That it is and a concept that is beyond the intellect of Doddering, Daiquiri, Diplomats and disgruntled old men also beyond the minds, intellect, ideals and character of all those of Federal and State Parliaments. All those of Federal and State Parliaments, being in parliament, should appreciate the importance of Truth in Government but they know, or maybe only smell it, obstructs their exercising of power to be corrupt and their exercising of absolute power so as to be absolutely corrupt. Most Citizens do not comprehend nor perceive the length, breadth and depth of the importance of Truth in Government; but those of Federal and State Parliaments definitely don’t. If they did then the Gang of 43 and I wouldn’t require to question, expose and oppose the dishonesty, corruption and Criminal Insanity of Federal and State Parliaments and personnel of Government depts. and Judiciary that implements it. It is all far, far more involved than asking politicians to be truthful. It cannot be achieved by politicians and political parties saying they stand for Truth in Government as Mark Latham, Labour Party Leader, has claimed on the eve of the 2004 elections. The Democrats and their “Keep the Bastards Honest” is a total failure. Truth in Government, I will explain and prove is only achievable by the Political, Judicial and Legal systems being subject to and apply, in each and every way, the single statement the “Facts in their true perspective, relative to the phenomena” which is a Law of this Universe, proven by me in Jan 1997. It is also the foundations of the Superior Science glimpsed by Einstein and a number of other scientists but predicted to come by Einstein; it’s here and has been for over a decade and materialized by me. The Political Establishment and their right arm, the MEDIA, won't tell you. The application of the “Facts in their True Perspective, relative to the phenomena” increases human intelligence, improves reasoning powers, perception, comprehension and understanding and more. Truth in Government eliminates the Corruption and Criminal Insanity of Fed. and State Parliaments. Doing the opposite plainly proves the degradation of the minds of those who pervert, contradict, misinterpret, distort and deny what words and facts mean and have words and facts mean whatever they want them to mean either for themselves, for the State and/or for the Political Establishment. Who the hell is Theodore Rout and what gives him the credibility to speak authoritatively about Truth in Government? They justify and normalize their Criminal Insanity by delusionally thinking, saying and presenting it as the Law. But it isn’t. The Laws of this Universe are to be implemented automatically by the subjecting of all Legislation and Constitutions Worldwide to the single Law of this Universe the “Facts in their true Perspective, relative to the phenomena”. The Political Establishments worldwide do not require to be asked for their acceptance and approval, they require only to be informed, they are to accept and acknowledge this fact. The Universe is not the World’s enemy and to oppose the Universe and being subject to its’ laws is to be absolutely Insane. Any and all of their protestations can be subjected to the law of the “Facts in their true Perspective, relative to the phenomena”. This is the only Political Legal System that is truly rule by the People which empowers lone citizens to exercise REAL POWER, as it should and must be. If Governments were ever for RULE BY THE PEOPLE then they all NOW have the opportunity to stand up and be counted. Everything is subject to its’ foundations and the Foundations of Everything are the Laws of this Universe. To respect and fulfill that Inalienable Universal Truth is by subjecting all Political, Judicial and Legal Systems to the “Facts in their true perspective, relative to the Phenomena”. Forty Three former Service Chiefs and Australian Diplomats made a Public Statement of Advice that was Frank and Without Fear or Favour that priority be given to Truth in Government which is fundamental to effective parliamentary democracy. They accused the Liberal National Parties of having committed Australia to the Iraq war on the basis of lies. The response to their Frank Advise, given publicly, without Fear or Favour was to be publicly insulted by being called “Doddering, Daiquiri Diplomats…and stating the world has changed and they should keep their opinions to themselves” by Parliamentary Loud Mouthed Ignoramous’s and hypocrites, namely, Deane Kelly Nat. grasp Truth in Government and the Media. Truth in Government is far, far