300,000 k/sec then TIME has to be quickened making 1 second equal 1 trillion seconds so causing the 300,000 trillion k/sec Speed of Light to translate out mathematically as a constant 300,000 k/sec. Also as TIME slows then motion slows and that is revealed by the hands of a mechanical clock within a high speeding spacecraft would slow. As TIME quickens then the motion of the hands of a mechanical clock will also quicken. So continue:

There is a serious deficiency in both, the Standard 300,000 k/sec Speed of Light also Paul Davies Prof.’s near infinite Speed of Light, Big Bang Theories. I have proven Motion increases or decreases relative to the Speed of Light by my proving the Speed of light and TIME are relative to each other. Consequently movement of matter outwards in a near infinite speed of light Big Bang would be far, far greater than in a 300,000 k/sec speed of light Big Bang. This deficiency reveals a second deficiency due to their Theorists failing to identify, comprehend and explain that TIME is motion. This motion (TIME) had to be slowing dramatically within Matter, Galaxies and Quasars due to their outward speed from their actual Speed of Light Big Bang explosion independent of the expanding space by being relative to the space in which it exists. It’s the same as in my Spacecraft moving outwards at half the speed of light that results in TIME slowing to half and this would be seen through the slowed motion of the hands of mechanical and electric clocks, within the spacecraft, slowing to half. So Paul Davies Profs’ and UNSW Teams’ Matter, Galaxies and Quasars should be moving outwards at a bit of a lesser speed than their near infinite speed of light Big Bang explosion but that would result in the passing of TIME (motion) slowing within their forming and formed Matter, Galaxies and Quasars. The passing of TIME (slowed motion) within the outward speeding Matter, Galaxies and Quasars of the standard 300,000 k/sec Big Bang explosion would not be as slow as in Paul Davies Prof. and the UNSW Team’s

standard 300,000 k/sec Big Bang explosion would not be as slow as in Paul Davies Prof. and the UNSW Team’s near infinite speed of light Big Bang explosion. Reasoning is imperative in relating and understanding relativity but theirs is sloppy and weak.

Therefore, it follows, Paul Davies Prof. and the UNSW Team’s 12 Billion year old Light emanating from their Quasar-Galaxies was not a far, far faster, not a near infinite Speed of Light but a far, far slower, a near infinitesimal Speed of Light passing through the dust cloud. Remember Paul Davies Prof. and the UNSW Team discarded the Speed of Light being a 300,000 k/sec constant speed enabling it to be any and all speeds throughout their expanding universe. Light within their universe can be 200,000 k/sec, and 1,000,000 k/sec or any other speed going each and everyway. I have proven that when TIME halves then the speed of light has also halved. So their speed of light would have slowed to a near infinitesimal speed and be emanating from their Quasar-Galaxies that are moving outwards at a little under a near infinite outer speed from their near infinite speed of light Big Bang explosion. Remember their Big Bang universe is 3 dimensional with a 4^th dimension of TIME and they discarded the speed of light being a constant allowing it to be any and all speeds. They have the speed of light drop from near infinite speed 6 to 10 billion years ago to 300,000 k/sec; they have the speed of light just where and how they want it. Their near infinitesimally slowed speed of light emanating from their near to near speed of light outward moving Quasar-Galaxies can’t readjust to what is normal for there is no normal so it has to remain at its’ near infinitesimally slow speed. The interpreting and concluding a far, far faster Speed of Light and altered Fine Structure Constant as responsible for the altered light spectrum (seen on the 29^th Aug 2002 Catalyst science program) becomes Science Fiction Science Drivel. To them NOTHING has to add up, NOTHING has to make sense with the How and Why treated as irrelevant.

Following is further conclusive proof of complex Plagiarism and intent to steal my Fusion Technology by Paul Davies Prof. and the UNSW Team also Dr John Webb’s Alpha international Team and Universities. Paul Davies Prof. has his near infinite Speed of Light Big Bang’s speed of light going on to slowing down to being only far, far faster than 300,000 k/sec when it passed through the dust cloud that produced an altered light spectrum. This is consistent with a near infinite density of space resulting from a Big Crunch of the Universe of space being compacted down to near infinite density accounting for Paul Davies Prof’s. near infinite speed of light. That proves precisely where his near infinite speed of light came from by using my 4th Dimension of Space with the speed of light being relative to that Density with no credit or recognition given to me. Let them all get their thieving plagiarist arses back into their 3 Dimensional Universe and keep out of my 4 Dimensional Universe until they each and everyone of them credits me with my 4 Dimensional space with density to which the Speed of Light and TIME are relative.

Following is further proof of the use, abuse, usurp and steal my Scientific and Intellectual fusion technology.

