THANK YOU FOR BEING by Theresa Wallner (released December 2004)


TheresaWallner.jpg (36543 bytes)THERESA WALLNER has sung with several Melbourne choirs including the Melbourne University Choral Society (MUCS), the RMIT Occasional Choral Society (ROCS), and the Royal Melbourne Philharmonic (RMP) with whom she was First Soprano Section leader 1998-2001. She has performed as a soprano soloist at four ROCS concerts. In 1996 she was one of the founding members of ORCHARD WALL. She is also a member of electronic music organisation, Opus Collective. Theresa writes a variety of music largely for voice, guitar and piano (see discography). Most of her work is written using a keyboard. In June 2004 ROCS performed "Peace Be" and "Love" and "Thank You For Being". In 2002 ROCS performed her song "You" for choir and brass band. At the RMIT Union Art's Fringe Festival event in the same year her performance art piece "Bars" was performed by ROCS members.