more than just Truth from Politicians and Parliaments due to the simple fact that Truth relates to everything. It incorporates Truth in Reasoning, Conclusions and Decisions by all Government Departments and their Government servants, Judiciary, Magistrates and the Legal System, Lawyers, Police and the Media as well as the Intelligence Organisations. Also, Truth in Government DEMANDS the Media publish, print and broadcast “News and Information that is in the Australian and World Publics’ Interest” but they don’t. The FREE PRESS freely censors out and Dumps News and Information that is in Australias’ and the Worlds Interest. The FREE PRESS so as to control, stupefy and idiocy’s the minds of the Public Cattle they knowingly and disgustingly keep the Public Cattle ignorant by denying them what they have the Right and Necessity to know from which to reason. The Public can’t do anything because they don’t know, because they can’t find out, because the FREE PRESS won’t tell them. Those of Federal and State Parliaments accept that public ignorance inflicted by the RIGHT ARM of the Political Establishment, the MEDIA, and its’ CENSORING OUT and DUMPING of News and Information that’s’ in the Australian and Worlds’ interest. The Free Press inform the Public of the Truth once or twice so as to at least say that they had informed the public but they then go about constantly lying and lying, contradicting and burying what had previously been broadcast as though it had not been broadcast, that it was rubbish and/or irrelevant. The Media informed the public in documentaries that the oil reserves of Iraq prior to Saddam Hussein had been nationalized that had been 25% U.S., 45% U.K. and 25% French owned. Between them all their Interests owned 95% leaving Iraq owning only 5%. The Media then buried these Truths and colluded in Dishonesty in Government and in the Media by incessantly broadcasting circular lies and deception of Weapons of Mass Destruction, WMDs and more WMDs on and on to nowhere. The invasion of Iraq could only have happened with credibility through the United Nations being in Total Control of the U.S., U.K. and the Countries of the Willing’s armies and the decisions pertaining to Iraq. It is mandatory to admit and accept what has been proven. They who refuse or fail to do so are automatically proven liars and/or mentally defective moronic liars. Either way they are unfit to remain in their positions. It is mandatory that the U.S. and U.K. admit and accept that on invading Iraq for whatever purported reasons, just or unjust, it remains they went into Iraq to steal back the 2nd largest oil reserves in the World. To remove a Dictator, a Despot or to remove Weapons of Mass Destruction from Saddam and availability to Terrorists doesn’t remove the fundamental base Guilt of the U.S. and U.K. having gone into Iraq to steal back the 2nd largest Oil reserves in the World. The Media, SBS News, has informed the public once that Icecaps in Greenland is melting at a rate 10 times faster than predicted. The Greenland Ice Sheet is one of the largest in the World and is a key measure of Climate Warming and a sure sign that as it melts; massive amounts of Ice elsewhere will also melt, and sea levels will rise dramatically with the Global Ocean levels rising by 7 metres, rise by 21 feet which is 7 times higher than the expected, I think was 3 feet, rise as a result of Global warming. The Media can say the public was informed so the Media now may well work its’ bought and paid for mouths and arses off to maintain public ignorance. I’ve experienced 1st hand the gross News and Information censorship of the Media. The prices of seaside and harbour front land, houses, flats located in Sydney, around Australia and the world should have dropped and continue to fall and fall. A 21 feet rise will submerge one hell of a lot of choice land, buildings and houses so it is absurd that there is a Real Estate market boom in Australia. This reveals the extreme importance of my Fusion Technology, if successful and my evidence says it will be, will stop Climate Change and save the multi $million mansions of the Rich, but the FREE PRESS refuses to Publish, Print or Broadcast it, so aiding and abetting the Rich and Powerful and Political Establishments and their RIGHT ARM, the Media, to steal my Fusion Technology. Public Debates are frequently called upon but only arguments result because a Debate is only a Debate when it is subject to the single statement the “Facts in their true Perspective, relative to the Phenomena”, which is the foundations of the Superior Science, predicted