1. The intellectual data and copyrighted intellectual property of mine is being plagiarized through the Media with the suspected intent to steal it and/or avoid paying copyright monies spanning 50years by establishing in the minds of the public Australia and worldwide that it was their achievements. They are: Paul Davies Prof., of the Macquarie University. Tamara Davis, Charles Lineweaver Dr.,and John Webb Dr. of the university of N.S.W., and a Dr Moffat of a University in Ontario Canada.

2. The intellectual data of altering of the speed of light up or down by what ever means is under copyright. 

Altering the speed of light up or down, altering the density of space itself that the speed of light is relative to, is under copyright via my Fusion spacecraft rocket engine/reactor.

"The dividing and multiplying by zero copyright" "The fusion spacecraft rocket engine that's designed to fuse 4 hydrogen atoms. "The use of altering of the speed of light down to deal with radioactive materials" "The general application of using and controlling the speed of light up or down. to make money"

3. I have for 10 years disseminated my intellectual data under non-exclusive copyrights locally and internationally by letters, phone calls, E-Mails, faxes, pamphlets at my own personal expense so as to get the $copyright, I had to. And because the Media blacklisted me and refused and failed to publish it or anything else from me. Now they conspire to steal it all and leave me nothing.

The Canberra Times and A.A.P. article gives high praise of my work under other persons names: "Humanity’s entire conception of space and time could be turned on it head thanks to an Australian scientist’s findings that the speed of light maybe slowing down." What an awful betrayal of Australia; I am the Australian scientist not Paul Davies Prof., he is an English expatriate and my proven intellectual and scientific inferior. The Canberra Times and Australian Associated Press(A.A.P.) have had 10 years to write like that about my work, especially since I live a few stone throws from them in Canberra, Australia. I have supplied them with information, proofs and data by phone, by hand, in person and with Media releases and they go on and violate me and my work by accommodating plagiarists. They have now become liable for massive litigation for violating my intellectual data that’s under international non-exclusive copyright.

This ought to cause all the other Big Bang theorists to flee and refuse and/or decline to support Paul Davies Prof. and all the other plagiarists. The plagiarists need the other Big Bang Heavyweights Stephen Hawking Prof, Martin Rees Prof., Kip Thorn Prof., Roger Penrose Prof., also Robyn Williams of A.B.C. Science Show and Philip Adams A.B.C. Radio and many, many more to give their approval to the stealing my scientific achievements. I don’t think they will, but they all have remained silent and never given me any credit or recognition for any of my work. They all must know Paul Davies Prof. personally and I expect them all to refuse to give approval or respect to Paul Davies Prof. and the other plagiarists stealing, what they all know, is my scientific achievements and copyrights. If any of them do then their scientific credibility and reputations will be wrecked and also be known as plagiarists as well.

What? Keep up the good work from a position of no money, no facilities, alone, hindered, denied credit and recognition, denied publication and maintained as a nobody and as a permanent non-entity; as they did to the great lone scientist Nikolai Tesla. In simpler words do the impossible. And suffer the stealing of my copyrights and plagiarism supported and furthered by the Media I explained to Mark Oliphant Prof. in 1992 that the speed of light was relative to the density of space itself, which means to alter the density of space upwards increases the speed of light, which I state is required, to fuse 4 hydrogen atoms and gain thrust. 

Controlling fusion reactions and the speed of the fusion spacecraft rocket engine/reactor is paramount. This I am about doing by way of increasing and lowering the density of space so controlling the speed of light by using a multiple number of powerful magnetic fields. In retrospection I doubt Mark Oliphant Prof. perceived what I was talking about for he said he thought in terms of mathematics and my work required to be quantified into mathematical terms. Mark Oliphant Prof. would have believed as did Paul Davies Prof. and all the plagiarists that the speed of light was a constant and unalterable, whereas I stood alone advocating it was alterable and controllable.

Paul Davies is about writing books and needs ideas so also pushing him to steal my ideas and my work. This is what was done to Nickola Tesla, one of this worlds greatest scientists of the 20^th century, the man responsible for A.C. electricity and lots, lots more. The political, economic and science establishments stole just about everything from him and plagiarized enormous amounts of his work, his achievements and stole his monies. This, Paul Davies Prof., Tamara Davis, Charles Lineweaver Dr. and the political, economic, legal, science and Media establishments intend to do to me by recognizing and crediting me posthumously and then leave me as a non entity as they all have done with Nikola Tesla.

