Attention: The Governor General of Australia,

This is a letter appealing to the Queen in counsel.

I have included a copy of my website that answers questions about me and my profound scientific achievements. It also demonstrates my intellectual credibility and shows the detriment caused by the High court and politicians.

The Federal parliament of Australia is proven, on the evidence and by me, to be mentally incompetent; so they can not oppose my appeal to the Queen.

They remain mentally oblivious and unresponsive to the fact the High Court of Australia ruled itself and the Australian legal system out of existence in 1996 by a ruling by Chief Justice Brennan. The ruling needs to be addressed.

This, also, is a letter seeking the removal of 4 Judges of the High Court of Australia, Justice McHugh, Justice Gammow and Justice Kirby; a 4^th, Justice Brennan has retired. Also to right the unjust situation regarding my past, and possible future, applications to the High Court of Australia.

I maintain my call for Brennans removal for a Justice Yeldham retired from the Supreme Court of N.S.W. in 1990 but continued to do judicial work.

The grounds for removal of all 4 Judges is mental incapacitation, but further grounds for removal of Justice Michael Kirby is misbehavior.

I am applying:

section 72. The Justices of the High Court and of the other courts created by the Parliament-

(ii.) Shall not be removed except by the Governor-General in Council, on an address from both Houses of the Parliament in the same session, praying for such removal on the ground of proved misbehaviour or incapacity:

also appealing to the Queen in council regarding the High Court, acting as the Court of Disputed Returns, ruling by Chief Justice Brennan in 1996 "The High court of Australia doesn’t have jurisdiction over the laws of mathematics and physics". Reaffirmed through silence by Justice Kirby not responding, not replying; he ignored my exparte application directed to him by Justice Gammow in 1998 re the fed. election results.

Justice Kirby should have disqualified himself and passed the Gammow referral, of 1998, to another judge for Kirby had previously rejected my former application, of 1996, by referring it to Judge Brennan……….

I had informed, publicly, as many people as I could, and it should be considered all the High Court judges knew as well that I had sought to have Justice’s McHugh, Kirby and Brennan removed from the High court bench 2 yrs earlier, in 1996. This would have been blatantly distasteful; so Kirby would have been obviously prejudiced and hostile towards me and my exparte application. The mental incompetence of the judges was to be used in my 1998 High court appearance and will be used in my next application to the High court, acting as the Court of disputed returns, after the next Federal elections, in 2001……. It mustn’t be treated as insignificant nor disregarded with foolish contempt by the High court judiciary, again.

I had appealed to both houses of Federal parliament in 1996 for the removal of the then chief Justice Brennan, also Justice McHugh(1996 fed. Election) and Justice Kirby(1996 Blaxland bi-election) for referring my appeals to a judge in chambers, when they should have been accepted without referral.

Justice Kirbys referral went before Chief Justice Brennan. I am led to conclude Kirby rejected my application, of 1996, and sought confirmation of his rejection by referring it to Justice Brennan who dismissed it, so denying it from going before the full bench of the High Court.

On 15^th July 1996 The High Court of Australia, with chief Justice Brennan presiding, ruled "the High Court of Australia doesn’t have jurisdiction over the laws of mathematics or physics". This means no Australian court has jurisdiction to preside over any case involving the universes’ laws of adding, subtracting, dividing or multiplying nor, for example, the laws of gravity and physics re aircraft crashes, car smashes or suicides, nor judge matters involving laws of chemistry resulting in poisoning or environmental pollution. This means the legal system in Australia was ruled out of existence at that moment, in 1996, and still legally doesn’t exist. All rulings since then, by the legal system, are not credible and are not legal. The Australian legal system is a pathetic bad joke and is oblivious to the ramifications of their decisions, which is consistent with persons and judiciary that are mentally incapacitated and deficient in comprehension.

The Australian public must not accept, nor tolerate such criminal insanity by the High Court judges nor by the political legal system.

For the people to exercise power then proofs and ramifications such as this must be responded to and implemented, otherwise we, the people, remain powerless and the obscene criminal hypocrisy of Australian Federal and State governments is seen with their advocating the rule of law.