Why has a 12 Billion year old light beam from a Quasar been used when light from any galaxy, even our Milky Way, can produce the same Fine Structure Constant and Speed of light variations on a Light Spectrum. Applying my Fusion Technology of altering and controlling of the Speed of Light then what is required is to find 2 powerful gravitational bodies that are aligned with their like electromagnetic poles creating a repulsion reaction. This repulsion will increase the density of space over an area with an increase in the Speed of Light in that area. Then they only need a source of light to directly pass through that area of increased density of space and onto their Light Spectrum. Within their dust cloud such a Stellar situation has had to have occurred so as to give them the altered Light Spectrum claimed as an altered Fine Structure Constant or increased speed of Light.

Paul Davies Prof. and the UNSW Team also Dr John Webb and his Alpha International Team can later claim this to account for their altered light spectrum that has suddenly righted itself by one of the Stellar Objects electromagnetic polarity to flip or one or both having realigned their polarity away so neutralizing their polarity and returning the density of Space and the Speed of light to being the normal 300,000 k/sec..

Dr Charles Lineweaver stated in the Catalyst Program of 29^th Aug 2002 that the altered Light Spectrum could just go away. The possibility is that their altered Light Spectrum was computer generated with their intention to explain it away later as I have done. Meanwhile they’d have achieved their Scientific and Intellectual theft through their complex

Following is the proof all Physicists and Paul Davies Prof., the UNSW Team including Dr John Webb and his international Alpha Team did not from 1905-1916 through to this day and still don’t, in 2005, understand Relativity. Proof of that is seen with my revealing Einstein in having made TIME the 4^th Dimension with the speed of light relative to a variable TIME resulted in the speed of light being made a constant 300,000 k/sec.. They all failed to perceive or comprehend, as I have, that TIME and the speed of light are relative to each other. Einstein could have made a variable Speed of light the 4^th dimension with our imperfect stationary Earth’s TIME as the constant.

1 second is the TIME that it takes for light to travel 300,000 kilometres whereas light travels 300,000 kilometers in 1 second. Therefore they equal each other by being relative to each other so either can be the constant but the other must be the variable. So with a spacecraft moving through space at half the speed of light then TIME being made the constant and treated as our imperfect stationary TIME on Earth has the speed of light within the spacecraft, being the variable, halving to 150,000 k/sec.. This actually violates Einstein common statement that “everything is relative” because Einstein in having the speed of light and TIME relative to each other then to be relative they both have to be relative to something independent of themselves. I have solved Einstein’s problem by making TIME and the speed of light relative to my 4^th dimension, being the density of space itself, so displacing Einstein’s TIME as the 4^th dimension.

It is Scientific and Intellectual Fraud and Stupidity for Paul Davies Prof. and the Team from the University of

N.S.W. to translate their far, far faster speed of light from a Quasar-Galaxy to it having slowed down to 300,000 k/sec, 6 to 10 Billion years ago, from an infinite speed of light at the Big Bang. The Speed of Light is one of 3 separate speeds involved with Big Bang Theories which their Theorists have not defined and ignored. Maybe it never occurred to them nor its’ significance. Now I have proven Black Holes and stellar objects displace space and they don’t compact it so the following sentence contains the standard mental reasoning drivel regarding the compacted universe of space contained within the Primeval Atom through Gravity: In both Big Bangs there is the gravitational release of the infinite amount of compressed space allowing it to expand outwards at infinite Speed. Another being the outward speed of the Matter, Galaxies and Quasars formed from the energy plasma moving outwards at near infinite speed from Paul Davies Prof. near infinite Speed of Light Big Bang explosion. The space expanding at infinite speed would also be carrying outwards the outward speeding Energy plasma as well as the Matter, Galaxies and Quasars formed from it that would be overhauling the infinite speed of the expanding Space and would eventually and finally exit the universe entering the State of Non Existence.

Which one of the 3 speeds has slowed down according to Paul Davies Prof. and the UNSW Team? Is it just his near infinite Speed of Light that slowed 6 to 10 Billion years ago to 300,000 k/sec or does it also include the outward speed of the Matter, Galaxies and Quasar-Galaxies and/or include slowing the infinite speed of the expanding Universe of space? Both contain infinite amounts of energy! If it includes slowing the infinite speed of the expanding Universe of Space then the Infinite TIMES Infinite energy of the slowed momentum has to be transferred into Energy Plasma that would amount to infinite times more energy and matter coming into existence and be contained within the universe. This hasn’t happened therefore the absolutely necessary infinite speed of the expansion of space at Paul Davies Prof. and the UNSW Teams’ infinite speed of light Big Bang explosion didn’t happen and could not have happened. Slowing of the expansion of the universe of space causes enormous problems and that doesn’t seem to have occurred to them scientifically or intellectually?

