This is a "White Feather Letter" to you: The "WHITE FEATHER" list of recipients. 

This is a public document that is part of my input into the "Higher Education at the Crossroads".

Students are required to give wrong answers to examination questions otherwise they will be failed by examiners who will mark their correct answers as being wrong. Academia, the Education, Scientific and Political systems are knowingly maintaining, what has been proven to be intellectual rubbish, in the education curriculum. They all and the Media are knowingly covering it up. They all in doing this for political reasons proves my politics and my science as far superior to theirs. They all will lose. 

Students are also required to learn and parrot what, they can know, has been proven by me to be rubbish. Academia and teachers will teach what they should understand was proven false by me. But of course they'll teach garbage because they haven't got the courage or sense to refuse. Why are Vice Chancellors of Universities and Unions ,that covers teachers and the Education system,  conspiring in continuing to teach what I have proven to be garbage and maintain, by their silence, the Political, Scientific and Media Ban on me, and not progress and teach what I have proven to be true? Their Unions have to be conspiring with their Labor Party that wants to be clones of the Liberal Party and together with the clone independents make up the 1 party political system.   

The "Is' HAVE IT" has been the only Political system to exist; whether it be the "Is' HAVE IT" of the King, Tsar and/or Lords and Dukes, Dictators Red or Black, Presidents and/or Parliaments or the Hierarchy of Religions and/or Pope or Emirs; and it doesn't work. Now the 2nd Political system is here and its' foundation is "The facts in their true perspective" relative to the phenomena. It is the statement that makes or breaks the laws of this Universe so making it, itself, a Law of this Universe. Universitys' political science courses and their coward Vice Chancellors, Deans and  Academia don't want to teach it.

The "Is' HAVE IT" political system has always been, and always will be, rule by the few, of the few and for the few. It always stacks the deck and marks the cards against the ordinary citizens.   

I proved in 1993 Einstein's Special Relativity is law and in 2002 I derived from the proof (it's on my website) the theorem that "time and the speed of light equal one an other;  such to alter one is to alter the other", which had allowed Einstein to make the speed of light a constant but unbeknown to him, the science establishment and all my intellectual and scientific inferiors worldwide, that the speed of light was able to be altered by altering time. This reaffirms my (copyrighted) proof of 1998 that the speed of light is alterable and controllable which in turn confirms my fusion spacecraft rocket engine/reactor by modifications designed to fuse 4 hydrogen atoms, through increasing and controlling the speed of light within the engine chambers, should work. This would eliminate the use of petrol and fossil fuels and solve the worlds' problem of greenhouse gas emissions and its' climate change.  Also it could be applied to desalinate sea water and pump it inland to reduce the effects of drought. Silence by the Vice Chancellors and their scientific, academic colleagues is to knowingly criminally collude with the Political-Scientific-Media black listing of me. 

The Superior Science is a phenomenon and when applied it is a psychological experience. The

facts continue to fall into place after having been initially placed into their true perspective relative to the phenomena. A perfect example is that of my fusion proofs, theories, expectations and predictions that have had the facts pertaining to my fusion spacecraft rocket engine falling into place over the last 11 years. This should be of extreme embarrassment to the Science and Political establishments in Australia and worldwide.

The Political and Science establishments of the G7, now G8, spent 100s of Billions of Public dollars over many decades on the attempted fusing of Deuterium and Tritium and all they have to show is failure. They spent approx. $3 Billion of Public money on 2 Deuterium-Tritium experiments in 1991-2 and failed. It was I and I alone that perceived and developed the means, the how and why to the fusing of 4 hydrogen atoms, which I placed under non-exclusive copyright. Their futile spending of 100s of Billions of public dollars doesn't entitle them to steal and plagiarize my fusion technology and develop it quietly and/or secretly with more public monies with the use of public facilities, such as Universities, and exclude me by maintaining me as a non person. They intend to recognize me posthumously and as posthumously as possible and for me then to remain a non entity, as they have done to Nikolai Tesla and Frank Whittle. The public may well ask; "Tesla?" and "Who the hell was Frank Whittle?" This will not be my fate in spite of the Universities. 

All the intellectual property derived from the Deuterium-Tritium fusion technology experiments, paid for by the public directly and indirectly internationally, was to be criminally pocketed with Kick Backs to the political Establishments. The Universities, their Vice Chancellors, Scientists and Academia were in on this exceedingly criminal act. They criminally and foully intend to substitute their Deuterium-Tritium fusion losses by stealing my copyrighted fusing of 4 hydrogen atom technology.

The High Court Judiciary, in the forth coming hearing in early 2003, should simply rule in my favour and remove Bob McMullen M.P. seat of Frazer A.C.T. by accepting my proven data and give up expecting or waiting for any constructive Peer Reviews of my set of  Dividing and Multiplying by Zero and/or any of my other scientific achievements from the cowardly and corruptly weak minded of Universities and the Education system..  

We the public, paid for and funded through the military, directly and indirectly by way of taxation and grants privately, the computer technology but we the public end up owning and controlling nothing and remain poor; fated to remain poor and powerless under the "Power of Attorney" of the Political, Scientific and University Establishments of the "Is' HAVE IT", by the intellectual property of the public, being criminally pocketed with Kick Backs to the Political Establishments

My fusion spacecraft  rocket engine of 1992, designed to fuse 4 hydrogen atoms, required to alter and control the speed of light; this I proved in 1998. I also proved Einsteins' Special relativity was law in 1993 and from the proof I have proven Time and the speed of light equal each other proving the  speed of light is alterable within Einsteins relativity by altering time (Sept 2002). Hydrogen atoms, I expect(2002), become energy deficient and prone to fuse forming helium as the speed of light is increased.  Also I proved energy can be created from nothing and also cause energy to cease to exist; (proven Jan. and Sept 1994). A variety of  other related facts continue to fall into place. It reveals and proves the science establishments put faith in words instead of the phenomena and what it says. They all held to Einstein's words that the speed of light was a constant and their weak minds lived with this contradiction, rather than perceive that the altering of time was to alter the speed of light. This explains, to a major degree, why they all failed to respond to my proof of 1998 that the speed of light was alterable up or down and that it had to fall relative to the slower time otherwise the speed of light has increased.

The Speed of light being a constant appeared to be contradictory of my proof of 1998 that it was alterable and controllable which also appeared to be in conflict with my1993 proof that  Einsteins' Special Theory of Relativity was Law. My proof of Sept. 2002 that Time and the Speed of light equal each other such, to alter one is to alter the other; eliminates the contradictions. As well, I had to alter the dimensions of space to alter and control the speed of the speed of light (copyrighted), so the altering of the dimensions of space will also alter all the known constants of physics which were also involved in the contradictions. 

Contradictions need to be resolved otherwise the brains' thinking stagnates and doesn't move forward, but in time the Universities and their cowardly Vice Chancellors and all those maintaining these and other contradictions will be discredited and be left behind. Those maintaining what is proven false as true will result in their credibility tumbling and being pushed into the gutter. 

Also; since 1993 the Worlds' Mathematicians, science, education and legal establishments have refused and failed to respond and accept what the phenomena, I had proven, says: 1 Multiplied or Divided by zero = 1 a non action. This has also proven the High Court of Australia is corrupt and dishonourable (see my website). Also it has proven the words of the Australian Constitution are divorced from the phenomenon and proves words of legislation mean whatever the legal, academic and political establishments want them to mean. A number of Judges of the High court of Australia require to be removed from the bench on the grounds of mental incapacitation. But they are immune from being removed even though they require to be removed under section 72 of the Australian Constitution. They still remain on the bench, with the corrupt Federal and State parliaments, legal establishments, University law faculties and their Vice chancellors ignoring it. So they all are refusing and failing to uphold the Law and the Australian constitution. This proves putting faith in legislation of governments or constitutions is an utterly stupid thing to do. 

We lone citizens need the power to force the implementation of the law and that power lays in all law being subject to "the facts in their true perspective" relative to the phenomena. Further facts fall into place exposing a "Bill of Rights" as a highly criminal violation of human rights because we have infinite rights and a Bill of Rights reduces a citizens rights to a mere few or to none and remember those words will mean what the political-legal-Academic  establishments wants them to mean.  They won't mean what a citizen thinks they mean nor what the dictionary or phenomena say they mean. This criminality is indulged in by all Government Depts, by police and also by A.S.I.O., and by the majority of Government servants. But firstly a government servants brain has to be fragmented and put back together so that interpretation of words is always in the States and the Establishments favour; as well favour always the Somebodies over the Nobodies, so leaving the "nobodies to always be pushing shit uphill". This is what they intended for me but I unbelievably have gotten the huge Ball of Shit to the top of the hill and it's now gathering mass as it comes down the other side onto them all. 