Federal Parliament ignored my seeking the removal of the 3 judges. They did not respond, they did not reply, so refusing and failing to uphold the Australian constitution, section 72. They of parliament who were sitting unlawfully were being called upon to remove the mentally incapacitated judges, of the High Court, who were failing to remove them from parliament and so have those judges replaced with Judges that prove their mental competency by finally removing those sitting unlawfully in parliament.

They render the public powerless by rendering the means impotent. Justice Kirby admitted publicly in the 1999 book "WHO’S WHO" that his partner of 30yrs was a man. He was admitting to having committed homosexual acts when it was illegal, throughout Australia. This means the police, the State and politicians would have known of his unlawful homosexual activities. If they didn’t know then Justice Michael Kirby knew they would, eventually, and it follows that he also knew by being prejudiced towards the police, government depts and politicians he was safe, he knew he’d go places, be promoted and he has been. It follows he was their "BOY" on the bench; he and his kind always were and will be; without it being said.

This practice of installing and promoting perverts and persons breaching laws doesn’t just happen in Australia, nor is it a single incident. It’s practiced worldwide and historically. For example: J. Edgar Hoover, for 40 yrs headed the Americas’ F.B.I. and was, like Kirby, a practicing homosexual when unlawful. His criminality came to the fore with his profound prejudice for the U.S. establishment following the U.S. President John F. Kennedy assassination. J. Edgar Hoover, "THE U.S. ESTABLISHMENTS BOY", violated both Lee H. Oswald and John.F. Kennedy also the public by ordering the F.B.I. that they "must convince the public Oswald is the real assassin" and "wrap up the investigation….we have the basic facts now"…. also "The public must be satisfied that Oswald was the assassin…" and "..that he did not have confederates who are at large.." ………………..

This criminal action in establishing in the publics mind that Lee Oswald was the lone assassin of J.F.K violated his being innocent until proven guilty also proves and reveals a criminal conspiracy by the U.S. political legal establishment and their involvement in the assassination, also the setup of Lee Oswald as the patsy…….To tamper with evidence is to indict oneself.

The official paraffin test proved Oswald had not fired a rifle on that day, but was falsely stated as positive; Hoover and the F.B.I. knew this.

To overturn the false evidence installed in the publics’ minds 37 yrs ago is a momentous task, made near impossible by being denied media access.

Likewise to overturn the incorrect dividing and multiplying by zero, that was established in the 10^th and 12^th century by Indian Hindu mathematicians and propped up by mathematicians to this very day and with their hiding in universities and Government depts., also by their hiding behind tertiary play school labels, makes it necessary for me to politicize the matter and bring this matter before the courts. So, I don’t need nor want mentally incapacitated judiciary standing in my way and especially judges that are the States "BOY AND GIRLS" on the bench………………..

The media fails and refuses to put the hiding mathematicians and politicians on the spot, it gives them false credibility and immunity from accountability.

It is common practice of government servants and Judiciary to remain silent and ignore the criminal hypocrisy and corruption around them so as to remain in their positions of status and to gain further promotions. This incompetent attitude enabled Justice David Yeldham to solicit homosexual sex in public toilets throughout Sydney for 40yrs and remain as a judge on the N.S.W. Supreme court bench. Yeldham had been arrested by Police and Special branch several times and let off, and obviously he became their controlled asset. The same attitude of criminal silence and apathetic hypocrisy by the High Court judges has enabled Justice Kirby to remain on the High court bench following his public confessions, in 1999, of his 30 yrs of violations of Aust. homosexual laws. "It’s none of my business" was the idiot reply by John Howard, leader of the Liberal party in Fed. Parliament, when asked by reporters to comment. Federal parliament remains silent…..

It falls upon persons such as myself to expose and uphold the laws of Australia without any money or means.

Tasmanian members of Federal parliament amount to 5 M.Ps in the lower house and 12 senators, total of 17. They should all have respected the homosexual laws of Tasmania and called for the removal of Justice Kirby without reservations. Tasmanians should demand they do so now; they cease being silent and eject their controlled asset, Kirby from the High court.