Paul Davies Prof., Tamara Davis and Charles Lineweather Dr. in attempting to establish the speed of light is falling in the expanding universe with experiments on photons and electrons in relation to Black Holes and/or Quasars appears foolish. Why, is because Black holes, Quasars and space itself are separate entities. I have speculated that the trillion light year across phenomenon called a Quasar is a White Hole that was a Black Hole that has exceeded its’ limits and is possibly the death a Black Hole for it can’t get back. Paul Davies Prof and his 2 colleagues, may be attempting to glean from Black Holes and/or Quasars what changes occur to photons and electrons so as to know what to look for in relation to a slower speed of light in space, but they will simply prove what I have been stating for at least 10 years, and proved in Jan 1997; that the actual speed of light is being slowed down dramatically in Black holes by the density of space being reduced by the Black holes massive gravitation; so via a Black hole they won’t have proven the speed of light is waning minutely in the expanding universe nor that the speed of light was far faster Billions of years ago.

"About 1995 I proved "NOTHING" exists in 4 forms. The proof was privileged reading for Paul Davies Prof. then at the Adelaide university. He has remained silent....... He said on T.V. that the end of space would always be a mystery. I’ll write more on this later..."

P.S.                                                                                                                                           At the Supreme Court 29^th Aug hearing, Justice Miles, after seeing documentation of mine that also showed Paul Davies had received scientific info from me, gave warnings that I have a prima fascia case.

P.P.S.                                                                                                                                          I won the injunction case against the A.B.C. T.v. because they gave assurances to Justice Miles that their Catalyst program wouldn’t contain plagiarized data of mine nor violate my copyright data. The Catalyst program was edited and I have the proof they did. They didn't do what Justice Miles suggested and that was to give some form of credit to me. But they by their broadcast they credited Paul Davies Prof. and his plagiarist colleagues with "the speed of light being alterable and not a constant." This my copyrighted intellectual data and achievements.  

The following extract was written on the 25th May 1993 and distributed again on the 25th June 1995 showing I didn't accept the suggestion by Mark Oliphant Prof. retired physicist that I give away my fusion scientific data, but that I went on to release my scientific data under non-exclusive copyright with the intent to develop it myself whenever I can, later on. 

"25th May 1993: I was compelled to reveal the design of the fusion engine that is both a rocket engine and a reactor by modifications. Mark Oliphant retired physicist suggested in Feb. 92 I give it to J.E.T. Laboratories U.K. funded by the countries of the G7; they have the BIG BUCKS."  

It would've been funded with huge sums of public money, but stolen and owned by the rich of the private sector with huge financial kickbacks to the corrupt G7 political parties, which I oppose.

The following is my intellectual data that has always been under non-exclusive copyright since 1992 when I was refused, in June of that year, a National interest grant. It was released, and only released, publicly because it was under non-exclusive copyright. The world wouldn't have gotten it otherwise. The very concept of non-exclusive copyright is my creation, is my innovation created to cover all intellectual material of mine that is worth money. It has been under non-exclusive copyright. ever since I released it in June 1992: "The speed of the speed of light is relative to the density of NOTHING in 4 dimensions, alter the density up or down is to alter the speed of light  up or down with the use of magnetic fields". This is my means to fuse 4 hydrogen atoms in my fusion spacecraft rocket engine and reactor. This I know and knew in 1992 is worth unimaginable amounts of money. Obviously I didn't give it as a gift to the political system of the Is' HAVE IT" in any of its' forms, I wouldn't give it now in 2002 and never, ever at any time in the future. The onus is upon the thieves to produce a signed and witnessed document stating I gave or contributed my intellectual data to them; they can't because I didn't give or contribute it. 