Citizens may end up with a couple of worthless rights on paper from a Bill of Rights, which is worse than worthless because the Establishment won't enforce them and/or you haven't got the countless thousands of dollars needed to give to some lecherous lawyer of the Establishment. To gain and fulfill our infinite rights, and citizens to exercise power, requires all legislation, Govt. Depts Courts, and Universities, also the Media, to be subject to "the facts in their true perspective" relative to the phenomena so making them all relative to, and subject to, what the phenomena says.

Contradictions exist in the words commonly stated by the Political Establishment regarding what they stand for, such as power to the people, but they deny me the power of public awareness

publication and recognition. They say they believe in and stand for freedom of speech, but they keep the public ignorant of me and my scientific and political achievements, as well they conspire to steal and plagiarize my works. The proof is clearly seen what these cowardly thieving weak Establishments actually stand for by the Political, Scientific and Media blacklisting of me and my scientific achievements and the impotent legal system rendering me and the citizenry powerless.

The High Court Judges of Australia that require to be removed, and all other judges I assume, went through University Law courses and were awarded Law degrees, and its' revealed they and the Universities and their Law faculties' academics and courses are deficient, defective and warped in their reasoning powers. They think with and interpret words divorced from reality and the phenomena. Judges and courts cannot and are not impartial, unbiased, non prejudiced or rational let alone just because legislation itself is passed upon the "Is' HAVE IT" which is biased, corrupt, prejudiced and approved by criminally defective minded members of parliaments that are corrupt, untrustworthy and of poor intelligence with low life reasoning powers. It follows; criminal mentally defective garbage "IN" means criminal mentally defective garbage "OUT". It is moronic and criminal to make words passed upon the "Is' have it" as law. This proves the Phenomena says the legal and legislative systems require to be replaced by being subjected to "the facts in their true perspective" relative to the phenomena, permanently. 

To ignore and/or oppose what the phenomena says is proven to be an utterly foolish activity!  

My fusion technology requires to be financed through the copyright dollars from another of my achievements and that is my set of Dividing and Multiplying by Zero proven by me in 1993. Due to the cowardly academia and mathematicians hiding behind their secretaries skirts and protected by the political and Media establishments it has been politicized and legalized and gone before the High court as of 1996, 1998, 2001-2, and will again in 2003. But the Judiciary of the High court are obstructing and perverting the course of justice by failing to rule in my favour. They in doing this are obstructing the elimination of the contradiction resulting from the 2 sets of Dividing and Multiplying by zero. They wrongly think, without stating it, that it is a Peer Review matter, which it isn't; Peer Review is a criminal myth. My set is proven correct and the establishments is proven wrong. Consequently the High Court and its' Judiciary requires to be and are being shoved, by me and the evidence, into the gutter due to their alignment with a corrupt and incompetent Political, Education and Science Establishment.

The High Court Judiciary only needed proof that I had informed the Government, Universities and the Education system of the proof of my set of Dividing and Multiplying by zero and that they have had more than sufficient time to respond and deal with it. The High Court Judiciary knew this back in 1996,1998, 2001-2 and they continue to reject it as though its' a Peer Review matter. It ceased being a Peer Review matter when the Establishment refused to respond and the Media refused to publish. This made it a legal and criminal matter and explains why it's before the High Court. 

My set of Dividing and Multiplying by Zero also reduces Algebra to being a flawed and defective Maths, that requires to be fixed, whether the weak minded gutless mathematicians and Vice Chancellors like it or not. Dr Brice mathematician at the Maths Faculty ANU was informed around 1994, but still remains silent. The following statement has been made, in differing ways, innumerable times over thousands of years and shows clearly the contradictory flaw in the reasoning of mathematicians, Vice Chancellors and High Court Judges: 

"NOTHING will fix it" this means that nothing can be done, it can't be fixed whatever it is. This means nothing itself does nothing, which amounts to a non-action. My set of Dividing and

Multiplying by zero is framed rightly as a non-action whereas the Mathematicians for 12 hundred years have had theirs wrongly framed as an action. This means their NOTHING will fix the problem which means they have nothing doing something which means their nothing is performing an action and that is false. This reveals the poor defective reasoning powers of the worlds' mathematicians and the Vice Chancellors of Australian and the worlds' Universities. It also reveals the absolute necessity of putting "the facts into their true perspective" now in each and every way as well as 12 hundred years ago. They have had 11 years to respond which proves "Peer Review" doesn't exist and that it isn't credible, but corrupt for it allows for the theft and development and my intellectual data with the exclusion of me. And this is why Dividing and Multiplying by zero  has been politicized and legalized  by me putting it before the High Court in 1996,1998, 2001-2,and will again in 2003.  

Vice Chancellors of all of Australias' Universities are morally and intellectually obligated to remove from the education curriculum what I have proven to be rubbish and include what I have proven to be correct. Their failure to respond is a clear dereliction of duty and also conspiratorial. One of their excuses can be they loathe me and/or that I'm not one of them, but whether they love or hate me is irrelevant and I don't require, nor do I want to be one of these proven gutless lot. A long procession of piss weak Vice Chancellors have remained gutlessly silent over the last 11 years as have the Media and all are silent still today. This indicts them all as being guilty of intellectual, moral and personal cowardice. Consequently they all have earned and deserve this White feather letter I am sending them.

Another of their non confessable excuses is that they have vested interests in many areas of my scientific achievements. Universities are supposed to be institutions of higher learning and impartial in their views. The reality is different. Universities are actively involved in scientific research with strong financial and business interests and connections to Big Businesses and Multi-National corporations and are also linked to other Universities and that makes them mine and other lone and independent scientists their competitors. And I have to get "Peer Reviews" from them!!!

I have now proven Peer Review is a highly criminal concept for to present information and my scientific data to Universities and their wimp Academia is to present it to the enemy who are working in conjunction with their Big Business and Multi National corporations and their friends. The Ultra rich philanthropists are about raising money for Universities and for Universities' research and development and of course they'll want to own and control my intellectual and scientific work in conjunction with the Universities, with financial kick backs to the political establishments.

Australian Universities intertwined with overseas Universities and all their Business friends' financial interests lay in remaining silent and in not giving scientific credibility to any of my scientific achievements. Time is what they all need, time and lots of public ignorance and enormous sums of public money with big tax concessions and protection by their Media friends non publication. They all want their criminal thieving conspiracy to go on and on and for me to remain non-existent to the public.

Genetic engineering and its' development has been going on at the Australian National University for at least 25 yrs. as well as fusion technology using Deuterium and Tritium for more than10 yrs. They have also a Dept. that does research and development experiments on animals. No one, not even the Media nor the Riff Raff of Parliament has told me or the public that Universities are no longer, if ever they were, independent reviewers of scientific work and don't do Peer Reviews of scientific works but that they steal and plagiarize it. 

Since Universities here and overseas are actively involved in genetic engineering and its' commercial development then it makes it a major Universities' financial investment so there can

be no true public debate nor opposition, let alone full public awareness or public disclosure of the horrors and inevitable extinction and destruction of all life on this planet via genetic engineering. Remembering that Academia of Universities are gutless creatures then the public will continue to be deceived into wrongly thinking Universities are institutions of higher learning and for truth in science and its' application for the betterment of humanity and this world and is for open and truthful public debate. 

Why shouldn't the Raelian religious cult freely do Cloning,  for it's just what the Political and Science establishment of the "Is' HAVE IT" freely do and that is to do: What they want to do! Whenever they want to do it! Wherever they want to do it! However they want to do it and DO IT NOW freely; by way of the Power of Attorney of the "Is' HAVE IT".   

Universities that are now more and more owned and controlled by Big Businesses, by Multi-National Corporations, by the hypocrite Ultra Rich Philanthropists and by all their friends in Parliaments, Political Parties and Governments, but financed with public money, renders an independent and impartial Peer Review of my scientific work or inclusion into the education system as impossible. Absurdly the High Court Judiciary are naively expecting Universities and their ever so proven weak minded Academia and the conspiring political parties, calling themselves the Government, to deal with my scientific data rather than they, the Judiciary of the High Court, who are actively indulging in "gross mental incapacitation", which requires their removal or removal under "section 72 of the Australian Constitution". The High Court Judiciary are delaying, are obstructing, are perverting the inevitable outcome by failing to rule in my favour and against the Establishment. They will be given their Eighth chance, YES their 8th Judicial chance in 2003 to rule in my favour and against the Establishment and resolve the matter.

Natasha Stott Despoya and the Democrats in early 2002 refused to respond to the most disgraceful Judicial ruling in Australia's legal history, if not the world. Chief Justice Murray Gleeson in early 2002 dismissed my Petition to the High Court on the grounds that it was unintelligible. Rulings that dismisses cases because the Judge can't understand it or can but says he can't understand it are not legitimate. Justice Gleeson doesn't want to rule in my favour, because he wants to rule in favour of the Establishment and does so by ruling my petition is unintelligible. In reality the Judge is corrupt, biased, prejudiced, unethical and politically opposed possibly due to having a deranged degenerate deformed brain derived from the Libertarian ideology. If not then  Judge Murray Gleeson must be removed on the grounds of mental incapacitation. The High Court has had since 1996, that's 7 years and many Judges later to deal with this matter and they delayed it for a year, until early 2003, this White Feather Letter will be submitted as evidence. It's good Stott Despoya has been removed; politicians can be easily removed and Judges should also be easily removed. It follows there is 1 law for the everyday citizen, another law for those of the Establishment and yet another law for politicians and still another law for the Judiciary. I'll allot Andrew Bartlett the new leader of the Democrats as deserving of my White Feather Letter.      