to come by Einstein but materialized by me, and also proven to be a Law of this Universe, by me, in Jan 1997. Public Debates or rather ARGUMENTS that are orchestrated and usually seen to only involve a few selected people by the Media and not the public cattle so as to maintain public cattle silence, apathy and ignorance. As well there has never been a Debate in Federal or State Parliaments, by their Loud Mouthed Ignoramus’s, who have failed and refuse to acknowledge and accept, let alone understand or comprehend, their World and the World at large has changed because of my scientific achievements, that are yet to be publicized and made public. By subjecting rulings, decisions and statements by Judiciary, by Government Depts., by their servants, by Politicians, by Journalists and the Media to the ”Facts in their true Perspective, relative to the phenomena” reveals whether the statements etc. are irrational, contradictory, lying, an insult to ones intelligence or is denying the undeniable which proves that a person, a Judge, Police Officer, Govt Department-servant, Politician, Political Party is CORRUPT or Criminally insane. It only takes ONE letter, ONE statement, ONE ruling, ONE decision, ONE conclusion to prove their CORRUPTION or Criminal Insanity. This then renders those rulings, decisions or statements to having no credibility, not legal, not legitimate therefore not legally enforceable. Two rulings by the High Court of Australia; Chief Justice Brennan 1996: “The High Court of Australia doesn’t have jurisdiction to apply the Laws of Mathematics or Physics”; he then insanely exercised jurisdiction by giving me “5 MINUTES TO RESPOND”… and Chief Justice Gleesons’ 2002 criminally insane statement: “My Petition to the High Court is dismissed as being “UNINTELLIGLE” and on Appeal 2003 before Justice’s Haydon and Kirby, they also proved themselves as Corrupt and Criminally insane, by upholding the dismissing of My Petition as “UNINTELLIGIBLE”. Both Rulings are DENYING THE UNDENIABLE proving 7 Judges and the High Court of Australia are Corrupt and Criminally Insane. They are honour and sanity bound to admit and accept what is proven and they all in refusing and failing to do so means they all have committed Perjury and made false statements which proves they all and the High Court have abandoned reasoning and committed criminally insane acts. Parliament in refusing, failing and ignoring what has been proven condemns Parliament and its’ inhabitants as Corrupt and Criminally Insane as well. I and all citizens have the inalienable right to seek and fight to obtain justice and this can be done by proving, as I have, the Rulings are criminally insane rendering them without credibility or legality. Truth in Government also demands all Intelligence Organisations know and be confident that their assessments, advice and recommendations can be given accurately and “Frankly, Without Fear or Favour”. That will only occur with the Political, Judicial, Legal Systems and Media Establishments being subject to the ”Facts in their true perspective, relative to the phenomena” which is a Just and Amoral statement. Truth in Government also demands that Secret Intelligence Organisations, including A.S.I.O., must never commit Terrorist acts against Foreign Leaders and/or citizens nor commit acts of Terrorism against Australian citizens. But A.S.I.O. and the Australian Federal Police are Terrorist Organisations which makes the Australian Government a sponsor and supporter of Terrorism and Terrorist Organisations. Following is evidence extracted from my Statement of Claims in a Major Lawsuit that is of Infinite proportions: In the past I attempted to fix Tvs and things to make a few dollars. A.S.I.O. would have known this so knew I checkout the hoppers occasionally where I live as I pass by. So one day when I was walking towards and to pass by Block B and its’ hopper, 3 to 4 years ago, I saw a chap dropping a couple of boxes beside the Hopper. He saw me coming, he looked at me and I looked at him and he then got back into his car and drove away. A.S.I.O. required to stimulate me to remind me to check out the Hopper so they had to have me see them, A.S.I.O., dropping off a couple of boxes. So I did what they expected of me and snooped into the 2 boxes and there Low and Behold was a watch box and upon opening it there was an Australian Secret Intelligence Organisation, A.S.I.O., award medallion inside made of metal with no name or number on it. It had Australian Yellow Wattle on its face. I closed the box and put it into my pocket. A.S.I.O. watching would