Dr Bicknell, from the Mt Stromlo Observatory and the Australian National University, asked the BIG question and it went something like this: Why is Paul Davies Prof. talking about and relating his data to Black Holes in his Nature Science Journal article 8^th Aug 2002? Davies and his Teams Beam of light came from a Quasar and passed through a dust cloud leaving atomic fingerprints of the Quasar on a light spectrum! His Nature Science Journal article was all about Black Holes and nothing about the 12 billion year old beam of light, that Davies and his Team have claimed was scientific credible evidence, as being far faster (near infinite speed) than 300,000 k/sec emitted from a Quasar?” Are the reasons for that to eliminate Peer Review articles appearing in the Nature Science Journal condemning and attacking his Science Fiction Science exposing it as not credible or

even having been being fabricated? Is another possible reason being that in the Nature Journal Paul Davies Prof. and the UNSW Team would have had to state the Stellar Coordinates, so pin pointing, where in the cosmos this beam of

faster than 300,000 k/sec Light (near infinite speed) was, whereas in the General Media he didn’t have to? Also would Paul Davies Prof. and the UNSW Team have been committing criminal Scientific and Intellectual Fraud under the publication guidelines of Nature Science Journal but not under the general Media? Is it Paul Davies Prof. and the UNSW Team knew the Media exercises the RIGHT to Publish or not to Publish whether it is the Truth or whether it is just Scientific and Intellectual Fraud and plagiarism?

Funny; the General Media articles were about the Quasar light and Dr John Webb UNSW’s altered Fine Structure Constant and Paul Davies Prof’s near infinite speed of light at the Big Bang slowing down 6 to 10 Billion years ago? Why were the Media articles and the Natures article (Black Hole fuelling a Quasar) quite different by being about 2 different topics? To my knowledge the Stellar Coordinates of the beam of light from the Quasar were not published, printed nor broadcast therefore Paul Davies Prof. and the UNSW Team’s Quasar Light Spectrum, seen on the Catalyst Program, 29^th Aug 2002, can’t be readily identified as to where it was, verified, questioned or if fraudulent exposed by citizens nor be Peer Reviewed. Therefore the question arises “Have they committed Scientific and Intellectual Fraud by not readily publishing the coordinates of their claimed faster, near infinite, speed of light”? I believe so! I would just publish them knowing that I, therefore they too, are bound to make public the Stellar Co-ordinates! I and citizens shouldn’t have to search through Webb Sites of those involved to find them. I’ve attempted to obtain the Stellar Coordinates but my E-mails asking for the Quasar specifically the one responsible for the Light Spectrum in the Catalyst program of 29^th Aug 2002. The response was there were 100s of Quasars involved and was shuffled on and on finally to Michael Murphy Dr , now at Cambridge Uni. U.K., who ignored the E-mail. He did not and has not replied so exhibiting a lack of honesty and scientific credibility.

Furthering my, 15^th April 2000 conclusion, that a Super Massive Black Hole has exceeded its’ limited size releasing vast amounts of energy contributing to a Galaxy’s brightness causing it to be a not understood phenomena called a Quasar. My conclusions that Black Holes are limited in size is based on conclusions of the event horizons of Black holes by Martin Rees Prof. and Kip Thorn Prof.. I now, 21^st July 2005, apply Einstein’s E = MC squared to my proven, far, far slower speed of light within Black Holes and their Singularity. Massive amounts of energy could be being converted and released from the Singularity to equalize the imbalance of E = MC squared between the Singularity and its Event Horizon due to the exceedingly slower speed of light within the Singularity. This is a credible scientific account for How, Why and Where light energy, a trillion kilometers across being emitted from a Quasar, is coming from within a Super Massive Black hole that has exceeded its’ limited size? This can fulfill what I have always claimed that Black Holes are causing energy to cease to exist. Expanding space is stretching and straightening the wave length of energy causing energy released by Black holes that have exceeded their limited size to cease to exist. Black Holes may never cease to exist but drop back as a smaller Black hole. Their true function, as well, is to anchor Galaxies to being stationary in the expanding space to stop them gaining an outer speed. When speaking or writing about uncertainty such as Quasars one must write in uncertain terms and that is suspiciously missing by Paul Davies Prof. and the UNSW Team in the Media. Paul Davies Prof. is being credited with having destroyed the Speed of Light as being a constant. That I have proven as false but it is not corrected publicly by the extremely Political Establishment prejudiced Media to the detriment of Science, education and the public reasoning and understanding of these matters.