The science establishment including the Universities and their Vice Chancellors in remaining silent are about eliminating me, their intellectual and scientific superior, from being a competitor in the development, ownership and control of my Fusion technology designed to fuse 4 hydrogen atoms by way of increasing and controlling of the speed of light, "which is under copyright". It was released under non-exclusive copyright to allow all countries to be involved in its development; so this silence that is denying my involvement, denying me my right to compete,  is a blatant violation of my non-exclusive fusion copyright. Their conspiratorial thieving silence is corruptly and intellectually anti-competitive but the corrupt Government and its' Dept. for anti-competitive practices and the Universities and their Vice Chancellors remain criminally silent and they all allow this criminal anti-competitive activity to continue.

On the 9th May 1993 I supplied the evidence that destroyed the Big Bang theory and I, over the following decade, went on to prove it to be an idiots' concept of the Universe and its' existence. Any scientist still believing in and promoting the Big Bang theory are loony tunes and deserve scorn. Any scientists, cosmologists or public who don't know that I have totally destroyed the Big Bang theory should contact the Free Press who are freely denying the public their right to know. 

Silence of my destruction of the Big Bang theory on the 9th May 1993 and it's demolition over the following 10 years and the suppression of its' replacement with my "Perpetual Universe" concept is consistent with protecting the reputations, credibility and book sales of the Big Bang theorists who must be living in fear of me.   

These spineless Academics ignore my scientific achievements, to the detriment of Australia, while their ignoring of my scientific work is used wrongly as evidence that my work is a load of rubbish. Their silence doesn't prove they are correct and I as being wrong. What their conspiratorial silence does prove is that Peer Review has been shown and proven by me to be a mythological organization that doesn't exist and is staffed by volunteer workers of which there are none. These dopier than dopey academia hide behind another criminal circular pretext and that is that if my profound scientific achievements are not published in science journals or the general media then my work is nonsense and unfit for serious consideration let alone worthy for inclusion into the education curriculum. This passing of the buck negligently makes the Science Journals and even the general Media responsible for Peer Review. They, the Media, are left to do the Peer Review and if they publish it then that supposedly approves it as credible and even proven.    

Science journals are extremely biased towards publishing data from those of the establishment and not publishing upon merit. If Peer Review was for real then publication of the Peer Reviews on published articles and data would be guaranteed, but of course the criminal concept of freedom of the press allows the science journals to dump any and all Peer Reviews freely into the garbage, which means Peer Review is a mythological farce. A lot of time, effort and money can go into producing a review but then be refused publication because the science journals don't like it or it doesn't agree with their politics and/or they don't want the public to know of the damaging and horrific condemnations for example regarding genetic engineering.

The New Scientist journal of 11th May 2002 and the U.K. Nature science journal and the general media on the 8th August 2002  published an article on the Science data of those at the N.S.W. University and Paul Davies Prof. regarding the possible altering of the speed of light from a distant Quasar. But they all know that I have already proven the speed of light is alterable and controllable, but the science journals reveal themselves as conspirators by violating science data, violating their readers and me by their colluding in plagiarism and theft of my scientific data. They all are allowing their readers and the public, as of 11th May and 8th Aug 2002,  to wrongly think that Paul Davies Prof. and other scientists from the NSW University have discovered that the speed of light is alterable by not publishing and crediting me with having proven the speed of light is alterable and controllable in 1998 which is the integral foundation of my 1992 fusion spacecraft rocket  engine(copyrighted) that can be worth multi $trillions of dollars over 50 yrs. Also they haven't proven anything because their data is suspect as it is from a suspect source, whereas my data is already proven. Their suspect and unproven data is published and my proven scientific data isn't, which proves the Free Press is a highly criminal concept and criminal organizations. 

The worlds' Science journals have proven themselves an insult to science by their not publishing

on merit and I accuse them of colluding in the theft and plagiarism of my scientific achievements and copyrighted data, just as the Universities and their Vice Chancellors are intent on doing. They all remain silent and do nothing regarding Paul Davies Prof, and the others at the NSW University that are plagiarizing and about stealing of my work. How can I get Peer Review and public credit for my scientific data from the Establishment intent on stealing and plagiarizing it all.  

I intend to submit my Peer Review of the articles published in the New Scientist(11th May 02) and Nature science journal(8th August 02); but I am certain my reviews will be rejected so denying the public from being informed of the plagiarism and of those conspiring to steal and be credited with my intellectual achievements and to avoid paying copyright. This White Feather letter is a Peer Review of Universities, their Vice Chancellors and Academia and obviously its' public and scientific publication will be denied. This will again show Peer Review as fraudulent.

The general media cowardly and criminally hide behind their wanting a peer review of my work and without it they won't publish which is a violation of recognition of merit and contempt of the publics' right to know. Do the general media get Peer Review of their constantly flowing opinions and conclusions regarding science and politics or of their biased ravings? No they don't and that makes them criminal hypocrites. I conclude the media have a joint political, scientific and Media black ban on me and that should be readily and easily perceived by anyone and everyone. 

Australia's Vice Chancellors have demonstrated and proven themselves to be exceedingly weak minded and slow mentally as well are morally unfit to be, or remain, a Vice Chancellor of any University here or abroad. They all are a disgrace to Science and education. They are shameless for they shamelessly front up at institutions of higher learning. Their loyalties are to the political party hands that feeds them public monies and not to the public nor to education or science. It takes someone, such as myself, with the scientific and intellectual superiority and guts to expose them.

The Universities' media courses fail to teach the reality that freedom of the press is a highly criminal and corrupt concept that gives credibility to the Media blacklisting citizens and their dumping of news and information that's in the publics' interest into the garbage, so as to control what the public thinks and to control the public mind. They manipulate and control the public vote. This is a complete violation of 1 person 1 vote. How many votes do newspaper editors cast? Rupert Murdock casts thousands of votes in Australian elections and he isn't an Australian citizen.

Therefore political, economic, legal and scientific justice can never ever be achieved via the vote.

Universities don't have the right to teach people to be criminals but they do and they give them Degrees and Phds. and let these Dr. and Professor, moronic and dangerous, scum loose upon the world. Economic courses are guilty of teaching perverted and criminal concepts to students to the exceeding detriment of Australia and this world. They teach that exploitation of the poor, helpless, powerless, ignorant, oppressed and union less labor overseas as being the competitive advantage. This is also the foundations of the criminal concept taught in economics as Free Trade. Free Trade is about being FREE, FREE, FREE to indulge in economic criminality freely. This proves Universities' academia also have words meaning what they want them to mean; this corrupt practice is also indulged in by Judiciary, Govt. Depts. and by Australian parliaments. 

The importation of all these goods, exploitatively made economically at below Australian wages and conditions, into Australia is illegal. To be sold in Australia without taxes being levied to level up the labor, manufacturing and environmental standards and also tax out any and all subsidies

This supposedly was impossible and was called stagflation. This led to the Hayek economic theory being adopted. Or rather re-adopted, for the exploitation of the poor, that always was, wasn't an original idea of Hayek, which means he was 1 of many before and after him who have been awarded, but were not deserving of, the Nobel Prize. This led to the grossly criminal privatization of State assets that belonged to the public, that should have been handed over to being controlled by the public independent of the State, so betraying and selling out the poor and the public worldwide. This is the sick and degenerate thinking and economics of the Libertarian ideology, that is at the heart and mind of Capitalism. It promotes charity as the solution to poverty and stands for zero government but really for small government to fulfill their military and other needs, but to leave the general masses powerless and with nothing. Libertarians also oppose jailing murderers and is about leaving them free, which accounts for the public of this last decade or more calling for truth in sentencing. Victims of crime commonly saw criminals being freed or given lenient sentences but were unaware that their deprivation of justice would have been a result of the sick incompetent and mad libertarian politics practiced by Capitalism.

Libertarian politics hasn't solved the problem of joint unemployment and inflation because unemployment figures are grossly manipulated and deceptively fabricated and the importation of cheap goods made from gross exploitation of the poor, helpless and oppressed off shore to keep down inflation doesn't solve the problems. It does undermine labor unions and living standards, the poor, including a decay of society in Australia and all other developed countries.

I and most ordinary citizens abhor buying these cheaply made goods for it has us feeding off the poorer people overseas so as to keep down Australias' and other developed countries inflation rates to accommodate the middle, upper classes and ultra rich worldwide and assist them to make record profits an every year event and undercut Fair Traders..