"The news of Justice Kirbys 30 yrs of his active homosexual partnership hadn’t come as a surprise to most people in the tight and rather gossipy legal profession, commented Richard Ackland editor of the wry legal newsletter Justinian) The Reporter 7-20 October 1999"…………….

The political legal system knows, everyone other than the public knows Justice Michael Kirby practices criminal hypocrisy. It follows that he was rewarded with promotions for his biased judicial rulings favouring the police, the State and politicians with his appointment to the High Court bench of Australia. Justices Yeldham and Kirby who must have known each other, should never have been appointed judges nor have been accepted as lawyers or Barristers…………….

Kirby and all judges including lawyers and politicians were bound to remain celibate while homosexual acts were illegal.

Homosexual acts were decriminalized in N.S.W. in 1984. It remained unlawful in Western Australia until 1987, but remains unlawful in Tasmania to this very day……………

Justice Michael Kirby cannot remain on the High Court bench and preside over all the States and be in violation of any of their laws. He must be removed from the High Court bench. He should never have been appointed. He should have been removed following him confessing publicly to his homosexual activities over 30yrs in 1999. He was admitting to having been violating the homosexuality laws of all the States and in contempt of and breaking Tasmanian law to this very day.

Justice Michael Kirby held many judicial positions while homosexual acts were illegal in N.S.W. He was a judge of the Federal court of Aust. 1983-84.

He held many other positions here and in other countries that were violated by his unlawful homosexual activities.

I expect Kirby, a monarchist, will be rewarded with a Knighthood for having ignored my application, of 1998, to the High Court, so preventing it from going before the full bench, or to receive public awareness. He acted to favour and protect those of Federal parliament allowing them to continue to sit unlawfully; he was prejudiced and acting as their BOY on the bench.

The conduct by Justice Kirby in disregarding my application violates his conduct advocated by him in his "address to the Charles Sturt University, 4^th Dec 1998, and published in the "Canberra Times 8th Dec. pge 3". He said: "To keep those affected by the exercise of [judicial] power in the dark, and to disguise from them the true processes engaged in, is the way to autocracy, which fears sharing the truth with the people". Subjected to his own words and actions, re my applications he’s a hypocrite. As well only after getting his arse on the High Court bench did he inform the public of who and what he was. He doesn’t list and number his violations of the laws, Federal and State, nor when and where on his frequent and numerous overseas trips.

The High Court of Australia was being secretive and deceptive by treating my application to it’s Court of Disputed Returns, re Federal elections, with disregard. Disregarding my applications’ foundations, being dividing and multiplying by zero, because the maths re zero and even the universes’ laws of adding, subtracting, dividing and multiplying hadn’t been specifically passed into law with legislation of the "I’s HAVE IT|" of Federal and State parliaments, is criminally absurd.

The High Court ruling by Judge Brennan was "secretive" by it not being clearly explained and defined. I’ve had to guess that he may have meant that the laws of mathematics and physics hadn’t been specifically passed into law with legislation of the "I’s have it". It was also deceptive because the High Court and courts through out Australia had been and continued to apply maths and arithmetic. This proves they all were and are applying jurisdiction. The public and I were left with "the madness of Judge Brennan and the other mad Judges of the insane High court of Australia…. Also left with a parliament refusing to uphold the constitution and remove the mad Judges.

A shock awaits them all for large parts of mathematics in various forms: economic equations, parts of calculus and maths relating to fission and physics, maths re education, arithmetics of taxation have been passed into law by legislation of the "Is’ HAVE IT". The concepts of adding, subtracting, dividing and multiplying is also contained in legislation passed upon the I"s HAVE IT". So the entire Universes’ laws of Maths and of Physics have been passed into law unwittingly by the "I’s HAVE IT" because to make parts of maths and physics law is to make all the rest of maths and physics automatically law as well. Parts of Maths and parts of physics aren’t much good without the lot and that includes "dividing and multiplying by zero".