The readers should notice I have credited Martin Rees Prof. and Kip Thorn Prof. for their work (Gravity at the Event Horizon of a Stellar Mass Black Hole, ”causes spagettification”, is far, far greater than that of a Super Massive Black Hole) that I used to conclude Black holes are limited in size therefore on exceeding their limits become White holes emitting energy. I also have stated the speed of light is slower than 300,000 k/sec within Stellar Mass or Super Massive Black holes. It has been stated by me for over a decade and proven conclusively by me in 1998. Also Black holes being limited in size proves the Primeval atom, being infinitely bigger than the biggest possible Black hole, could never ever have existed therefore

no Big bang ever occurred from a Primeval atom formed from a Big Crunch or from having just welled up from nothing….

A Quasar or any other stellar object’s brightness doesn’t mean its speed of light is faster or at a near infinite speed. Quasars being such objects do lend themselves to being used to having scientific fraud woven into their unknowable

and improvable makeup due to being at the farthest outreaches of the visible universe. Science Fiction scientists cannot be trusted with Quasars nor given credibility for they can’t resist creating chaotic conclusions and stupid scenarios but prove nothing! I name a number of these Science Fiction scientists in the following paragraph.

Paul Davies Prof. and the UNSW Team, Dr Charles Lineweaver, PhD students (now Drs) Michael Murphy and Tamara Davis including Dr John Webb and his International Alpha Team had to acknowledge and credit me for my work and its use, by them, as a stepping stone. Failure to have done so automatically makes them guilty of Plagiarism as well as Scientific and Intellectual Fraud resulting in the deceiving of and undermining of Public rationality and the Education Systems. The Media and Science Journals in aiding and abetting in the deception, fraud and plagiarism violations of me and my scientific achievements proves them as being co-conspirators.

To cover it all up to achieve in the minds of the public and science circles that the Speed of Light as being changeable (foundations of my Fusion Technology earlier than 1992) is their sole original thoughts and achievements requiring them to secure being credited as being 1^st. That requires they must deny me of any credit or recognition in Science Journals and the general Media but also to publish their claims out of chronicle order by not publishing my proven scientific works. This non publication is well known to being indulged in by the general Media and has been occurring for years and years. This proves conclusively the Media’s criminal intent to assist in the plagiarising and theft of my original thoughts, conclusions and achievements. The core of which is the Speed of Light is alterable and controllable and relative to my 4^th dimension the Density of space itself and the foundations of fusing of 4 hydrogen atoms. Three and half years on in late 2005 the Plagiarists assisted by the Media have still proven nothing and achieved nothing but to have done damage to me in collusion with the General Media and 3 Science Journals, New Scientist 21^st May 2001, Nature 8^th Aug. 2002 and Scientific America June 2005. It will have backfired on them all by striping away the Media’s promotion of Paul Davies Prof., the UNSW Team of having destroyed the speed of Light as being constants with their near infinite speed of light. That credibility is destroyed with my proving the speed of light and TIME are relative to each other, allowing either to be the constant and the other to be the variable. Dr John Webb UNSW and his International Alpha Team’s “Fine Structure Constant” is proven by me is relative to my 4^th Dimension the density of Space itself and that they all are to acknowledge and accept or remain in their destroyed 3 dimensional universe. Having failed to have done so voluntarily willingly without being asked to then they are guilty of deliberate Plagiarism and scientific and intellectual fraud. This affirms my non-exclusive copyrighted evidence, proven by reasoning, in 1992-3 and my quantitative proving in 1998 and reproving in 2005 “the speed of light is alterable and controllable”, as are all the constants of physics, and relative to the Density of space itself. It also exposes them and all other physicists of not understanding Einstein’s Relativity!

I made an application, in Jan through to July 1992, to the Dept. of Industry Science and Technology, D.I.S.T., for a National Interest Grant to fund research, development and quantifying (on Mark Oliphant Prof. of physics’ advice) of my Fusion Technology. Sustained and controlled fusing of 4 hydrogen atoms is imperative to creating incredible thrust in my Fusion Spacecraft Rocket Engines. Modified they’d become fusion reactors producing energy, desalinating and pumping of water inland. My Scientific and Intellectual data encompasses my concept of the 4^th Dimension being the density of space itself to which the speed of light and TIME are relative. The altering of this 4^th dimension, up or down, is by using the repulsion and attraction of the polarities of electromagnets. This is to achieve, what is absolutely necessary, the controlled and sustained fusing of hydrogen through the altering and controlling of a higher speed of light. and a lone scientist demonstrating my superiority with my scientific and intellectual achievements and not hiding behind tertiary playschool labels and secretaries skirts I am given nothing. A board of phantom figures met at the Govt. Dept. of D.I.S.T., who being privy to my intellectual, scientific data, concepts and intellectual property, declined to give me

any funding. They gave me nothing but suggested I approach Universities, which I later did in 1993, to no avail for I was not one of the scientific establishment. I communicated with a Sydney based venture capitalist (1 of its’ directors had worked for Rupert Murdoch for 20 yrs) never replied and 1 reason for that has to be because I had stated I had given 90% to be owned and controlled by the public independent of all Governments.