This obscene political-economics has expanded and has the full intent of forcing the poor and powerless Australians and this world into socially committing cannibalism by making us knowingly and/or unknowingly consume genetically modified flesh that has had human genes implanted into it by genetic engineering. The implanting of human genes into pigs, sheep and mice is happening and that means all pigs and sheep will become contaminated and fouled with human flesh. I have advised the Saudi Arabian Government to cease all imports of Australian sheep immediately so as to prevent themselves unknowingly eating this human flesh sold and dished up as lamb, mutton, pork, bacon or ham in the future. It obviously is end days for all living things by evolution or by creation will be permanently and irreversibly destroyed by genetic engineering scum.

The ultra rich become hypocrite philanthropists who raise and give money to Universities and criminally receive tax exemptions and have their sick names polluting buildings, land sites and foundations, they are also glorified by their being known as patrons of the arts. They raise monies for museums, art galleries, charities and for Universities and scientific research, whose patents and copyrights can be worth massive amounts of money, which is stolen from the public who paid for it. The money having been derived from the public, then the intellectual property is to be owned by the public independent of the State. But no, it is all stolen and pocketed by the patrons' political and scientific friends, so always leaving the public poor and owning nothing. Universities require to tell these hypocrite philanthropists to piss off but they can't for the Universities are also guilty of stealing and pocketing enormous amounts of intellectual property, patents and copyrights worth vast sums of money, paid for by the public directly and/or indirectly by tax exemptions, so it all actually belongs to the public. Distribution of wealth can only occur through public ownership independent of the State for it will never occur through the private sector, ultra rich and philanthropists.

Body parts were routinely stolen from corpses at the Glebe morgue in Sydney for many, many years. Universities were recipients of those stolen body parts but were not named nor were the thieving criminal Professors and Doctors at those universities. All intellectual property and monies derived from their criminal research belongs to the next of kin and/or to the public independent of the State.  

This stealing of these body parts by and the naming of the Universities and their criminal academic recipients was ignored by the Media and by the Law. The stealing of body parts goes on by way of body parts made and stolen via stem cells from frozen embryos. The criminal act of stealing of body parts by Federal and State parliaments and their Science and University Establishments goes on. Persons can give dead babies, dead fetuses and dead embryos, sperm and ova but not while any of it is alive. While alive its' not theirs to give. The statement by Amanda Vanstone MP justifying her approval of stem cell research on live embryos was: it's okay because "an embryo is smaller than a dot". Her degenerate brain with its' miserable reasoning powers and retarded sickening perception fails to perceive that an eye, a liver, a kidney or any other organ derived from an embryo are bigger than a dot and all are stolen body parts including the live embryo. Morally a parent can only donate a dead embryo, not a live embryo nor any by abandonment.  

Universities are again stealing body parts with the knowledge of the cowardly Vice Chancellors. 

The attack on humans immune systems to stop rejection of transplanted parts, as well as the recipients later breeding should be of very serious concern to humanity. These people are also dependent on taking antibiotics that diseases will develop immunity to, leaving us all and our children with out antibiotics when we the general public require them.

The genes of animals, insects and plants are not a natural resource for the worlds' scientific and political economics of the Is' HAVE IT" to plunder. The genes from other species, insects and plants are different from each other regardless of the mental inability of the geneticists to perceive the subtle, significant and dangerous differences. The Science Establishment along with Universities and their Vice Chancellors have revealed their horrifying criminal intent with their "BIG LIE" for I state 100% of the genes of Apes, gorilla's and Chimpanzees are different to humans genes. The genes may look the same in each and every way but they are not the same. The disgusting geneticists would dismiss any differences they may well see as insignificant so as to do what they disgustingly, sickeningly and abhorrently want to do, while hiding behind their Aristocrat tertiary labels and secretaries skirts with media protection. 

To implant the genes into any animal from other species of plants, insects or animals is the most obscene and immoral act that can be committed against any animal and its' species. The growth rates of chickens have been cruelly and criminally lowered from 84 days to 41 days for profit. Animals have been beasts of burden, a food source, a supplier of food, protectors and contributors in innumerable ways. To now contaminate and pollute them with the genes from other species, insects and plant life is to destroy them. Christopher Reeves paralyzed from the neck down is a promoter and advocate of embryonic stem cell research. He should firstly state, with conviction, that he should not have been revived nor placed on a life support system. It is exceedingly unethical to give persons as Christopher Reeves the choice to kill themselves after waking up paralyzed. Reviving the dead and better off dead is a very bad practice. Remember Dr Harry Bailey and his 2 Drs of psychiatry colleagues of Chelmsford private Hospital in Sydneys' North shore and their Deep Sleep therapy that resulted in the deaths and suicides of approx. 75 patients and dozens of brain damaged citizens. A stream of brain damaged and dead patients from Chelmsford flowed into the Hornsby general hospital for a decade or more but the science and medical fraternity remained silent because they didn't have the guts nor intellect to react. One Dr of many at Hornsby Hospital, who may have gotten the courage from his wife that had more balls than him, finally raised enough courage to break the criminal cowardly silence by speaking out and ending the criminally insane horrors at Chelmsford. No one was charged or convicted over Chelmsford just as are the Criminal Universities, Academia, Professors and Drs who received stolen body parts from the Glebe Morgue. Cowardice is rampant throughout Universities, Vice Chancellors, the Academia, Science and medical establishments. These same kind of cowardly and weak minded dangerous people are indulging in Genetic engineering and their attributes of cowardice and criminal silence is and will be common behaviour to keep the general public unaware of the genetic criminal horrors being committed now and to come. The minds, morals and reasoning of the advocates of Free Trade and of and for the Free Press and "Free lunches" are also "Free loaders" because they free load off the powerless and poor off shore; so they should also be 100 % for, advocate and promote "Free Loading" and "Free Love"? No! Then there is something seriously wrong with their reasoning.  

Why is communist China a most favoured trading partner of America while communist Cuba  has suffered trade embargoes for 30 years or more? It has to be due to a joint venture between the communists of China and the American Capitalists to exploit the poor of China together and indulge in criminal free trade to the detriment of the masses of powerless citizens worldwide, whereas Cuban communism must be opposing it. 

Democracy was the hope and the means by which we the masses, being a majority, were guaranteed that political power would, in time and peacefully via the vote, pass from the rich and  upper classes to the masses, the poor, the exploited and enable the masses to achieve political, economic, legal and social justice. History and reality reveals it was all a rotten con job. Universities' political science courses are of exceedingly poor quality and its' Degrees and Phds are of very low worth. Universities won't teach students about the superior science that is also a superior political, economic and legal system that does put real power into the hands of the

The Vice Chancellors of Australias' universities negligently and ridiculously ignore it all and deprive students, society, Australia and this world of this indispensable means. They all are a disgrace.

Genetic engineering has to be and must be quickly brought to heel permanently worldwide and the political systems exercising Power of Attorney over us by the "Is' HAVE IT" cannot contain nor stop the grotesque and utterly horrifying consequences of genetic engineering. All our foods will cease to exist by it all constantly being altered genetically year after year. People turning to the Greens party or any other political party seeking enactment of legislation to save us and everything else is a waste of time and energy. There is no time to waste as time has run out and failure to act now and contain these deranged lunatics from Universities hiding behind their aristocrat Professorship and Doctorate labels means all life on this planet will be destroyed. There are no doubts! Creation that has evolved over millions of years will be destroyed by genetic engineering. There is an old truism: "You only value what you have when it's gone" and the yellow belly degenerates and educated idiots from the worlds' Universities, having been let loose upon the world, will destroy everything and us all. His figures show in 1973 CEOs incomes were 45 times that of the workers but in 20years trebled to 140 times greater as of 1991. With the collapse of Communism in 1990 their incomes in 10yers, as of 2002, are now 500 times greater. I say their incomes grew exponentially with the elimination of Communism that was keeping them a little more decent. Its' showing what economic horrors await us all. Their incomes require to be relative to the bottom line, relative to the workers incomes and not relative to the sky.

They want less and less regulation, less and less legislation and less and less Government then to fulfill their wants, whims and dreams is simple and fulfilled by their decisions and activities and salaries being subject to the simple and single statement the "facts in their true perspective". The collapse of Enron, Worldcom, H.I.H, Andersons', etc. etc. and the bankruptcy of numerous U.S. airlines could have been avoided, if only I wasn't blacklisted by the Media-political- scientific-economic establishment. The means to prevent the perverting of the economic accounting facts would have been available publicly years ago. But they the Rich Libertarian Capitalists would live behind high walls, razor wire, electrified fences with security systems and security guards and Rhotwiller guard dogs. They'd be free to shoot, kill, even torture, you citizens. We all can go to hell literally.