My application to the High Court was for it to implement the law of multiplying by zero, they were not asked to correct it, but to apply the incorrect law as it is. Those politicians involved had been given the opportunity to declare their choice re the 2 sets of dividing and multiplying by zero. They all stayed silent so they all became subject to their votes ceasing to exist when I multiplied them by zero. Therefore they all unlawfully stood and unlawfully sat in Federal parliament.

Following is proof that 1 multipled by 0 = 1 a non action: (* = multiply)

BOXES (on) PALLETS = NUMBER of BOXES

5 * 3 = 15

0 * 2 = 0

2 * 1 = 2

1 * 0 = 1 (on the floor = on zero pallets)

This reveals the algebra problem and zero:

substitute A=2 and B=0 C=1 (using 1 divided or multiplied by 0 = 1)

A 2 * B = A substitute ----- * 0 = 2

also: 2B is 2*0 = 2 (not 0) and B2 is 0*2 = 0

In algebra 0 divided by 0 would WRONGLY equal 1 which is an ACTION.

B divided by B = C substitute 0 divided by 0 = 1

Proving algebra is a flawed, defective maths.

ATTENTION: my correct dividing and multiplying by zero is under international non exclusive copyright. I gave 75% ownership to be owned by the public internationally independently of the State. Also it’s subject to the statement facts in their true perspective; which gives people power over what they own………….

The obstructionism by mathematicians, politicians, judiciary and the media is preventing the obtaining of copyright money to fund scientific work that would bring Australia to the forefront in space technology. One other project is the creation of the hydrogen atom, that I believe I can now do.

Enormous amounts of intellectual material, patents and copyrights, worth $millions and even $billions is disappearing into corporations pockets and $politicians pockets by donations. The problem of world poverty cannot be solved ever without the retaining of public ownership of all intellectual property paid for by the public and it controlled independently of the State.

Another shock awaits them all. I by demonstration had proven 1 divided or multiplied by 0 = 1 a non action, back in 1993, and the establishment ignored the proof; by refusing to respond and accept what the phenomena, the arbiter, says which means they are mentally divorced from reality.

I’ll now expose the false reasoning adhered to by them and mathematicians. But firstly I require to state an historical fact. The concepts of nothing and zero have befuddled the brains of the "best of the best" philosophers, befuddled the brains of the "best of the best" mathematicians and befuddled the brains of the "best of the best" physicists of all time and they all got it wrong. On going back and back in time then zero has befuddled the human brain for at least 1,200 years. So there is evidence to excuse the befuddled brains of the 21^st century citizen and it’s best mathematicians and the judiciary. The concepts of zero appear insignificant but in reality are historically and profoundly significant, so the High Court of Australia should have considered itself honoured and it being privileged to preside over such an historically important court case. They all, dismally, have failed mentally to see or comprehend it. The historical shame is theirs.

Kirby said in his interview with The Eye magazine Oct. 1999 "Every case by definition, is difficult because the court itself chooses cases which are the most challenging and important"…… They deal with about 80 cases a year, but what about all the others?……. Kirby is my intellectual inferior.

This practice of dealing with a few of peoples’ legal problems and the, as good as, shredding the remaining countless thousands denies people the means of dealing with their problems. This is also practiced by Govt. departments and politicians. This proves the political legal system of the 20^th century is unfit for the 21^st century and requires to be replaced…….

Mathematicians are wrongly making zero a fraction, a percentage, a part of a number, a part of something. But "NOTHING" is the opposite of something so it can’t be a fraction or part of something. So any number multiplied by zero "CAN NOT" equal zero. To equal zero makes zero a fraction of something and it isn’t.

Referring back to the historical concepts of zero; an Indian mathematician called Sridhara the Learned, who was probably born in 991 of the 10^th century, his work is known as Ganita-Sara (compendium of calculation). It was said his statements relating to zero were noteworthy and the clearest one to be found among the Hindus: "if a number is multiplied by zero, the product is zero only, the question of division by zero is not considered." ............ This statement, I have proven, empowers 0 to make things cease to exist.