have seen me put it into my pocket and knew I’d take it home. This happened several years ago. This was part of and a fore runner of a Bio-Terrorist attack upon me and upon innumerable children, their parents, extended family, friends, also family pets and associating cats and dogs, their owners and their children and Day care centers and on and on by the Terrorist organization A.S.I.O. that is sponsored and supported by John Howard, Costello, Federal and State Parliaments and the Australian Political Establishment. Following the 2nd attempted Political Murdering of me by the TERRORIST ORGANISATIONS of A.S.I.O. and the Australian Federal Police, on the 23rd Feb 2004 for the John Howard, Peter Costello and all of the Federal Parliament and Political Establishment. I noticed when looking for documents and things in my draws and shelves my sense of the ABSENCE of the A.S.I.O. medallion came upon me. finally conclude it has gone, it has been taken, but stolen by A.S.I.O. for there are no other suspects; NONE! Finally I have to conclude A.S.I.O. has entered my flat, and to find and steal back the A.S.I.O. medallion. To locate it easily and quickly, they would need to have made it radioactive, and used a Geiger counter; how radioactive I don’t know. But A.S.I.O. before leaving, I conclude A.S.I.O. acting for John Howard, Costello and all the politicians of the Federal Parliament and the Political Establishment, have tipped a quantity of vicious scalp parasites upon my pillow, that grow and develop under the skin of the scalp and emerge fully formed. There was at least 2 species and are presently being identified. The Federal Parliament and Political Establishment and their Terrorist Organisations of A.S.I.O. and Australian Federal Police want me to know they are responsible and the missing A.S.I.O. medallion announces it. They also want the public to be horrified and terrified by and of A.S.I.O. and the Australian Federal Polices’ TERRORISM. Ray Whitrod, Ex-Police Commissioner of Queensland, was an exceptional honest Cop, who uncovered and combated the corrupt Queensland Police and Political establishment but finally resigned publicly in Protest. He, Ray Whitrod, prior to becoming Commissioner of Queensland Police set up both A.S.I.O. and the Australian Federal Police. Sadly, Ray Whitrod would be greatly saddened and disillusioned with the proof that they are both Corrupt and have become Terrorist Organisations of the State through the Corruption and Criminal insanity of Federal and State Governments and Political Establishments. Ray Whitrod, Police Commissioner QLD. feared police so slept with his gun under his pillow. The attempted Political murdering of me for the Political Establishment used the same murder plan as was used to murder Colin Winchester, Assistant Police Commissioner in Jan 1989. The use of the same murder plan by A.S.I.O. and Aust. Federal Police implicates John Howard, Peter Costello and all of Federal Parliament in the murder of Colin Winchester, ACT, Assistant Police Commissioner. Did John Howard stated publicly that A.S.I.O. and the Australian Federal Police were working well together; because he, like U.S. Presidents, ordered the Australian Terrorist Organisations A.S.I.O and Aust. Federal Polices' in their attempted murder of me and the infecting of me, with 2, possibly disease infected, scalp parasites. John Howard and the Liberal National Party can't be TRUSTED in Government. Why was Colin Winchester murdered? I consider Colin Winchester was murdered to prevent a Royal Commission into Corruption within the Federal Political establishment, A,S,I,O, and Australian Federal Police establishments. Their use of the Winchester Murder Plan against me on the 23rd Feb 04 eliminates it as a Lone Cop killing of Winchester. The stopping of Winchester giving evidence in an inquiry was the likely motive. But they badly needed a PATSY and a David Eastman was available. The murder of Winchester, I consider, was a conspiracy involving Federal Parliament, A.S.I.O. and the Australian Federal Police. I conclude the Murder Plan was beyond the mind of David Eastman. I attended the hearing of an Appeal by David Eastman at the ACT Federal Court. Winchesters’ wife attended and during the break I approached her in the outside foyer and I said to her: ”I have never spoken to anyone who thinks David Eastman is guilty”; she was curt, abrupt and rude; she turned and moved away. I thought to myself, at the time, it was strange for she should want the person(s) who murdered her husband jailed and not just somebody; not just anyone will do! She was a suspect, as would be any wife, and she may only wanted to be free of it all. But I was told by a person, supposedly enlightened on the topic, that she stayed home to watch an old movie on T.V. on the night of the murder. This, importantly, left the passenger seat vacant enabling a Police Officer to approach in the blind spot, slip the cut down Ruger Rifle 22 10 between the car and car door with the left hand, as the door was opened by Winchester, firing 2 bullets into his head just as Federal Parliament and the Political establishments had instructed A.S.I.O. and Aust. Federal Police Terrorist Organisations to do to me. |