On 9^th May 1993 I reasoned that since the speed of light was not falling dramatically throughout the expanding universe of space from a Big Bang universe proves I had destroyed the Big Bang theory. Five years later I proved quantitatively the speed of light was alterable in 1998. I used the World Science Establishments own proven data: that a spacecraft moving through space at half the speed of light results in its’ TIME, within the spacecraft, that a spacecraft moving through space at half the speed of light results in its’ TIME, within the spacecraft, slowing to half. From that I concluded that TIME having halved then the speed of light itself has altered. It has either halved or doubled, so choose for it has not remained the same, so proving the speed of light itself has altered therefore it is ALTERABLE up or down,. It is able to be caused to move faster or slower than 300,000 k/sec. by establishing what it is relative to and that is my 4^th dimension being the density of space itself. I repeat; I had proven the speed of light within the spacecraft moving at half the speed of light is not the same speed as the speed of light within a stationary spacecraft.

This proven reality that altering TIME alters the speed of light had eluded the minds of all the best scientists, physicists and World’s Scientific Establishments, including Paul Davies Prof. and the Team 4 at UNSW and Dr John Webb and his international Alpha Team. Their minds had to have wrongly believed two contradictory things at the same time, that the speed of light was relative to TIME and also that TIME was a separate entity and independent of the speed of light. They all failed to perceive TIME in being altered enabled the speed of light to always be translated into traveling at a constant 300,000 k/sec. This halving of the clocks time within the speeding spacecraft enabled the slowed, 150,000 k/sec, speed of light to be doubled so translating it into being 300,000 k/sec. and a constant speed. None of them from the past or present perceived or comprehended it so proving they all didn’t understand Einstein’s Relativity. The credit of being 1^st is mine and mine alone and it is obscene scientific and intellectual plagiaristic fraud to credit Paul Davies Prof. or anyone else who attempt to elbow in front of me through publication out of chronological order.

Science fiction peddled as science has stupidly become the science among some high profile scientists and cosmologists internationally. They having reached their Intellectual and Scientific pinnacles they then regress while deluding themselves, their followers and the Public that they are progressing.

I strive at all times to prove everything each and every inch of the way but as I inch forward every inch in reality is a gigantic leap. This is achieved by the application of the statement the ”facts in their true perspective, relative to the phenomena” (the Superior Science).This method makes or breaks revealing if the concept is or isn’t going to continue to progress and on to finally working and/or reveal and prove its’ limitations. Einstein erred when he made TIME as the 4^th dimension because TIME is not a dimension of space. TIME is a derivative of the speed of light. When the speed of light is halved (or doubled) TIME is also halved (or doubled). Applying the superior science these little errors can turn up later as huge errors.

Scientists aplenty mentally refuse or fail to accept forcing a concept into revealing its’ credibility but mollycoddle it so keeping it and themselves scientifically life like by indulging in regressive speculation using and peddling science fiction as Science. It’s an optimistic loser’s way to achieve the required outcome that will always be unaccomplished. An outcome which requires, yet to be explained rationally and coherently, yet to be proven, yet to achieve fulfillment and a working concept, an idea yet to do something or anything. The Big Bang Theorists, just as all Governments do, do not just have things both ways but want and do have it each and everyway their way by stating the Primeval Atom was where Space and Time didn’t exist but contradict themselves with Time existing before the Big Bang,

which is one of many instances, which shows Cosmologists and Physicists are applying Science Fiction Science to the Big Bang Theory proving it has no where to go and is going nowhere but into the rubbish bin.