If my intellectual data was a gift or contribution in 1992, or at anytime since, then that gift has not been appreciated with credit or recognition. Consequently the gift has been rejected and treated with contempt for 10 years so the gift is null and void, is withdrawn, and the intellectual data is rightly and justifiably placed retrospectively under copyright as of June 1992 and all copyright dollars since are payable. But the 50 year copyright clock starts from the day I and my intellectual data is implemented and given recognition and the credit due. This is my application of my "all rights reserved". This is my means to receive remuneration if I independently fail to get the project under way. The world economic system only wants my intellectual data if it works, and of course they'd want it contemptuously for nothing, even steal it and credit themselves with the innovation and the intelligence. This contemptuously and criminally is what they are doing via Paul Davies Prof. and his fellow plagiarists. They are being credited with the speed of light being alterable and not a constant. That is my intellectual achievements 1992/1998 under copyright and not theirs. They would only be confirming my data, but they contemptuously violate my intellectual copyrighted achievements by ignoring me. They wouldn't steal it if it was worthless or if it doesn't work but they would use its' failure to destroy me.

It follows that any person responsible for intellectual data that turns out to be a money spinner should be entitled to be automatically paid copyright dollars. To pay is appreciation; not to pay is criminal and contemptuous of the intellectual material and the unfortunate person.      

I proved the speed of light is alterable up or down and not a constant in 1998 using the world science establishments' own data sitting before their eyes for 50 years: see prove in Affidavit. This proves them all to be my intellectual and scientific inferiors.   

To alter the density of space itself is to alter the speed of light up or down as well as time. That data is under copyright as it is the central technology of my spacecraft rocket engine that’s designed to fuse 4 hydrogen atoms. The copyrighted intellectual data is the fusion engine, it has no outer casings, legs, size or shape nor paint job. To draw it is to write, state and draw the diagram of "the altering and controlling of the speed of light up and down by altering and controlling the density of space to which the speed of light is relative, using powerful magnetic fields." Without this copyrighted data then it isn't a fusion spacecraft rocket engine/reactor designed to fuse 4 hydrogen atoms. It would just be unidentifiable scrap.

(3) To administer or help in administering funds for purposes of scientific research or projects of a scientific character.                                                                                                                   

(4) To arrange or join in arranging meetings of scientists inside or outside Australia, to hold symposia, and to arrange for visits of scientists from other countries to Australia.                       

(5) To correlate and assist in correlating the efforts of other scientific bodies.                             

(6) To suggest ways in which scientific projects in Australia may be instituted, carried out, or revised.                                                                                                                                    

(7) To publish or assist in the publication of scientific knowledge.                                                

(8) To provide guidance to sources of scientific information.                                                      

(9) To do all such other lawful things as the Academy may think incidental or conducive to the attainment of its objects or any of them.  

The Media in  black listing me for 10 to 20 years has caused universities worldwide to be 10 years behind and that is proven by the plagiarism by Paul Davies Prof. and his colleagues of 1990-2 data of mine. The Media are making it even worse by their now refusing and failing to publish the conclusive proof of the total destruction, by me, of the idiot concept called the Big Bang theory and it's replacement by my concept of the "Perpetual Universe". It's on public record in the Supreme court in Canberra via my case against the A.B.C. T.v. and Radio over their Catalyst T.v. program. The hearing was held on the 29th August 2002..  

The following paragraph is an extract from a 5 page document, widely distributed, written by me on the 8th April 1998 and read by Justice Miles on the 29th Aug. 2002. It refers to Paul Davies having received relevant data from me and my destruction of the Big Bang theory on the 9th May 1993 because the speed of light wasn't falling dramatically.

"Do they realise that science concluded the speed of light was a constant because the density of NOTHING in 4 dimensions(space) isn't falling dramatically as the universe expands. Which means the BIG BANG NEVER HAPPENED..... This info was released in1992-3. Stephen Hawking of the Cambridge Uni was "PRIVILEGED" to receive it as was Paul Davies of the Adelaide Uni. and others..  

On Friday 6th Sept. 02; I attended a talk at Mt. Stromlo observatory by Dr. Bicknell from the research school of astrophysics, Australian National University. At the conclusion of his talk debunking the findings of the slowing of the speed of light by Paul Davies Prof. and the other plagiarists I spoke to the audience of about 50 persons, who were lecturers and students, who all seemed to be conversing in astro jargon. I informed them of the plagiarism of Paul Davies Prof. and the other plagiarists of my intellectual data and achievements that are under copyright, also I mentioned my telling Mark Oliphant Prof. of the possible waning of the speed of light as you move outwards in the universe that was related to my concept the "Perpetual universe". 