Bhaskara the Learneds’ (1114-C.1185) work was based upon Sridharas’ works, it’s said, Bhaskara was the only other to stand out prominently in the history of Hindu mathematics from 1000 to 1500. He gave rules of zero: "powers of 0 are 0, and a*0 = 0, and 10 divided by 0 = 10/0 saying this is a fraction, and termed an infinite quantity". It simply means 0 divides into any number infinite times which is the reverse of "infinity multiplied by 0 = 0". This contradicts the general maths statement you can’t divide by zero.

He says the powers of 0 are 0 and then contradicts himsef by then giving power to 0 by "a" ceasing to exist when * by 0, "a*0=0". Also if 0 is a fraction of something then 10-0 would equal less than 10, it doesn’t.

Sounds plausible but I am his intellectual and scientific superior and will show him as the educated simpleton, dill and half wit he is.

He hadn’t agreed to pay the person appearance money. So lets pay $100 to the person to appear at the starting line and the starting line is 0 distance. Therefore $100 multiplied by 0(distance) = $100 appearance money to be paid. Then if the person walks a fraction, an infinitesimal distance, then the kilometer $1 rate is multiplied by that small distance……………..

The starting line( 0 distance) of any race is not a fraction of any race. Proof 1 kilometer minus 0(distance) = 1 kilometer…PROVEN FACT!

Further proof: in maths an arrow pointing towards zero means that you never ever reach zero for an eternal number of ever smaller and smaller fractions exist; for example: 0.001 or 0. trillion 0s 1; so never reaching "0" because "0" is the opposite of something. To respect this then any number multiplied by zero must remain the same, as if the multiplication by zero didn’t happen. So 1 multiplied by 0 =1 a non action.

I have proven Algebra is a grossly flawed and defective maths, and I have come to the conclusion, it must be fixed or removed from the education system, and shredded if need be. It is damaging the reasoning powers of students. It’s like an evil religious cult; mentally destructive.

The High Court and governments should not respect nor accept mathematicians using algebra to advise them re dividing and multiplying by zero for their brains have been screwed up and damaged by algebra. Algebra perverts and poxes reality, it’s not credible. Algebra makes computers sick..........................
Algebra and the dividing and multiplying by zero are in conflict.

Steven Hawking Prof. Cambridge Uni. asked the question: "how do you prove something is a law of this universe?" My ans is: "prove the phenomena says so". In other words the phenomena is the arbiter……

I’ve proven the phenomena says: 1 divided or multiplied by 0 = 1, a non action.

Albert Einstein predicted the coming of a superior science that I have discovered, and developing. Its’ foundations is a single statement: "facts in their true perspective" and applying it increases the human intelligence.

Stupidity can be overcome by subjection to the discipline of the superior science……………

20 years after Albert Einstein released his Theory of Special Relativity in 1905, that I proved as law in 1993, and a decade after he’d released his General Relativity in 1916 it is said that Einstein in 1925, aged 45 years, could have spent the rest of his life fishing. Its’ been said his real contributions to physics had ended. Science should have asked why?

I think I know. Albert Einstein predicted the coming of a superior science. He obviously was applying it to a great degree. He didn’t define it nor could he explain it. So for some reason he stopped applying it and this can account for his intellectual waning. I know he, later in his life, attempted to get back to applying it to develop his theory of a unified field. He was confronted with getting back to a method of thinking that he had greatly abandoned, unwittingly. He required to get back and apply a way of thinking he didn’t fully understand. He consciously didn’t know how or why it worked or why it was superior. So he wasn’t really able to get back. But what caused him to move away from his original way of thinking, away from the superior science?

I spoke, by phone, a couple of times to Mark Oliphant in 1992, a renowned Aust. physicist aged 90yrs . He said to me that he couldn’t relate to the way I communicated scientific data because he thought in terms of mathematics. He advised me to have my work quantified mathematically. Einstein had a mathematician named Eddington? do the Maths pertaining to his General Relativity of 1916. So he wasn’t a fully fledged mathematically thinking person at that stage of his life but continued thinking more and more as a mathematician; less and less thinking in terms of the superior science.