Did David Eastman know Winchester’s wife had decided to stay home leaving the front passenger seat vacant? ALSO did David Eastman know the importance of the vacant front passenger seat? Both answers have to be NO! Could the corrupt Political Establishment, A.S.I.O. and Aust. Federal Police know or find out? Yes; with them all seeking the opportunity of How, Where and When! Federal Parliament, Political Establishment, A.S.I.O. and the Australian Federal Police are linked to the murder of Colin Winchester, Assistant Police Commissioner through them having used the same Murder Plan in the attempt to kill me on the 23rd of Feb 2004...... A.C.T self Government came several years later. ACT Police Internal Affairs and the Ombudsmans Office are proven to be corrupt through having done nothing about it and their cover up of the evidence supplied that the Murder Plan used to kill Colin Winchester, Assistant Police Commissioner, was beyond the mind of David Eastman but was derived from the minds of police through years of hands on experience. Since David Eastman was in prison at the Governors’ General pleasure I supplied to Government House the document on my Website, also supplied to Police Internal Affairs, on the attempted murder of me on the 23rd Feb 2004. When I enquired as to what Governor General Michael Jeffrey was going to do re David Eastman. I was put through to a Diane Callaghan, who I was later told was an adviser and administrator, who I must accept threatened me on behalf of Governor General Michael Jeffrey with her insulting and threatening retort “Have you taken your medication today?” She said that the G.G. takes advice from the Attorney General but since Eastman is in prison at the G.Gs Pleasure then evidence requires to be supplied to the Governor General who in turn hands that evidence onto the Attorney General and have the Attorney General and the Dept. report back to him. So Diane Callaghan requires to be publicly removed from her position. The Governor General's staff and advisors are not to speak to and treat me and the public in such a manner, in doing so then it's said and done by the Governor General Major General Michael Jeffrey himself. It also proves the Governor General is corrupt and needs to be removed from the position of Governor General for he has acted through non-action to protect the Killer(s) of Colin Winchester Assistant Police Commissioner ACT and maintain, Public ignorance and the imprisonment of an innocent man, David Eastman, at the Governors’ Pleasure. This brings a conspiratorial attitude upon the Office of Governor General and Queen Elizabeth 2nd whom he represents. The previous Governor General Peter Hollingworth was forced to resign because he had protected Clergy of the Church of England, guilty of Pedophile acts against children, from answering for their crimes. This Governor General is also protecting, maintaining and institutionalizing criminals, criminality and Terrorism in the Political Establishment, Secret Intelligence Organisation A.S.I.O. and the Australian Federal Police. He too must go. Truth in Government is applicable to the Governor General and the Constitution. I spoke to the A,B,Cs Andrew Ollie a year or so before he died. I stated to him and others in the Media that they require to put questions to proven corrupt Government servants: ”Who in Government did they commit crimes for? Who Protected them? Ray Whitrod, Retired Qld. Commissioner of Police states there are numerous forms of Corruption that has never been investigated or exposed. Well I’m doing just that under Truth in Government and with my Major Lawsuit of Infinite proportions against the Commonwealth. Isolating and silencing me was and is the criminal intent of A.S.I.O. and the Political Establishment, who are guilty of tampering with my mail and telephone as well as having made death threats and inferred harming of my then young daughter. They are also guilty of Internet Crimes and E-Mail