I informed them all the following data was put on  public record in the Supreme Court at Canberra on Thurs. 29th August 02. the proof that I'd proven the speed of light is alterable years ago by using data sitting before the science establishments eyes for 50 yrs. AND the proof the speed of light is slower in Black Holes AND the proof of the destruction of the Big Bang theory by me on the 9th of May 1993 and it being put to sleep permanently by me for I stated in the court that the Primeval atom/Black holes are about displacing space and are not about consuming space therefore the Big Bang can't produce nor account for the expanding universe just as the defunct Steady State theory failed to do also.

In the 60 years existence of the Big Bang Theory not 1 equation has been produced to calculate the many Trillions of light years cubed of space that each Black hole is required to have consumed, based upon the Primeval Black hole having consumed the entire universe of space and crushed it out of existence. It follows that Black holes must consume and crush space out of existence then they must be consuming vast chunks of space around the clock 365 days a year. It's too late for the Big bang Heavyweights to be coming up with equations now for it was a prerequisite that that should have been done 60 yrs ago.

The Big bang theorists indulged their gullibility by saying if you treat the expanding universe as a film and run it backwards then all of space had to have been consumed and crushed out of existence, leaving only a Black holes' center called a singularity and without space and its' event horizon, by a Primeval Black hole that formed following the collapse of a previous universe of space in a Big Crunch, it then had to release all of that space in a Big Bang. But due to the space having been crushed out of existence then there wouldn't be any space to release. It all would have to be recreated...... Space itself is a complex and profound phenomenon.

A Black holes singularity existing alone without an event horizon is obscene, Roger Penrose Prof..

The Primeval Black hole they say existed outside of space and time, so they signed on the dotted line declaring that space didn't exist. The Big Bang happened and no space was released due to it all having been crushed out of existence by the Primeval Black hole then who or what is responsible for the existence of this universe of expanding space. It's got sweet F. A. to do with the Big Bang.

The Big Bang theory is unscientific as Adam and Eve and the Garden of Eden; both are fables. 

I experienced time travel back 10 years when I entered Dr Bicknells talk at Mt Stromlo, on Fri. 6th Sept. 02, about the topic on the slowing of the speed of light. Some of the 50 or so persons were overcome when experiencing a person from the future who has come back 10 years in time. The mental and emotional confusion and disbelief was evident but some were somewhat calmed by me stating they all were 10 years behind the times and the reality was that the Media and Science magazines had been refusing to publish, print or broadcast scientific data from me for 10 to 20 years. This time difference was also caused by arrogant academia screwing up data from me and throwing it into the bin without reading it. A lot of the Academia were and are existing in waking comas which also contributed to this time travel. This is why the Universities and this world is experiencing a man from the future that has come back in time.

On leaving the meeting I stated to them all several times that I had put the Primeval Black Hole Big Bang theory to sleep, and to sleep permanently and that it won't be resuscitated. I felt I  should've also said: the sun will rise tomorrow, have a good sleep, and welcome to the future. 

Dr Bicknell was puzzled (as was I) as to why Paul Davies Prof.s article in the Nature science magazine of 8th August 02 on the slowing of the speed of light was based on Black Holes, they don't emit light. It doesn't make sense unless it is known he Paul Davies and his plagiarist colleagues are stealing intellectual data of mine. It means they have a dishonest hidden agenda.

The statement by Paul Davies Prof. that the entropy value can't fall as it would violate the 2nd law of thermodynamics is false because it has been proven by me that the speed of light is slower within Black holes, creating an energy imbalance E=MC squared, resulting in energy ceasing to exist within Black holes, therefore the entropy within Black holes is falling. This could possibly account for the supposed discrepancy in the light from the distant Quasar. To me it's evidence that entropy has fallen in the Quasar and this is evidence that a Quasar is a White hole which was a Black hole that exceeded its' limits. The claims by Paul Davies Prof. that the speed of light was infinitely faster in the Universe and has slowed over billions of years has to be wrong. I'd firstly consider Entropy has fallen in the Quasar for everything is relative to the speed of light.

I could be gullible and accept the falling speed of light proves what I stated, to Mark Oliphant Prof., in 1992 was possibly happening as one moves outwards in the universe and naively incorporate it into my Perpetual universe concept. But Quasars are queer and hairy things that no one fully understands so light from Quasars has to be suspect and the conclusions also suspect.

