Attention: Governor General Peter Hollingworth,

This is a letter to inform you the previous Governor General Deane had given up, gave away, lost yours and all future Federal and State Governor Generals' powers to apply the Australian Constitution by his ignoring so accepting not being able to apply the laws of Mathematics and physics; he gave up your legitimacy to count; and more. This renders you unable to Legally swear into parliament those hopefuls of the 10^th Nov. 2001 Federal elections. If you do swear them into the upper and lower houses of parliament then their positions will be illegitimate. Posterity and history will know you knowingly did this bad thing, this illegal act.

These situations of illegality are a product of Governor General Deane refusing and failing to forward on my legitimate right to appeal to the Queen of the 27^th October 2000. In his IGNORING and rejecting of my appeal then he accepted the 1996 ruling by Chief justice Brennan and its confirmation by IGNORING it by Justice Kirby and its' being IGNORED, so accepted, consequently subjecting the Australian Parliament to it.

This matter can be resolved by you refusing while stating, you cannot on principle nor legally exercise constitutional powers until this 1996 ruling by the High court, via Justice Brennan and Justice Kirby, is shredded and the wrongs righted. Someone is required to commit a courageous act and that needs a person of strong character to do it. Section 61 of the Australian constitution would legitimize this noble and appropriate act.

Australias' 2001 centenary year of Federation also marks its' end. Australias' political, economic, legal and scientific system lasted only one hundred years. Its' end is historical and its' end was caused by the 1996 judicial ruling of the High court and through the Australian Federal and State parliaments by their criminal mental incompetence and corruption in refusing and failing to remove mentally incompetent judges from the High court bench. Australia is no longer a legitimate Nation and the United Nations will be informed of this by me.

The inevitability of my set of dividing and multiplying by zero being accepted and implemented worldwide is certain. The dumping of the other and defective dividing and multiplying by zero is written.