The Russian communists, the socialists were for the sell off to organized crime, to the Russian mafia to foreign interests and their enemies, the Capitalists, what belonged to the public. So rather than hand over the public assets to be owned and controlled by the public independent of the State, they sold it and gave it all to their enemies which means the public were their greatest and worst enemies. They and the U.K. and Aust. The privatization of the State owned Banks has led to the massive arrogance by Banks and their  increased bank fees and charges, closures, reduced services, and their gross profiteering and obscene profits. The privatization of banks has had awful and long term detriment by removing the minimum and maximum standards that State owned banks ensured. This is the rotten unfettered "Free Trade".

The privatization of the State owned Government  Insurance Offices has again removed the minimum and maximum standards resulting in the explosion in the insurance industries arrogance,

If only the State owned  G.I.O. insurance Offices existed then people could by pass the extortionist insurance industry and get insurance from the Government Insurance Offices. State owned Insurance Offices require to be re-established to stabilize and reduce insurance premiums bringing the Free Trade insurance industry to heel permanently..  

The sell off of the State Medicare will lead to the terrible Free Trade medical system. The privatization of Telstra must be opposed and transferred over to be owned and controlled by the public independent of the State. The public face further betrayal over Telstra. The public shouldn't, and I certainly don't, trust Meg Lees far as she can spread the checks of her arse.

Free trade is not a brand new product. Exploiting the poor, the helpless, the powerless, ignorant and oppressed isn't new, it is an historical crime. It was indulged in more than 2 hundred ago, and promoted in the Victorian era and has  been repainted and newly packaged. It was opposed by Karl Marx and communism. Colonialism indulged in free trade by freely taking land and resources and freely exploiting and abusing the powerless and union less labour. Free traders were free to deal in buying and selling slaves and slavery. Free traders and free trade economics oppose a minimum wage or minimum standards and as well oppose any limits on their incomes or their opulence. Free traders "freely" sold "Opium" to the Chinese for goods exported to England which culminated in the "Chinese opium war with the English". Free trade needs to be eliminated from society. It has no moral or economic base that it won't stoop to or below. These free traders are promoting and exploiting genetic engineering for money and power. The genes of plants, insects, animals and humans are not an inanimate resource to be plundered. They and their sick economics and perverted science will destroy us all and everything else unless they are confronted and contained permanently. They'd claim anything so as to do what they want to do.

The political parties were rotten with hypocrisy for they stood publicly for Fair trade but ignored and/or supported Free trade behind the publics back. 30 years ago there was about 3 Free trade zones and 1 was in Ireland and another is in Darwin, Northern Australia They have been increasing over the last 30 years and now there are many, possibly hundreds, all around the world. The economic struggle between Fair trade and Free trades' economic treason is not resolved by the subjugation and supposed defeat of Fair trade. If the poor and the working classes off shore are better off economically and are catching up with the developed countries, and are not being criminally exploited and used to undermine the wages, working and living conditions of Australians and developed countries with the destruction of

Minimum and maximum wages and conditions are to be, not maybe or might be, or occasionally, they have to be and  must be enforced permanently worldwide so eliminating Free Trade. The problems can't be solved until we are free of Free trade and also free of Free trade science. The world is never going to accept feeding off the poor and vulnerable worldwide and the destruction of all life on Earth by genetic engineering to appease Free trade and Free trade science. The same applies regarding the 2 sets of Dividing and Multiplying by zero; one has to go and it has to be theirs due to theirs being proven incorrect. The longer it takes them to concede the further into the gutter goes the credibility of the Universities and their cowardly and weak minded Vice Chancellors and their backward mathematicians and their up themselves physicists.

Plagiarism of my scientific achievements by Academia at the N.S.W. University and by Paul Davies Prof. at the Macquarie University took place in May-Aug 2002. They have deliberately failed to credit me with having proven the speed of light is alterable and controllable in 1998 and with my proof of Sept. 2002 that the speed of light is alterable within Einstein's Relativity by the altering of time. My fusion spacecraft rocket engine and reactor of 1992 designed to fuse 4 hydrogen atoms would also be able to desalinate sea water and pump it inland. It is criminal to deceive the public into thinking that it was they, my scientific and intellectual inferiors, who thought of and be credited with proving the speed of light as being alterable and controllable so as to avoid and to steal my fusion technology and scientific achievements that was beyond their inferior scientific brains and academic abilities. They also would be trying to avoid paying large copyright dollars covering 50 years and more; as they did to Tesla and electricity generation. My success reveals them all as failures and losers for I have worked in excess of 10 years and still work with nothing, alone, obstructed, denied credit and recognition while those Academic weak scum and their cowardly Vice Chancellors corruptly support the plagiarism by remaining silent and use public money and public funded facilities to steal and develop my achievements; SILENTLY. This will come out after they have stolen the lot. 

They are all criminal Free traders and Free trade scientists for they steal, free load, sponge, bludge, parasite and rob a poor, helpless and powerless Australian citizen; blacklisted by the Media, me, Theodore Rout and plagiarize this lone scientists' superior scientific achievements and steal and deprive me of financial remunerations due to me. They all can state publicly that I've proven "the speed of light is alterable and controllable" using their own 50 year old data, but they don't.

The Vice Chancellors of Religious Universities are not spared my contempt for they too are guilty of intellectual, scientific and moral cowardice. The content of the following paragraphs should have a profound and disturbing affect upon them all.

The means is now here to verify, confirm or disprove the Word of God expounded by Christianity or by Islam or by Jews and by any other religious teachings. If God spoke to Abraham, Moses, Jesus and/or Mohammed then there is a test to scientifically prove it. Firstly it requires to understand and accept that we all are subject to this phenomena of this planet earth within this universe whether there is a God or no God. If there is a God then it has subjected us all to this phenomena or we all are subject to it if there is no God.

In being subject to this phenomena then we are not subject to God. We are subject to God only by being subject to the phenomena, to which God must acquiesce. So if there is a God then we all are subject to what the phenomena says which in turn becomes the words and will of God. If there is no God, then the same applies, what the phenomena says is the word and will of a non

Matter of this universe is proven by me in 1993 to be inanimate intelligence. It is infinitely intelligent and infinitely unintelligent. All words, all concepts, all morality and ethics is derived from the inanimate intelligence subject to the universe of space and to access the morality, ethics and intelligence of the infinite intelligence of the phenomena the statement "facts in their true perspective" must be applied. We all in being subject to this inanimate intelligence of the phenomena is to subjected to an amoral phenomena. From this amoral environment human morality and ethics can be deduced. This in turn is the will of the Phenomena and of God.

Does what Jesus, " Mathew, Mark, Luke and Johns Gospels", Mohammed and religious books say agree with the phenomena? If not then their claims they spoke of and for God are false. 

God, if there be a God, would understand absolutely the very simple fact that it cannot subject us to other morality and values other than what the phenomena itself says and wills. This legacy of contradictory morality and values relative to the phenomena are from "Do Gooders", messengers, prophets and gods of the past. God wouldn't do it, the phenomena itself hasn't done it. It's proof none of them were in contact with God and that it's' their words and will; not Gods. The onus of proof was theirs then, now and always.

We only need to now establish what the phenomena says to verify the truth of the words of Jesus, Mohammed and the Bible, the Koran and other so called holy books by matching it all with what the phenomena of inanimate intelligence says to establish who is telling the truth and who is lying? Establish who was communicating directly with God and who wasn't? Is what they say God said the same as what the phenomena says, if not, then they were not communicating with God because God could only tell them what the phenomena says and wills because we are subject to the phenomena? God doesn't have the right morally to tell anyone anything other than what the phenomena says; to do otherwise is an intellectually stupid thing for God to do. So God, if their be a God, is required to remain silent and non interventionist and leave us all alone; subject to the amoral phenomena it subjected us all to. This eliminates the contradictory morality of this phenomena and the other morality manufactured and preached as the word and will of some man made God. 

Religions to divorce people from the realities of the phenomena, by fear or by influence, to have them accept false realities will cause them detriment and loss of contact with reality and the infinite intelligence of the phenomena that we all need and are dependent on and subject to. It is harmful to their reasoning powers and abilities to understand and to survive. It mentally impairs the religious followers. To do this to those seeking guidance and a better life and want to be a better person is to be immoral and stupid.

Religions teach its' followers "God will protect you" which is absolutely false and exceedingly dangerous to the person and their children as well as to those around that person. Did Jesus or Mohammed teach this? If they did then they were not in contact with God; were stupid and out of contact with reality and with what the phenomena, that we all are subject to, says.    

Abraham, Moses, Jesus, his Disciples and Mohammed didn't know of all this.

If God protected anyone and performed miracles and cured them then it would be the wildlife first and humans would be at the end of the queue. But since God doesn't protect wildlife and cure them then God doesn't protect nor cure any person. To ask or to beg God by prayer is an affront.

Those who apply the statement "facts in their true perspective" become more intelligent and develop superior reasoning powers. They who pervert the facts become unintelligent, stupid and evil. People suffer the benefits or detriment through their relationship with the phenomena. They who pervert the facts stimulates those adversely affected to act against them. 

Charles Darwins' Theory of Natural Selection is dependent on life in its' diverse forms being subject to the infinite intelligence of the inanimate enabling adaptation and evolution. This is denied to the education system by the hierarchies of Universities, Political and Media Establishments.     