I, Theo Rout, for 13 years have disseminated my scientific and intellectual data that proves conclusively that I am the 1^st and sole originator and promoter developing of my scientific and intellectual concept of the Fusing of 4 Hydrogen Atoms in a Fusion Spacecraft Rocket Engine and reactor by altering and controlling of the Speed of light. This I did to get public awareness and public support but that I have been denied by the Media so obstructing and preventing my Fusion project getting underway in Australia with international involvement. This obviously leaves me vulnerable to Science Fiction Scientist parasites such as Paul Davies Prof. the UNSW Team, Dr John Webb, his International Alpha Team and their Universities along with others and the colluding, conspiring, contemptible Media. Denying me publication and access to the public is obviously denying me remuneration and inflicting gross and innumerable lost opportunities as well. I alone in 1992 concluded, proving through reasoning upon the evidence, the fusing of 4 hydrogen atoms was practical and possible by the altering and controlling, of my concept, the 4^th Dimension, the density of space itself, to which the speed of light was relative. This is the reason I then sought a National Interest Grant in Jan 1992. The worlds’ science establishments were attempting to perform fusion with the hydrogen atoms of deuterium and tritium with very little to no success but claiming they’d crack in 50 yrs time, but definitely could not produce a fusion spacecraft rocket engine. The last 2 major deuterium and tritium Fusion experiments, that I know of, were in late 1991 U.K. and repeated in mid 1992 U.S. costing U.S. $B.1.5 each whereas I have received nothing! The fusing of 4 hydrogen atoms is my sole concept constructed through reasoning, upon the evidence, to create and develop this successful fusion technology to this stage, YES “successful”, because it hasn’t come to a dead end but continues powering on and on. Others are, I believe, obviously working on and developing my fusion technology secretly, they’d be fools if they weren’t, but hopefully without the intent to steal it and to totally deny me recognition and non-exclusive copyright payments. I’d be naïve not to think so, but at what developmental stage they’re at I don’t know. I have no media or public admissions other than that of Paul Davies Prof. and the Team of 4 at the University of N.S.W. who, I have to consider, are attempting to steal it along with the Australian Government and their friends here and abroad that could well be defined as The Coalition of the Willing. Top scientists would not be interested in coming to Australia to work on my fusion project if it were a futile rubbishy project. This is one of the reasons why I strive to prove everything each and every inch of the way to gain the necessary high credibility of my Fusion Project and demonstrate the merits of the Superior Science that I advocate and apply.

Einstein’s attempt to unify electromagnetism and gravity which he called his “Unified field Theory”, failed to materialize because it, he, came to an impasse and he spent the last 30years of his life to overcoming it. Einstein didn’t regress into the implementation of Science Fiction as Science but held steadfast for 30yrs giving, in his failure, credibility to his “Unified Field Theory” as being achievable and that it will work, if only he could get the “facts into their true perspective, relative to the phenomena”. He was ridiculed by Scientists internationally, for his long lone search, and it has been stated that Einstein contributed nothing for the last 30 years of his life. It is understandable that no Physicists, no Scientists and all of the International Scientific establishments have had to abandon Einstein’s “Unified Field Theory” consigning it to the rubbish bin and accept Electromagnetism and Gravity cannot and won’t ever be unified. Since Einstein couldn’t unify them then no one can or ever will so designating electromagnetism and gravity to being separate entities. Surely this is what they have concluded; I have not seen nor heard it written or stated otherwise? But I solely have achieved Einstein’s 30 year quest for the “Unified field Theory” by my incorporating the repulsion and attraction of the polarities of electromagnets to alter the 4^th dimension, the density of space itself, to which the speed of light and TIME are relative. To alter the density of space itself massively downwards, I state, would create gravity just as planets and Black holes do through displacement of the density of space itself downwards. This is what Albert Einstein was searching for and no one, to my knowledge, thought or believed it was possible to unify them other than Einstein himself. Einstein’s Unified Field Theory is also Quantum Gravity that all Quantum Mechanic proponents have all been searching for since 1920; theirs’ too a fruitless 85 year search.

This is enormous evidence that gives my Fusion Technology great credibility that it will work and is under my non-exclusive copy right (I applied in1992 confidentially for a National Interest Grant). Confidentiality is useless in protecting my scientific and intellectual data and achievements, locally or internationally. I require and am compelled to disseminate it under my non-exclusive copyright to secure international interest and investment, also to achieve public awareness, support and public opinion to prevent theft and plagiarism, which the Media has left me vulnerable too with their criminally insane “Medias’ Right to publish or not to publish“.

Acknowledging and accepting, that TIME slows to half within a spacecraft moving through space at ½ the speed

of light is in conflict with a stationary spacecraft using its’ engine thrust to enable it to sit at a stationary distance away from a Black Hole where TIME has slowed to half. This results in 2 spacecrafts, one moving through space at half the speed of light and one stationary spacecraft with both of their clocks slowing to half their normal TIME. This is an absurd contradiction that can only be explained through my 4^th dimension being the density of space itself to which the speed of light and TIME are relative. The spacecraft moving through space at a faster and faster speed causes the density of space itself to become lower and lower through the spacecraft’s mass increasing and increasing forming a gravitational field (my sole intellectual achievement) just as Black Holes have that also has a slower time within. Einstein’s Spacetime cannot explain the absurd contradiction other than Spacetime is deficient.