The 1st law of thermodynamics (energy can not be created nor destroyed, only transformed) isn't a law; it's an assumption that became faith and is laughingly treated as law. And for the Science establishment to accept what I proved, that energy is ceasing to exist within Black holes, is to accept the Primeval Black hole would cause itself to become non-existent, resulting in no Big bang. This would destroy Quantum Mechanics and Paul Davies Profs. energy welling up from nothing forming the Primeval Atom, which is their backup to the no Big Crunch. They silently advocate and believe energy freely comes into and out of existence, while contradictingly stating, as Paul Davies and his fellow plagiarists are, by holding up the 2nd law of thermodynamics (Entropy will always increase no matter what), which is based upon the 1st law(energy can't be created nor destroyed), to justify rejecting their Entropy value falling, and stating instead the speed of light is falling. To accept energy ceasing to exist Paul Davies Prof. and his fellow plagiarists have to accept Entropy falls. Their physics, their minds and reasoning are overloaded with contradictions; this is why they call it the Primeval Atom and not the Primeval Black hole. Systems based upon contradictions and propped up with even more contradictions will collapse. You can't have faith in their mathematics; I have proven they are highly suspect and contradictory.

Their Blacks holes are meaningless and purposeless objects busy doing enormous things for nothing, so why don't they just do nothing and just exist. My Black holes are practical and are purposely busy removing matter and energy from the Universe for a reason and not just doing it for nothing. Of course this is a massive threat to their crazy mathematics and concepts.   

Following is an edited extract from a document written and distributed on 28th June 1995 proving energy is ceasing to exist naturally in the universe and can be caused to cease to exist.

25th Jan 1994: I have proven, the 1st law of thermodynamics being, Newton's Law of conservation of energy is wrong. Using the famous Hubble red shift of 1929, that revealed light from distant galaxies was stretched into the red on a light spectrum, proving the universe was expanding. Proof:

What they all have failed to perceive in 65 yrs of brain blindness is that energy is contained in the wavelength of light and the expanding universe is stretching the wavelength, so straightening it, and in straightening it is causing energy to cease to exist. The expanding universe is converting energy into nothing. This confirms my statements in the past that NOTHING is of a higher and different state of energy.  

This, I claim, is a second means for Black holes to cause energy and matter to cease to exist by it converting matter into energy, through a lower speed of light and lower entropy within the Black holes, and by exceeding its limits appears as a Quasar releasing huge amounts of energy back into the expanding universe for its' subsequent straightening, of its' wavelength, to achieve a reduction of energy and matter within the universe. Matter doesn't have a wavelength to straighten.

This shows the concept of the universe being comprised of 90% "Dark Matter" as more Sorcerers Apprentices' nonsense.  

Quasars its' thought are a result of very large amounts of energy being released when matter is consumed by a Black hole. It's plausible stuff but we are talking about a Black hole capable of consuming all the matter of the entire universe as well as all of the expanding universe of space. Their infantile claim is evidence confirming what I state Black holes are limited in size. If what they say is true then the Black hole is playing with its' food like a baby, it has to be spoon fed and told its' yummy, yummy and also it suffers reflux. This infantile reasoning of theirs is out of character with the supposed character, abilities and potential of a Primeval atom/Primeval Black hole. The evidence suggests the Black hole has exceeded its' limited size and is releasing energy from an environment where Entropy has fallen due to energy ceasing to exist, resulting in a Quasar.

Is the huge amounts of energy being released, from a Quasar, energy squeezed from matter passing through the event horizon of a Black hole or is it separate light energy from deep within a Black hole? According to the Martin Rees Prof. spagettification of matter takes place at the event horizon of the smaller Black hole called a Stellar mass, but spagettification doesn't occur at the event horizon of the bigger Black hole called a Super Massive. I think a Quasar would have to be a smaller Black hole called a Stellar mass so as to force out the energy from the matter with spaghettification at the event horizon, but that's contradictory for the gravity is so much greater it should consume the lot and release nothing. Whereas the super massive, where there is no spagettification at the event horizon, shouldn't squeeze out huge amounts of energy. To me the evidence favours the huge amounts of energy is coming from deep within the Black hole/Quasar and not from the matter itself passing through the event horizon. This means the Super massive Black hole with the weaker event horizon has exceeded its' limited size. Also the light, photons and electrons, from deep within the Black hole/Quasar was subjected to a slower speed of light and lower entropy due to energy ceasing to exist within the Black hole/Quasar, which may account for Paul Davies and his colleagues discrepancies in their light data from a distant Quasar, which he stated was caused by either a lower Entropy or by a slowing speed of light? 