I am also to be credited with having proven life does exist throughout the entire universe and doesn't just exist only on  Earth; also that life comes into existence independently and doesn't exist by a direct act of God. Matter being subject to space, which is nothing in 4 dimensions, is proven by me to be inanimate intelligence which reveals the means by which any and all forms of life in this universe can be created whenever or wherever life can exist. Lifes' creation and continued existence is subject to inanimate intelligence of the phenomena. It's a superior God that creates the means for life, in its' infinite forms, to independently come into existence rather than by a direct act of God. Therefore all life, all human beings are proven to be subject to the morality and ethics of the inanimate intelligence of the phenomena and not to God or its' fictional morality and evil Puritanism created by Do Gooders who falsely attribute it to being Gods' word and will. Jesus in being pure makes him an extremist and evil. Being decent isn't good enough for the Religions for they constantly degrade and guiltify people as sinners and unclean to stimulate them to attain the unattainable. To be Pure; is to be sick, mentally unbalanced and evil.

The Raelian religious cult committing and promoting the crime of cloning didn't know because they intellectually couldn't perceive that matter is inanimate intelligence, just as Jesus, Mahommed and the World science establishment didn't. The Raelians undoubtedly believed matter was absolutely stupid just as everyone else did and went on to claim they believed Aliens from another galaxy visited Earth and created humans through genetic engineering. I don't believe for a second they believe that rubbish. It has to be that sound reasoning powers and learning by reasoning are not a prerequisite, taught nor practiced in these University insane asylums to obtain those labels. Haven't Universities ever heard of quality control, recalls and guarantees regarding their mad and dangerous moronic products with Aristocrat tertiary playschool labels.

Pathetic reasoning by the Raelian religious cult and Universities courses is part of the problem. 

Universities attempt to fragment new students minds through stimulating infinite arguments which intimidates them to doubt what they think and what they believe in so as to open their minds to new ideas or to silence them. But stimulating infinite argument is detrimental as conclusions are not sought nor attained. Argument is obstinate, vandalistic, prejudiced, anarchistic, used to falsely prove and justify also designed to confuse. Argument and debate are different and it can be seen only arguments are practiced by corrupt and self centered people, politicians and political Parties in parliaments. There has never been a debate in Parliament, ever; there has only ever been argument. There are a lot of loony tune Professors in the World so getting some of them to state publicly their support and agreement with my scientific data doesn't prove it true and correct. Getting 12 just and true Scientists also doesn't prove my scientific data is true and correct. The proof is in the inanimate intelligence of the phenomena saying so, thus putting the credibility and reputations of all scientists and the scientific establishment on the line or in the gutter. They've all had 11 years.

If I had lots of money I could do what many others do and buy numerous Professors agreement and overwhelming support as is commonly done and use it as a Peer Review so I too could acquire credibility, remuneration and publication. But that doesn't prove my data is correct. 

Prof. Dracoulis a physicist got up and walked away leaving me alone at the cafeteria table at the Nuclear physics Dept. at the Australian National University around 1995. Arrogantly he was reacting contemptuously to my profound science. But I have proven, not only then but even more over the next 6-8 years, my far superior intelligence and scientific abilities than Prof Dracoulis' who has incompetently been appointed as Head of the Nuclear Physics Dept.. 

Another contemptuous academic and another of my inferior scientists also in around 1995 who was the then head of the Nuclear Physics Dept. a Prof  Trevor Ophel, asked me where my car was and that he would walk me to my car, which was an arrogant means to remove me from the Mark Oliphant Building.

This is the kind of educated idiots existing in waking comas that inhabit University insane asylums. And reveals how they respond to scientific data that's beyond their mental capabilities

Mark Oliphant Prof. 90 years old and an Australian renowned retired physicist in 1992 had said to me that I needed to have my work quantified and I could approach scientists and academia at the Australian National University and they would assist, they'd help me because they were nice people. I couldn't bring myself later to tell him of the kind of people that were in the Universities.  

Mensa Australia and international members are supposed to be the most intelligent people in the world encompassing the top 3% of the population. None have come forward and displayed the supposed high intelligence by comprehending, understanding and supporting my scientific achievements. I therefore conclude Mensa is an organization of Show Ponies that spend their days obsessively doing IQ tests to quell their doubts and fears about themselves being unintelligent. 

To simplify requires to have the "facts in their true perspective" as the central point, because all things are interrelated, so resulting in an on going process of achieving and maintaining things simple but complex in their simplicity. Without the discipline of putting the "facts into their true perspective" then simplification can't be achieved nor maintained.

To deal with situations involving large volumes of information and numerous piles of books can't be dealt with by reading it all, again and again. The solution is to seek and extract small amounts of relevant data and put it all together by applying the "facts in their true perspective".

The 11 years of failure to respond and have it included is an indictment of all those in decision making positions, which directly involves all the mentally slow University Vice Chancellors and all those within political parties and in Federal and State parliaments. 

The historical facts pertaining to my subjecting the political establishment to their incorrect set of Multiplying and Dividing by zero requires it be known and understood publicly "How and Why" John Howard the coward stood unlawfully at the last 3 Federal elections and has been sitting unlawfully in Federal parliament ever since. He is not legally the Prime Minister, he was never legally the Prime minister and he can never ever be legally the Prime minister. John Howard the coward will send Australian soldiers to face death and die in Iraq but he, Howard the Coward should not be called the Prime Minister. The Coward hasn't got the guts nor intellect to face the Australian public regarding the 2 sets of Multiplying and Dividing by zero and his cowardly standing and sitting illegally in Federal parliament. Tony Abbott, Peter Costello and the Liberal party are in the same cowardly situation. They all are afraid, cringe and hide in Federal and State parliament with their Media friends protection. 

Universities can introduce a relationship between all students and the entire University staff and the curriculum by subjecting the Universities and the cowardly Vice Chancellors to the statement "the facts in their true perspective". They can begin with the reality that the Universities are not entitled to ask, expect nor demand the truth from any student, staff or anyone else unless the Universities reasoning, conclusions and decisions are subject to the "facts in their true perspective" relative to the phenomena and the truth supplied by the students etc.. The Universities in not being subject to the "facts in their true perspective" means they can take the truth and pervert it, alter it, discard what they don't like and make decisions they want regardless of the truth supplied. We don't need to wait around for Fed. and State parliaments to be subject to it.

Unions also can establish the same relationship with all their union members. As well implement what I informed Unions of over the last 10 years, and that is for all workplace agreements to be drafted subject to the statement "facts in their true perspective". It's a document workers can sign without having read it, because if it's later found to be a thieving, oppressive deceptive document then it can be torn up for it isn't legal and can't be legally enforced. This also can be applied to insurance policies that people require drafted for them to sign. The Education system requires to implement qualifications based upon passing reasoning examinations subject to the "facts in their true perspective" relative to the phenomena and failure means failure to qualify, regardless of all their other results. This will prevent the enormous numbers of educated idiots from middle and upper classes from passing through the worlds' University insane asylums, and their receiving Aristocrat Prof. and Dr. labels, and their being inflicted upon us, society and this world.

America, U.K. Australia and the United Nations do not have the moral, ethical nor legitimate right to ask for nor demand Iraq tell the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth regarding their armaments until America and its supporters reasoning and conclusions regarding the truths and lies are subject to the "facts in their true perspective" relative to the phenomena. Therefore a War upon Iraq for not complying with demands to supply the truth is not legitimate.    

Lord Jeffrey Archer was sentenced to four years jail in July 2001 for perjury and I informed him, via his publisher late 2002, that the concept and crime of perjury doesn't exist and cannot exist when the political, legislation, Court and Jury systems reasoning, conclusions are not subject to the "facts in their true perspective". The "Original Sin" was practiced by Moses for he knew producing and peddling his BIG LIES, and the  BIGGER THE LIES, the more the public was apt to believe him. He was saying to posterity prove he was a blockbusting "Big Liar" or wear it. Well; I have done what he didn't think was possible. Religionists have criminally shifted the onus of proof and violate God and people by declaring their ravings as a Faith instead of having the guts and mental strength to accept and openly declare it all "Their Words and Will".

The depiction in the Bibles' old testament of God being highly cruel and criminally insane by its' "Gods' Words and Will" advocating the sale of thieves into slavery, who can't make restitution. Also "sons and daughters that curse their parents are to be put to death". This is "honour killings" which is also part of and practiced by Islam today resulting in about 5,000 women murdered every year. Christ and the "New Testament" veneers over the older brutal, vindictive evil God and all its' sick criminal "Words and Will" with "God being all love". Now Christ and all Christians you can't veneer over the older evil God and replace it with another God with a more loving caring personality and character without firstly stating and proving the "Words and Will" of the old testament were Moses's and others and not Gods'.