I required (earlier than 1992 when I applied for a National Interest Grant) to prove quantitatively the speed of light is alterable, which I have done and reaffirmed the proof in 2005 (with TIME and the speed of light being one and the same by being relative to each other). My fusion of 4 hydrogen atoms is dependent on increasing the speed of light, it is the key. This I concluded was achievable by using the repulsion and attraction of electromagnets. I obviously had to create the evidence and proof that the altering and controlling of the speed of light was possible and practical in the face of the entire Science Establishment Worldwide falsely believing the speed of light in being a constant it is therefore unalterable. My altering of the speed of light up or down within the chambers of a fusion spacecraft rocket engine or reactor doesn’t mean the speed of light is varying throughout the Universe so stuffing up Physicists calculations that require the speed of light to be a constant 300,000 k/sec. universally. Without the speed of light being artificially a mathematical constant speed through out the universe appears the result would be a universe of chaos, but the speed of light being variable and alterable does not result in chaos because TIME itself becomes the constant instead! This chaos is the reason the World Scientific Establishment, I state, do not like nor have they approved Paul Davies Prof. and the UNSW Team’s speed of light changing throughout the Universe over time and being at near infinite speed at their Big Bang. But what I have proven is THEY ALL don’t understand Einsteins’ “RELATIVITY”. As well I have, lone handed, taken on Einsteins’ Spacetime by my proving Space itself has density by my realizing, so proving, that space in warping and bending when subjected to powerful gravity proves space has density for it couldn’t warp and bend if it didn’t nor could the Universe of space expand.

I supplied, in approx. 1995, my proof that nothing exists in 4 forms to Paul Davies Prof., of Theoretical Physics at the University of Adelaide, I introduced him to my 4^th dimension being the density of space itself to which the speed of light is relative. I introduced him to what Einstein was searching for over the last 30years of his life. Davies did not respond nor did he assist, in any way, with my attempt to get my concepts public and published which is critical to getting my fusion project underway in Australia. I’m not a one man band! My concept of “NOTHING” existing in 4 forms with the 4^th of those dimensions being the density of space itself was the key to my solving of Einstein’s problem of his “Unified Field Theory” also solving Quantum Mechanics’ Quantum Gravity. This as well should result in controlled and sustained fusion of 4 hydrogen atoms also the comprehending of the Universe, God and life’s place in it.

I used a small amount of intellectual data to destroy the Big Bang Theory 12 ½ years ago, which demonstrates the ability of the Superior Science. It also demonstrates and proves my 4^th Dimension is a concept beyond the scientific abilities and intellectual capacity of Paul Davies Prof., Dr John Webb and both the UNSW & Alpha Teams who are not Einstein’s equals. The 4^th Dimension of space itself was a concept Einstein sought doggedly for but failed to perceive and achieve over the last 30yrs of his life, but I think he mentally blinded himself to it by having made TIME

Einstein held steadfast for that 30years and he didn’t resort to progressing by regressing and declining into peddling Science Fiction as Science as Paul Davies Prof., Dr J. Webb and both Alpha & UNSW Team’s and others have done and are doing with the Speed of Light, the Big Bang Theory, String’s Theory, Cosmology and the Universe.

The Big Bang Theory was first destroyed by me on the 9^TH May 1993 and has been further destroyed in numerous and diverse ways, by me again and again, ever since. All Cosmologists and Physicists that fail to acknowledge and accept it as having been destroyed are Bum Scientists and/or very slow learners or just plain thick, but BUMS all the same. They who don’t know of my data that has destroyed the Big Bang Theory then the criminals responsible for their not knowing is the FREE PRESS with their freely dumping of News and Information that’s in the Australian and World publics’ interest into the garbage. This is criminally based upon their criminally insane statement and false belief that they The Media have the “RIGHT to publish or not to publish”. That criminally insane concept is also the foundations of the Media’s Radio. Print and Television Legislation ACTS locally, Nationally and Internationally (it just has to be) so rendering it all, the Worlds’ Media Legislation, of the “Is’ HAVE IT” without credibility or legality.

Paul Davies Prof. emerges in 2002 working out of the Macquarie University and was given wide Media coverage for an intellectual achievement that wasn’t his nor those he worked in conjunction with a UNSW Team: a Dr John Webb (also International Alpha Team), Dr Lineweaver, 2 PHD Students, now a Dr Michael Murphy at Cambridge Uni. U.K. and Dr Tamara Davis from the University of New South Wales. The public internationally were having false and fraudulent information implanted into their minds for reasons they did not know of nor knew why.

Extracts from AAP Reuters article (8^th August 2002): “SYDNEY: Humanity’s entire conception of space and time could be turned on its head thanks to an Australian scientist’s finding that the speed of light may be slowing down.

Macquarie University’s Professor Paul Davies has made the shocking observation which, if proved, could rubbish Einstein’s Theory of Relativity and solve some of the great mysteries of the universe.