offences against me which increases the amount of harassing, threatening and abuses committed using the Internet. Their intent was and is to alienate, silence and isolate me and their Bio-Terrorist attack is to further their intended isolating and alienating of me from my daughter and my 2 young grandsons. John Howard, Federal Parliament and the Political Establishment, A.S.I.O. and Australian Federal Police endangered, with their Bio-Terrorism, infecting my daughter, but particularly risked infecting my 18 month old grandson through close contact for I nurse and play with him a lot. Upon him becoming infected then the risk of others becoming infected increased. They want unfortunate casualties in whom to create and promote fear and horror in the minds of parents through their children and pet Cats and Dogs infested with these scalp parasites. Pet dogs and cats infected with these scalp parasites, I think require to be put down. Ridding oneself of these vicious scalp parasites is very difficult and costly. I was infected for 3 months before I dug 1 of these parasites from my scalp following pathology scrapings that failed to detect these scalp parasites. The percentage of liabilities of the Major Political Parties can be reduced by Public Assets being frozen and used to pay the Lawsuit. For example Telstra, worth $30 Billion, can be handed over to be owned and controlled by the Public independent of the State, so maintaining it in public ownership. That would reduce the lawsuit from $250 to $220 Billion Dollars. This will mean real savings to the Major Political Parties share of the Lawsuit!

Mathematicians and Physicists require to be asked and to state publicly, when they "Multiply and Divide by Zero", then which "Zero are they multiplying by" and which "Zero are they Dividing by". They are using, at least, 2 different zeros.
"NOTHING", I proved in 1993 approx., exists in 4 forms.
There is Space which is "NOTHING" with dimensions of length, breadth, depth and DENSITY to which, I have proven, the speed of light is relative and is the 4th Dimension to which "Einsteins' Spacetime" must be changed to.
Also there is the "NOTHING" in 2 dimensions, that has length and breadth but also with zero density, at the end of the Universe.
Also there is "Zero with 0 dimensions" represented as 1/0 which represents the smallest amount of Space which is the central point of existence within an Eternalness of non-existence and from which Space is created, supernaturally and omnipresently, and eternally expands outwards Universally to the end; NOTHING in 2 dimensions with 0 density. This makes 3 forms of "NOTHING".
Finally there is the 4th "NOTHING", defined by the dictionary as having no dimensions which I also declare is a State of Non-Existence. "NOTHING" having no dimensions and being non existent is defined as 0/1, the integral, with 1/0, the invert, representing Zero with 0 dimensions being the central point of existence of that eternalness of non-existence. When Mathematicians multiplied by 0 then which ZERO are they multiplying by?
I conclude they are multiplying by 0/1, the Integral, but "NOTHING", 0/1, has no dimensions and doesn't exist and multiplication by something that doesn't exist is not possible unless it is the same as not having multiplied by Zero at all. This is what I define as a non-action which is the same as not having multiplied by Zero at all.
To divide by Zero requires to divide by 0/1, the Integral, and not by1/0, the invert, which Mathematicians are doing. This can be seen by mathematicians: 1 divided by 0 = infinite times; which means they divided by 1/0 and treating 1/0 as 1/infinity, an infinitesimal amount, enabling the answer of Infinite times.
In their treating 0/1 as 1/0 and then as 1/infinity means mathematicians have given NOTHING dimensions which is wrong because Zero is to have no dimensions.
I am compelled to accept both 0/1, integral, and its 1/0, invert, having no dimensions and both representing the state of non-existence even though I have 1/0 being Zero with 0 dimensions and being the central point of existence within an eternalness of non-existence. This then allows the existence of and the use of 1/0 mathematically.
So whether Multiplying or Dividing by 0/1 or by 1/0, by a big bit of NOTHING or by a little bit of NOTHING the answer should be the same because NOTHING having no dimensions and Zero with 0 dimensions = NOTHING and not having dimensions then is devoid of size making 0/1 = 1/0.
My Multiplication and Division by Zero is proven correct with the agreement of the phenomena; the final officialdom.