But also it requires to state and prove God didn't speak to any of those of the old testament either, otherwise there isn't 1 but 2 and more Gods. Along comes Mohammed a few hundred years or so later and veneers over Christ with Islam reinstating and creating another cruel vicious oppressive God that indulges in mind control, as Allahs' "Words and Will" which are actually Mohammeds' "Words and Will". Give God a Fair Go, give God the benefit of the doubt and FREE God from all these raving oppressive violators of God and people!

They all take advantage of the ignorant, the unintelligent and the desperate.  

Moses, Jesus, Mohammed and others have broken the 1st commandment "You will have no other God but me" through creating multiple Gods with their "Words and Wills". 

They all are criminally shifting the onus of proof by calling it "Faith". They all have failed dismally to prove God spoke to them, let alone God said what they say it said, therefore it's "their Words and Will" and not Gods'. Any fool can claim God spoke to them and made hideous demands and terrorist threats including the specific horrific terrorist act of "Hell of fire and brimstone with eternal torture and damnation". But in doing so they all are guilty of violating another commandment by "bearing false witness against God". It's irrelevant whether God did or didn't speak to them for the onus of proof remains theirs.. 

It is paramount that Terrorism of the 21st century emerging from Islam be eradicated by the public, who are the helpless, powerless vulnerable victims, being steadfastly committed worldwide to stating publicly and declaring so establishing and enforcing permanently that the "Words, Will and Big Lies" are Mose's, Jesus's, Mohammed's and not Gods so freeing God, and the public from religious-political agendas using terrorism and suicide bombers. 

All religions have wrongly crossed "the onus of proof line" and they all must be literally forced back over that line. The "Words, Will and Big Lies" are Mose's, Jesus's, Mohammed's and not Gods. They all want to cross that line, use God, to gain political power, influence and money.

It's awful that they use the "Words, Will and Big Lies" of Moses, Jesus and Mohammed to gain credibility. All religions know of the gullibility of the world public to believe the "Big lies". Adolf Hitler and the Third Reich borrowed the "Big Lie" trick from the religions and used it against the German and Jewish people. The Geneticists of the World science establishments are establishing a "Big Lie" and that "Big Lie" is that high proportions of genes in all animals, insects and plants are the same. This "Big Lie" will enable them to implant genes from everything and implant it into everything else and the world public are to believe that everything is okay since the genes are the same, but they are not. Once the genes from humans, dogs, pigs, cockroaches spiders, snails, lizards, lantana and grasses have been implanted into mushrooms, sheep, tomatoes, bananas, grapes, wheat, rice and into humans then everything will cease being what they were. The "Big Lie" is to cover up and silence those who realize we all will be eating human flesh, eating dog flesh and become pig, hyena, snake like and that Gods' creation of life, believed by religions, will be destroyed. Religions know historically their Gods are required to intervene and overrule the phenomena. Religions know of the enormous gullibility of the public to believe the "Big Lies" of the Geneticists and the Science establishment of the "Is' HAVE IT". They should confess publicly their Big Lies so enlightening the public of their dangerous vulnerability.

The "facts in their true perspective" relative to the phenomena that God must respect and acquiesce to, says Jesus didn't and couldn't overrule and subjugate the phenomena, nature and the weather, Jesus didn't raise the dead, Jesus didn't perform any miracles, Jesus didn't walk on water nor did he calm the storm, and Jesus didn't rise from the dead nor did Jesus, Mary or Mohammed ascend into heaven. Faith, prayer and raising ones' bum hole, according to Omar Khyam, "to that inverted bowl we call the sky" will not overrule the phenomena.

The recent "bearing of false witness against Jesus's mother Mary" by religionists "Big Lie" of Feb 2003, claiming her sighting at 3pm at Coogee Beach in Sydney should bring charges and convictions against these religionists for causing a public nuisance. What is it? I can state with absolute certainty it ain't supernatural and it definitely isn't the Virgin "Big Lie" Mary! As well there won't be any close ups nor Tv interviews with question and answer segments.

Religions are the most notorious monstrous liars ever and it's absurd that people put Faith in them.

The application of the "facts in their true perspective" relative to the phenomena frees God and people from the thousands of years of lies, deception and abuse of God, if there be a God.  

This clearly shows religious organizations are exceedingly unfit to operate any schools and definitely not Universities. Religion undermines and destroys human reasoning and thinking abilities just as "Free Trade" undermines with its' treason and corruption "Fair Trade".

Religious education also treats reasoning as of little to no importance as does State Education.

The following demonstrates and proves my higher intelligence and reasoning powers. I used the science establishments own data that "space warps and bends when subjected to powerful gravitational fields" this had been sitting before their eyes for donkeys years and this data enabled me to conclude "space cannot warp and bend unless it has density, as well I concluded, the speed of light is relative to that density, to alter the density alters the speed of light up or down; this is under copyright and the foundations of my fusion spacecraft engine/reactor designed to fuse 4 hydrogen atoms. Again it's denied publication or inclusion into the education curriculum.

I have supplied sufficient evidence proving the existence of a supernatural omnipresent power that's creating space, which is "nothing in 4 dimensions" so the Universe is expanding due to an act of God. Nothing itself cannot perform an action and since the universe of Nothing(space) is then it's alive. The Universe is not expanding from a Big Bang because I have totally destroyed it and proven it to be an idiot's concept of the universe and its' existence. The proof there is a God was supplied by me but it too is denied public awareness and not included into the education system. They all want to maintain me as a non entity with no recognition, credibility or financial remuneration from my achievements.

There is only 1 God to worry about and that's the phenomena itself which is an amoral inanimate dimension to which we all are subject. You don't bow down to it, grovel nor humiliate and degrade yourself before it nor point your bum hole to the sky or in any other direction to please it.

This phenomena of inanimate intelligence that we all are subject to alone represents God. No religion, person or persons represents or speaks for God no matter what they may well claim.

The phenomena in being an amoral dimension of inanimate intelligence, that we all are subject to and God must respect, doesn't produce "Holy People" nor does it produce Holy Places" nor "Holy Books" and to claim otherwise is a Big Lie". It's not a promoter of Puritanism nor does it produce people that are pure; Puritanism is evil. They ridiculously, absurdly and foolishly violate their emotions and drive themselves insane to be pure; they do it to themselves. People that claim or are claimed to be Pure or Saintly are "Big Liars". To be Pure is to be sick and isn't something to be admired nor aspired to. 

This requires to be implemented permanently worldwide so as to eliminate the incessant conflicts, violence, wars and terrorism resulting from Holy Books, Holy people and Holy Places.

Jesus it's said told Peter his disciple to build his church on a solid foundation. The Christian church and all religions are built upon the weak foundations of deception, hypocrisy and "Big Lies".   

The prayers made to any and all the different Gods for the safe return of the U.S., Negro, Israeli and Indian astronauts on the space shuttle Columbia of Feb 2003 would have been fulfilled but the phenomena overruled their Gods due to the failure of NASA to have the "facts in their true perspective" regarding the shuttles re-entry worthiness. What comes to light is that NASA has never re-checked any of the 112 space shuttle's re-entry worthiness prior to re-entry, so revealing it was an accident waiting to happen, which is their indictment. Another accident in waiting is collisions with space junk.

NASA was proven by me previously as an organization that should be disbanded due to their utterly pathetic abilities over 11 years to comprehend and accept publicly my destruction of the Big Bang theory on the 9th May 1993 and my proving of Einsteins' Special Relativity is law in 1993 using a small amount of data as proof both times. This exposes NASA as being unable to deal with and progress using small amounts of information so is unfit to be in the space business. This is verified by their poor safety management of shuttle re-entry. I personally believe NASA's incompetence incinerated the 7 astronauts.

NASA would have some years ago realized the value and worth of my scientific achievements, for they are not absolutely stupid. Mentally slow and thick, yes. They would want the world public to falsely think my scientific work is worthless and valueless. It makes it a lot, lot easier for them and the countries of the G8 to steal it. NASA I state are peddling a "Big Lie" and require to maintain that "Big Lie" that the Big Bang Theory is still credible and hasn't been destroyed by me but they know I have destroyed it utterly. NASA and the G8 countries are criminally conspiring secretly in the development of my Fusion Technology, and its' plagiarism and theft. They will continue to peddle their "Big Lying Big Bang Theory" while so ever the public stupidly continue to believe it. My Fusion Technology is infinitely more valuable and worth infinitely more money than Iraq's and the world's oil reserves.

A Dr Charles Bennett a Bum scientist, born without a brain, at NASA's Goddard Space Flight centre is peddling utter brain dead crap that the age of the universe is 13.7 billion years old. A stupid Dr John Bahcall of the Institute for advanced studies at Princeton University has to be suffering from advanced senility due to him supporting the foolishly moronic idea of the age of the universe and that it began with a Big Bang which is proven by me to be an idiots concept of the universe and its' beginning. These two have to be in on the cover up.

There are basically 2 forms of cowardice. There is the physical cowardice and there is mental cowardice. Mental cowardice is what has earned all these cowards this "White Feather" letter that I'm sending them. Their physical cowardice exists for they haven't got the guts to stand alone.