The theoretical physicist put forward his thesis after an astronomer at the University of NSW discovered that a 12 billion-year-old stream of light had properties it shouldn’t have had according to the known laws of physics.

After discounting the only other possibility as, well, impossible, professor Davies determined that between six and 10 billion years ago, the speed of light – the fastest thing known – had been even faster than its current speed of about 300,000 kilometres per second.

This raises the possibility that the light may have traveled at an infinite speed at the time of the Big Bang, when the universe came into existence.

Professor Davies said, “It’s entirely possible that the speed of light would have got greater and greater as you go back [ through time ] towards the Big Bang and, if so, it could explain some of the great mysteries of cosmology.

If the speed of light were nearly infinite in the first split second [ after the universe’s creation], it would explain why the universe is so uniform, for example, on a large scale.” He said that if the theory bore fruit, it would be the biggest scientific revolution since Einstein discovered the Theory of Relativity – which the latest premise would render incorrect.

One of the most famous and important aspects of the theory – that energy equals mass multiplied by the speed of light squared E = MC squared – is thrown into doubt by Professor Davies’s thesis, because the speed of light is no longer constant.

At the very least, if the speed of light varies in time, then the Theory of Relativity, which is one of the cornerstones of 20^th-century physics, is seen to be wrong.

If these results hold out we need to start re-examining the very nature of space and time.

It also needed to be tested whether light was continuing to slow or whether it had hit a cosmological “speed bump” billions of years ago.

Let’s at this moment stop and compare Paul Davies Prof. and My reasoning powers. Paul Davies Prof has made his Speed of light of infinite speed relative to our Earths (imperfect stationary) TIME; I’m stating it for him because he is ignorant of it and doesn’t know nor understand it. Paul Davies Prof. and the UNSW Team and all Big Bang Theorists’ Universes are 3 Dimensional, i.e. they only have length, breadth and depth with Time wrongly treated as a dimension of space itself. Davies has made the speed of light infinite speed (in paragraph 6) but (nearly infinite speed in paragraph 8) this creates 2 outcomes. Firstly, Davies speed of light to be at infinite speed requires the density of

space (my 4^th Dimension) itself to be at infinite density. But that requires the universe of space be squashed down to a point of infinite density by the absolute gravity of the Primeval Atom. But Davies cannot have his Primeval Atom Big Bang with the speed of light at infinite speed because with it the density of space would be reduced and so too the speed of light. So to have his infinite speed of light then Davies’ Big Bang would be solely of empty expanding space (ignoring how the hell their space originally came to exist). But their Big Bangs need the gravity of the Primeval Atom to contain the compacted space until the Big Bang happens! It just keeps on getting sillier and more absurd! From paragraph 6 to paragraph 8 Paul Davies Prof. has changed his story and reduced his speed of light to being nearly infinite speed. It just might have possibly occurred to Paul Davies Prof. the Universe of compacted space of infinite density had to expand outwards at infinite speed so as to be ahead of his speed of light and energy? This would cause him to slow his infinite speed of light down to being near infinite speed; so slower than the space expanding at infinite speed in his Big Bang universe? Otherwise all of the energy of both versions of the Big Bang would immediately enter the state of non-existence ahead of and leaving behind a universe of empty expanding space. On energy leaving the universe then it must be accepted it has ceased to exist, exited and forever lost into the state of non-existence.

It is absurdly contradictory for space and TIME not to exist before their Big Bangs for the density of space itself would be absolute zero therefore the speed of light was Zero and TIME was Zero. It leaves the Primeval Atom existing within NOTHING with no dimensions, existing within the state of non-existence where no thing can exist, therefore the Primeval Atom could not exist for it cannot exist outside of space itself nor where TIME was zero. The contradictions, absurdities and bad science continue to manifest into a state of dribbling gibberish.

Paul Davies Prof. stated years ago that a Primeval Atom could well up from nothing and not violate any laws of this universe! That exposes Paul Davies Prof. with poor reasoning powers with the peddling of Science Fiction science drivel because it would be violating the Law of ”For every action there will be an equal and opposite reaction”. To well up from nothing is a reaction which cannot happen without an action. Cause and effect!

The question of whether the universe is a closed or open universe was resolved by me years and years ago. I concluded that beyond the end of the universe is NOTHING with no dimensions a state of non existence therefore it’s an open universe and exiting it is to cease to exist; become the state of non existence.

THE FOLLOWING IS THE DEATH BLOW TO THE BIG BANG THEORY.

The Big Bang Theory was initially destroyed by me on the 9^TH May 1993 using my 4^th dimension of density of space itself with the speed of light in being relative to that density then it must fall dramatically from a Big Bang.