Time and the speed of light are one and the same, alter time is to alter the speed of light. The slowing of time in Black holes proves that the speed of light also is slower in Black holes.

Paul Davies Prof. and his plagiarist colleagues should be asking the question "What does this supposed altered light from the distant Quasar reveal about these queer hairy things called Quasars" and not relate the suspect data to the general universe of space nor attack Einsteins' relativity. It reveals bad science practices and that they Paul Davies and Co. are bad scientists. 

Paul Davies and his plagiarist colleagues data was published 1st publicly and then peer review or rather peer comment was sought from persons denied time and the opportunity to really think and formulate a critical response. Whereas with my data it's circulated, by me. for years giving the World and local science establishment time, and the opportunity to plagiarize and/or steal it, but they respond with silence and my work is not published showing "Peer review" is rubbish.

The general Media have science writers and they don't wait around for, nor seek, the verbal or written approval from science journals and their "Peer Review" bodies, if any, before publishing science data. Is the A.B.C. Catalyst program, Hindustan Times in India, S.M.Herald, Townsville Bulletin, Hobart Mercury, Canberra Times, who all published my plagiarized credibility by Paul Davies prof and his colleagues, and any other general media outlets a "Peer Review" body? No! So they don't require "Peer Review" of my science data to publish, print or broadcast my science data. It only takes initiative, impartiality, intellectual ability and a thing called guts.

Eric Von Danikens' book and film "Chariots of the Gods" and its sequel were not "Peer Reviewed". If it had been it would have been condemned as science bunkum that was written and produced solely to make money. He's given access to the general media and I am politically and scientifically discriminated against even though I strive to prove everything, every inch of the way.  

I've heard it said many, many years ago our Education system isn't based upon reasoning but rather is about cramming, regurgitation and parroting. This form of learning appeals to the rich, the well off and mediocrity. I think its' dependent on memory making it easier to get qualifications. This is confirmed by the education system not responding and their ignoring of my scientific data and my achievements. To learn by reasoning is to be dependent upon the premises from which one is reasoning, therefore the academia of universities, the Education systems should have responded immediately. They all have treated my proven data with disdain which is to discard learning by reasoning which puts all Australian universities in equal last place with all other universities internationally.   

14 years ago, in 1988, I proved matter is inanimate intelligence by it being subject to "nothing" in 4 dimensions containing the laws of this universe; which is perceived and experienced as space. Proof.... let the worlds' best computers and mathematicians calculate and put dots where a tennis ball will hit a ceiling, walls and other objects after it has been fired from a tube at 200 k.p.h. also place a dot where the tennis ball will come to rest. If the calculations don't agree with the tennis ball then they are wrong and will have been outdone by the infinitely low and infinitely high intelligence of a tennis ball...... After 14 years the concept and application of inanimate intelligence in Universities and the education system is obstructed, ignored and remains unpublished.  

Inanimate intelligence doesn't begin and end with the tennis ball. The exercise creates humility, bewilderment, frustration, awe, competition and the concept of thought and thinking, not to mention statistics as well as ingenuity. What about accuracy? Who pays and Who's ball is it problem? The tennis ball exercise generates moral and ethical concepts such as cheating, lying, deception, falsification. It needs to be said that God is silent and is not involved nor advising in the moral or ethics of the tennis ball exercise nor is there a prophet or messenger required to communicate or speak for God. Some people would think the tennis ball was talking to them and there are those who would conclude since what is being said is intelligent and involves morality and the tennis ball being obviously infinitely stupid and amoral then it must be God talking to them. The tennis ball has a lot to say and they who listen can hear it in their minds and the tennis ball can be used to communicate ideas and concepts, even the morality of right and wrong and how people should and shouldn't behave with the use of parables as was used by Jesus and prophets.