This mental cowardice that's common among academia and scientists is seen in all the American astronauts for none had the guts to stand up alone and grab NASA by the throat and demand and push for re-entry worthiness checks of all space shuttles, of which there has been 112. If any did then they would be removed from the space program and their brave mental strength, that's missing amongst NASAs' hierarchy, would be labeled physical cowardice. This also reveals the reasoning powers of Astronauts is not strong. Utter physical insane idiocy activities are often and wrongly defined as bravery. Mental cowardice is also genetically switched on by a Professorship or a Doctorate label placed before a persons name.

I think NASA will have to conclude the Columbia failure was a major failure of the heat resistant tiles and the re-entry burn up of the Columbia and the incineration of the 7 astronauts could have been averted by a re-entry worthiness check.   

A means to check the space shuttle tiles are safe for re-entry could well be achieved by using the direct sunlight on the tiles to detect any heat discrepancies using heat sensors. As NASA are mentally slow and thick and if any of the mentally coward Astronauts had have stood up mentally  to NASA then this using of the sun to establish heat resistant re-entry worthiness could have been thought of and become common practice so prevent the Columbia re-entry burn up.    

What this space shuttle re-entry failure also shows is that  the "Facts in their true perspective" relative to the phenomena is a very hard taskmaster down to the smallest details. I repeat to oppose and/or ignore what the phenomena of inanimate intelligence says is a very foolish and unintelligent thing to do.     

To increase the intelligence and reasoning powers of the human race worldwide requires the elimination of all the "Big Lies" of all of the religious pushers and the implementation worldwide and permanently of the "facts in their true perspective", relative to the phenomena. Failure to implement or to oppose it is a crime against humanity.

Power to the people requires a citizen to apply the power of the statement "the facts in their true perspective" really so as to deal with the arrogant criminal Government Departments and their government servants that commit crimes against citizens for the State to achieve promotions. 

"The Free Press" are freely denying the public from knowing and understanding that America, the U.N. and any coalition does not have the legitimate, moral nor ethical right to ask let alone demand Saddam Hussein tell them the "Truth, the whole truth. and nothing but the truth" regarding his weaponry unless those truths and/or lies are subject to reasoning, conclusions and decisions that are subject to the "facts in their true perspective", relative to the phenomena by America, the U.N. and any coalition that are themselves subject to that statement.

Legislation doesn't begin and end with legislation because everything is subject to its' foundations which are the laws of Maths, Chemistry, Physics, the Laws of this Universe and the "Facts in their true perspective", relative to the phenomenon for it is a law of this universe, proven by me in Jan 1997. The Australian Royal Academy of Science, executive Secretary Professor Sue Serjeantson said to me in late 2002 "Are you threatening me?" which was her cowardly intent to intimidate me, as though I was one of those gutless Academia, and to personalize the conflict, contact the police and to use the police to harass and violate me and to blunt my justified hostilities. I stated to her "that my hostilities was with the Australian Royal Academy of science, that she heads, which is in contempt of its' 9 principles of its' Royal Charter governing it existence and its' relationship with scientists and with me; BITCH".

A.B.C's. Lateline mid 2002; Phillipa MacDonald reported " The Science community is saying Australia is not only experiencing a brain drain but is suffering a hemorrhage, and the Australian Royal Academy of Science, Executive secretary Professor Sue Serjeantson speaking under the guise of Scientific and Tech societies stated: "Over the past 4 years more skilled and professional Australians have left the country than ever before and unless we turn that tide then we will find it very difficult and very expensive to reverse".... It was a push for more public money to develop more intellectual property worth big bucks that's pocketed with kick backs to the political establishment. The cycle of theft of what the public owns by having paid for it continues to be stolen leaving us the public poor and owning nothing but their liabilities. 

The hypocrites speak of a Brain Drain but fail to acknowledge me or my scientific achievements and their obstructing me with the intent to plagiarize and steal it. 

Large numbers of Australian Academics and scientists are members of the Royal Academy of Science which is directly intertwined with all of Australia's Universities and their cowardly Vice Chancellors. None of the cowardly scientists and gutless academia that are members of the Academy of science have the character to stand up for and "honour and implement" what they agreed to by becoming a member. They accepted being committed to upholding the 9 articles of the Academies Royal Charter delivered in person by Queen Elizabeth 11 in 1954 that their silence and acceptance of the suppression, theft and plagiarism of my scientific achievements brings Queen Elizabeth and Royal Charters into disrepute and disgrace. The words of the 9 articles of the Royal Charter are reduced to meaning whatever the scientists, academia, Vice Chancellors and Executive Secretary Professor Sue Serjeantson wants them to mean. What will the Queen do regarding the dishonouring of her, the Monarchy and the Royal charter?   

I suspect Prof. Dracoulis and Prof. Trevor Ophel from the Nuclear Physics Dept. ANU are members of the Academy of science, if so what does their reactions to my scientific achievements say about them. It says the Academy of Science is a social climbing club of fools.

A Dr Hall from the Nuclear Physics Faculty ANU, around 1994, wrote a very nasty letter to me warning me I'd be ostracized by the the Science Establishment if I didn't change my attitude. He meant I had to be subservient, pay homage and grovel to my intellectual and scientific inferiors. People like me are no good at all at being a follower of any religion.

Royal charters Article 7: "To publish or assist in the publication of scientific knowledge"  Which means they all are guilty of the suppression of my scientific data and achievements and accepting its' Plagiarism and theft by Paul Davies Prof. and  other scientists at the University of NSW in conjunction with unknown business and corporate organizations. They all are criminally cowardly accepting the Media-scientific-State blacklisting of me.

The Royal Academy of science in the U.K. knows but they too are criminally cowardly silent.

An Australian Financial Review journalist at Parliament House Canberra, on 22nd Jan 2003, after me having read the following paragraph to him over the phone retorted "I should see a psychiatrist" and he hung up not only on me but all share traders and investors. Insider trading has to be taking place regarding my scientific achievements. To know one is sane is confirmed by perceiving "the facts in their true perspective", which proves I am sane, but Jason Koutsoukis the journalist at the Australian Financial review doesn't.

The proof of a "Conspiracy" to steal and plagiarize my scientific achievements, steal my Fusion spacecraft rocket engine/reactor as they did to Teslas' A.C. electricity generation, as they did to Frank Whittles' jet engine, lies in my having proven and copyrighted "the speed of light is alterable and controllable in 1998" which confirms my 1992 fusing of 4 hyrogen atoms and  my theorem of Sept. 2002 proving that time and the speed of light equal one another, such to alter one is to alter the other. This enabled Einstein to make the speed of light a constant, but able to alter it by altering time; this was unbeknown to Einstein and the science establishments. Since this and other data I have proven is not published, printed nor broadcast, but is suppressed by the Science and education establishments internationally, proves a massive Conspiracy exists that also involves the Political establishments, the G8 countries and Universities along with their corrupt, weak and cowardly Vice Chancellors.

They have had the time to familiarize themselves with my proofs, time to digest it, time to understand it, time to publish, print and broadcast it but time has run out for them because they have moved into the time which proves them as incompetent, corrupt, criminals, plagiarists, thieves, and unfit to hold any responsible positions so deserving to be sacked and condemned.  

I have contributed to Albert Einsteins' work by proving his Special Relativity is law in 1993. Also by my proving the speed of light is alterable within Einsteins Relativity Sept. 2002 thus rescuing it from the impending threat of destruction by the plagiarists Paul Davies Prof. and his colleagues at the NSW University who were about destroying Einsteins relativity in favour of Quantum Mechanics. I also made breakthroughs into furthering Einsteins work into his Unified Field Theory approx 1996-8. Einsteins' posthumous appreciation can only be paid by Einstein through my acknowledged credibility by public credit and recognition due me but Einstein is betrayed by the corrupt Science establishments and by the Universities and their cowardly Vice Chancellors, who are plotting to steal and plagiarize my achievements, and by the criminal "Free Press". 

If the Vice Chancellors and others in positions of decision making can't understand what I have proven and have explained in simple terms then they should resign, be sacked or demoted.

None of the Universities internationally are fit to be ranked in the top 100 and definitely none in Australia so leaving the top 100 Universities' international rankings vacant.  

For 12 hundred years the science Establishments wrongly believed their incorrect set of Dividing and Multiplying by zero, but for my superior intelligence and scientific reasoning, how many more hundreds of years would they have continued to believe their "set" of rubbish. How many more decades or centuries would they have failed to understand that time and the speed of light equal one another enabling the speed of light to be alterable within Einsteins relativity? And how long lots more but for me. The world public owe Tesla and Frank Whittle not to allow a repeat of history again by stopping the theft of my technology and scientific achievements by Universities and their cowardly Vice Chancellors and their friends in the corporate sector, the political establishments and with the conspiratorial criminal "Free Press" and the overpaid of the Media