Thinking in algebraic mathematical terms will wreck any persons’ brain. It appears to be far, far worse because algebra thinking is removed from reality. Things are represented with A.B. and Cs’, with Xs and Ys. Stocktaking done with algebra can cause vast amounts of stock to go missing and cash to falsely cease to exist. So legally cease to exist.

No Hindu mathematician of note arose after Bhaskara of the 12 century. Indian mathematics suffered a decline which was to last for centuries. I think the culprit should be greatly considered to have been algebra, and also its’ getting the dividing and multiplying by zero wrong, and its’ divorcing their brains from the phenomena. It doesn’t take long for the human brain to hallucinate and go mad when deprived of physical stimulation from the outside world, from the phenomena.

Much of Bhaskaras’ mathematical works was based upon one of Indias’ greatest Hindu mathematicians called Brahmagupta who it was said had fallen into the error of stating " 0 divided by 0 = 0 "…

I state it is correct but deficient; it equals 0 with length, breadth, depth and with density to which the speed of light is relative; which is space itself and it is an action that is performed by a supernatural power, AN ACT OF GOD, so accounting for the universe of expanding space.

The superior science encompasses the entire phenomena for it’s foundations are the "facts in their true perspective" where as maths is an incomplete phenomena for we don’t have all the maths, and it’s like dealing with a skeleton and not with the entire body of data.

As well to use the superior science is to use the imagination. This means the imagination is of paramount importance in relation to human intelligence. Imagine being an eagle soaring, gliding and swooping. Imagine being in a spacecraft going to another galaxy; also imagine the problems and dangers.

When Einstein was 15 years old he had asked himself what would the world look like if he were speeding along on a motor cycle at the speed of light? What would he see? Presumably from the time he was 15 until 25 he kept thinking about that question. He answered that question in his 1905 paper on special relativity…… Some of his other imaginings were: a time traveler straddling a light beam; a falling elevator in outer space; a yard stick that would expand or contract depending upon its’ velocity.

Now discard all that and think of it all in mathematical terms, it becomes pretty sterile and inferior. This could explain the intellectual waning of Albert Einstein as it is being said as of 1925, aged 45 years, he could have spent the rest of his life fishing for, it’s said, his real contributions to physics had ended……………….

This, I think, is what happened to Albert Einstein and algebra should share a great degree of blame. How many other scientists have suffered this fate?

I have stated many times over a period of 20 yrs that schizophrenia, a condition and a state of mind, is the evolutionary missing link that enabled apes to evolve into humans. Psychologists, psychiatrists and anthropologists are still unable mentally to comprehend it, intellectually unable to grasp the profoundness of nature and it’s method, it’s evolution of the human being and the human brain. Schizophrenia develops a higher unseen intelligence, it develops the imagination. The enormous and incessant strain on schizophrenics brains can cause them and their imaginations to become lost between fantasy and reality…………. They can’t turn off their imagination, nor deny their imagination, this causes the dual state of mind……….

For the intelligence of humanity to be lifted then nature requires the schizophrenics to be at the bottom of society so as to lift the entire human species intelligence upwards………….

For them to be at the upper levels of society means leaving the working and lower classes behind. It would be like the humans incompetent economics where the rich intelligent become richer and richer and more intelligent and the poor intelligent would become poorer and poorer and less intelligent.

Schizophrenia and its’ cure isn’t my crusade in life; but it is another example of brain blindness and the pathetic mentality of the present and inferior science system internationally compared to my superior science.

I would like to say the copy of my Website I’ve supplied was on the net between mid April till the 30^th June 2000. It was accessed by the O.P.E.C. countries so may well be behind the increase in oil prices. Since these countries economies are based on selling oil and my fusion rocket engine/reactor would render petrol obsolete and the west by its’ silence, can be seen coming upon O.P.E.C. in the still of the night, it requires to be made public to reduce prices. The U.S. and other countries need to be made to make public the stage of the fusion engines technological development.

I sincerely hope the Governor General and the Queen in counsel understand this matter and realize it isn’t trivial but profoundly significant.