They were able to formulate rules, regulations also commandments about the do's and don'ts of life from the inanimate intelligence about them. It really opened up the opportunity to start up religions based upon what tennis balls, refrigerators and other inanimate intelligence has told them. Jesus, Mohammed and all other religious and spiritual leaders, as well as their followers, failed to perceive and understand that matter is infinitely intelligent and what ever it says, it was it that said it and it wasn't God speaking to them.     

There are people, and I know of one of many, who say and believe their fridge talks to them. They can, I speculate, hear it say it’s white and that it has milk and lots of other goodies inside as well as mould and it’s telling them it wants to be cleaned. They sometimes do what it tells them to do. But some say "NO" fridges are grossly stupid and fridges can’t talk so conclude it has to be God speaking to them and telling them all these wondrous things and God must want to tell them and everyone else what to do and how to live their lives. Since God, via the fridge, tells them this and that then it becomes clear to them God also wants them to impart this wondrous information to the people of the world, even if they don’t want to hear it. Some conclude that since the fridge wet itself, rather than having partly defrosted due to bad air seals, they reason by meanings and conclude; since the fridge has wet itself then God is speaking and saying it wants them to work for God and for them to care for nappy wearing orphaned and/or abandoned babies and children in homes. This can account for many people working in the wrong job and wrong line of work. For example priests in the Catholic, Protestant and other religious orders.

All concepts and words are derived from the infinite intelligence of the inanimate intelligence of the phenomena to which we all are subject, whether there is a God or if there is no God. This excuses God, if there is a God, from any involvement in any peoples lives; the will of God is: you are on your own and subject to the infinite intelligence of the phenomena and not to God.   

To access the infinite intelligence of the inanimate intelligence, and become more intelligent and sane, requires the real application of the single statement "facts in their true perspective" that is also the foundations of the Superior science predicted to come by Einstein and proven to be a law of this universe, by me, in Jan 1997.          

About 20years ago it was common practice by the Media to refer to Academia and intelligencia  as experts, authorities and world authorities to intimidate the public cattle into submission intellectually for the ignorant, know nothing common citizens weren't Doctors. The very same arrogant and obnoxious attitude and situation still remains today. Only the terminology is avoided but they are still "know it alls" hiding behind Aristocrat labels, such as Prof. and we the public are still "know nothing cattle" being reduced to sheep and mentally controlled. This is seen by me and my work not being published, printed or broadcast and ignored by the political/education system and plagiarized and stolen by the science establishment via their silence. But yet the ignorant, moronic, loud mouthed empty vessels of Federal and State parliaments inflict their low intelligence and their degenerate, corrupt reasoning upon us public as though they are exceedingly intelligent experts, authorities and world authorities? These loud mouthed empty vessels continue to act and talk as super intelligent know it alls even after they have left parliament and their numerous advisors and Departmental staff behind them, and there are lots of them.

Power of attorney is exercised over us citizens by the "Is' HAVE IT" of these loud mouthed empty vessels as though we are dribbling fools unable to make decisions and control our lives and future of this our world. We the public worldwide have the right and must cancel this power of attorney over us and exercise the power ourselves by all parliaments and legislation being subject to the single statement: "Facts in their true perspective". 

Have you noticed there is no debate, or what debate there is is farcical, staged and controlled under the Power of Attorney of the One Party Political System comprised of 2 or more political parties and independents that are clones, that's taken hold of Australia and is spreading, like a foul disease, around the world from America. It's the power of the New World Order and its' political system, and the bought and paid for of the Media loves it.

Have you noticed how weaker and more powerless we citizens are becoming with the privatization of our public assets. Privatization and the sell off of Telstra is making us citizens weaker and weaker and more powerless, insignificant and vulnerable.         

Paul Davies years ago was given the opportunity, by me, to correctly "Divide and multiply by zero" but he has failed to comprehend it and accept it. Consequently he and all mathematicians that fail to comprehend and adopt my set of "Dividing and multiplying by zero" are bums.

Their incorrect set of Dividing and multiplying by zero sat before their eyes for more than 1,000 years. It was established by Hindu mathematicians of India in the 9th and 10th century. Again proving and demonstrating my intellectual and scientific superiority. Also Mathematicians, physicists and their Science and education establishments have had 9 1/2 years to understand, to accept and adopt my 1993 proven correct set of Dividing and multiplying by zero ; again the Australian Universities rate in last place along with all other universities worldwide. Again I'm denied Media access to the public..... When are all the gutless and pathetically weak minded mathematicians and physicists worldwide going to concede; for it is only a matter of time. 

When are students going to stand up and publicly condemn these cowardly University lecturers? The longer it takes University students to stand up reveals a low intellect among those attending Universities and that they only want the end of studies piece of paper to hide behind for the rest of their lives. They don't have to stand alone as I do, they can form a large group and plead with the lecturers to be fair and understanding. They can support each other and petition their Universities' Vice Chancellor. They could collectively write a letter to their loud mouthed empty vessel representatives in Federal and State parliaments. They don't have to do as I do and stand alone. 

Students who commit plagiarism are failed; because it is treated as a very serious academic offence. But the gross plagiarism by Paul Davies Prof. and his plagiarist academic colleagues at the Macquarie and N.S.W. Universities is being ignored. It shows there's one plagiarist law for students and another plagiarist law for the corrupt academia. The Vice Chancellors association of Australia have, over the last 10 years, been frequently informed of my achievements and scientific data; as too was the Royal Australian Academy of Science. They would all know it's my intellectual material that's being plagiarized with the intent, I suspect to steal copyrights, but they are ignoring it. This therefore brings all Australian Universities into disrepute, disgrace and is puting them into the gutter so destroying any possibility for decades of any Australian University from being rated in the list of the top 100 Universities internationally.

The Australian citizens have become so apathetic that they can be urinated on and they'll lap it up; they can be shit on from a great height and they'll wear it and this fulfils the political aspirations and will of the Power of Attorney of the One Political Party system comprised of 2 or more political parties and independents that are clones.     

I strongly believe that this criminal plagiarism extends to the Australian Defense Force Academy which is part of the N.S.W. University and involves the Defense Dept.. Death threats over the phone were made against me and a person at my home a number of years ago. I left my phone of the hook and my next door neighbour received 6 harassing phone calls; 4 of the calls were traced to the Defense Dept. in Canberra. She told me only 4 close persons knew her silent number. I believe it was an ongoing attempt to steal my scientific technological achievements and stop my disseminating of my data under non exclusive copyright. They wanted exclusivity then; they want exclusivity now, they want exclusivity in the future which violates my copyrighted data which is non-exclusive; they are violating all countries worldwide and the poor. I'm not about contributing to the American dream nor to the exclusive American space project. My space project in Australia is to involve all countries, it's non-exclusive, which means accessible to all countries. 

Why steal my intellectual material? Why steal the intellectual technological data of altering and controlling of the speed of light? I've given 90% to be owned and controlled by the world public independent of Governments? They who want to steal it must be the rich and of the private sector.

My fusion fusion engine is also about desalinating sea water and pumping it inland at a cost far, far more cheaper than the conventional means that would be used; but the political, science, and Media establishments have obstructed my fusion engine for 10 years and still do. Now they talk of reversing rivers and pumping the river water inland. Allen Jones 2GB radio knows of my work and my Website but he, his mates and their "Farmhand" organization ignores it all to our detriment. 

I have lots more documents to sift through that act as a diary of what was sent out and to whom; and this document is one of them.

The Media are again denying me publication and the broadcasting, so denying me the credit and recognition, of my total and permanent destruction of the Primeval Black hole and its' Big Bang theory, and my proving in 1998 the speed of light is alterable, controllable (copyrighted), my proofs were stated in the Supreme court in Canberra on 29th August 2002. They are violating the publics' right to know.

I have stated many times over 10 to 15 years, and again now, that the offspring from the frozen embryo, sperm or ova are pre reptilian creatures. It is obvious that the temperature is being affected by the freezing so the foetus's will become more and more susceptible to heat stress which causes shrinkage of the brain. The frozen I.V.F. will cause the destruction of the human species. Nature is fighting back but it can't stop humans turning themselves into reptilian things. Again the Media keeps the public ignorant by their criminal concept of the FREE PRESS. 

The Australian Parliament knows, I informed them. All the Political parties should be heavily sued for knowingly and criminally keeping the public ignorant, as are the criminal FREE PRESS.   

The phenomena itself is the final officialdom and not a group of persons and/or academia and/or experts and/or world authorities calling themselves a PEER REVIEW to establish the credibility of my work. If the Peer Review doesn't agree with the phenomena then they are wrong.
